I like bubbakoo's for the vegan options. They were out of vegetable patties so I had tacos with rice & beans & chips w/salsa. The restaurant was very clean. You can park in the lot on the side. The staff was very friendly & my food came out quick. The food was good. I'll definitely go back for some Buffalo cauliflower. The music might have been a little loud for some people but I didn't care. My only complaint is all the plastic. Businesses like this don't separate their trash or recycle so it all ends up going to a landfill or being incinerated. I'd like to see environmentally friendly products so we're not contributing to poisoning ourselves for a meal. read more

If you want to wait an extra 30 minutes for pickup, deal with an understaffed location, and terrible customer service, then this is the place for you. It's not the first time I've had to wait longer than over my requested pick up time for my food. Also, the employee that was there today had zero customer service. She didn't greet me hello, no expression, and told me it was going to be another 10 minutes for my order. Well, I had to wait 30 minutes and I was very frustrated. The only positive thing I can say is that the employees were very helpful and friendly. I can't nor will I blame them for the lack of quality of the food. Pictured is the Nashville hot chicken sandwich which was a major disappointment. The chicken patty was a grammar school cafeteria chicken patty tossed in hot sauce. So let my start by saying I gave this place 3 tries. First time was 2 days after they opened. The bowl I had wasn't bad, but not as good as Chipotle's (at this point I would have gave it 4 stars). So I went again and this time they charged me for double meat because I wanted 1/2 chicken, 1/2 pork. I never got charged for double at Chipotle when picking 1/2 and 1/2 of different meats (at this point my rating would have been 3 stars). I figured it might be a fluke, so I decided to give it another try. This last time will definitely be my last. The firs two times they had a black plastic bowl that was a decent size and probably almost the size of Chipotle's bowl. However, this new white container they use is pitiful. As you can see from my picture, its about the size of a small water bottle. To make it worse, they have these new scoopers that are about 1/4 of cup and the worker is limited to put only that amount in your item. Not sure if management has ever gone to Chipotle, but they need to go to see how it should be done. I will take the extra 10 min drive and go to Chipotle from now on. I really wanted to like this place as there is nothing local like it, but unfortunately it doesn't come close to their competitor and eventually they will build one very close to this location and this will place will sadly disappear if they don't change their game right away. If you think my review is harsh or exaggerated, please look at my prior reviews of other locations I did in the past and the advice I tried to give them. This was my first time at a Bubbakoo Burritos. It was a Tuesday at 11:45am. I ordered the Nashville Hot Burrito. Just like Chipotle, it involves hands-on knowledge when making the item and unlike Taco Bell where everything is done out of sight. My burrito was small in length but it had depth which almost made it look like a ball. I enjoyed my meal while listening, amazingly, to Quiet Riot and then some rock and pop tunes of lesser intensity. Aside from my own messiness, I had a satisfying experience. Discrepancies between the corporate web site menu and the GrubHub menu make it a bit confusing as to what items are available. For example, the chicken sandwiches are all over the food delivery web sites but there's not a peep of them on the signage in the store or on the corporate menu. read more

The store manager who wasn't there at the time, name is Murph...he DILIGENTLY tracked me down and was persistent until he could talk to me and apologize profusely... and explain that there was young staff and training "growing pains" which I totally get. He 100% admitted it wasn't handled correctly, was very sympathetic, and offered a great resolution. And was a SUPER nice guy. Had high hopes but not satisfied. I ordered the sweet chili tacos. No sweet chili sauce. All add ons: rice, beans, pico de gallo, corn were extremely bland. The shrimp had a mild grilled flavor but over all I got more texture from these tacos than I did flavor. So disappointing. read more

I ordered my usual (literally the only thing i ever get from here) which is a crispy chicken sriracha ranch quesadilla. it's always been good.. until today. I have been ordering food from these guys at least once or twice a week since they opened. I have had some small issues with my orders in the past, but nothing they didn't fix. Tonight I placed an order on their app around 8:30, and the system said to go pick it up at 8:59. I showed up at 9:02 and the place was closed. When I knocked on the door, I was rudely greeted by an employee who seemed all too annoyed before even opening the door. I was perfectly pleasant, and explained I had placed an order for pickup. When he returned no more than 30 seconds later with my food, he added "maybe show up on time" as he closed the door. I felt that was completely unnecessary, unprofessional and disrespectful. I can easily overlook mistakes when it comes to food preparation. But I will not overlook being disrespected by an establishment. This will be the last time my family and I will be giving this place our business. read more
