A medium sized venue with free street parking. Has that old school diner feel with booth seating, table seating, & counter seating. They also have some outdoor seating. This place is dog friendly both inside and outside, although they do not have a dog specific menu. Fun fact: The dogs in the building were very well behaved, the Human children were not, lol. Staff are very very friendly and fun. This place definitely has that "Home Town" vibe. Food wise, we had the Chicken & Waffle, Belgian Waffle, French Toast, Scrambled Eggs w/Cheese, Canadian Bacon, Taylor Ham, & Sausage. Note the Arnold Palmer (not pictured) is not sweet, so if you like it that way it's a positive. For us, it was not. Also the chicken in the 'chicken & waffle' are chicken tenders. On the hunt for the best chicken n waffles and these did not disappoint!!!! The waffles and chicken were perfectly crispy. The specialty comfort syrup was a little too sweet for me so I preferred using the maple syrup Saturday around 1:30pm, I was able to find parking right in front of the restaurant and was seated as soon as I stepped in. I did prefer one of the tables in the corner and the waitress was nice enough to clean it for me since it was dirty. The food didn't take long to come out. Ok so I moved to the area about a year ago, and my brother told me to try this place. It's close to my house. Never quite made it, the hours I work were crazy. Glad I finally did! I've only been there 2x so far, and they're always packed but man oh man worth it! You get a table fast though. I haven't had the breakfast stuff yet only lunch. But fresh and delicious! This is 2nd time I have this complaint. Yesterday bill was $28.79. They charged $29...no change back again. I understand the penny issue (still unfair). But why not give a customer the 20 cents. Server said this was the policy. Where is the cutoff to round up? Last time cyndia wrote back there was a problem with their computers...guess this is just their policy going forward. Omg definitely a hidden gem that I wish I had found sooner! I came here for brunch and loved their regular & specialty items. We got 3 of the speciality choices... the breakfast tacos, Disco Benny, and a po boy sandwich to go. The breakfast tacos were sooo flavorful & filling. I loved every bite. The disco Benny was also delicious, although the gravy which I expected to have a stronger flavor was slightly bland. We could've passed on the po boy, it was not as flavorful as we expected, the description sounded a lot better than the sandwich that we got, but the portion size was huge. I also got a fresh squeezed orange juice which was delicious and refreshing, highly recommend! The staff here were very friendly and the restaurant had a very homey vibe to it which I loved. Always on point! I've been coming here so long that I'm shocked I have never before left a review. Cyndia's is an absolute hidden gem. Tucked in a store front along Union Blvd you could easily drive by without realizing all your missing. This place has one of the best staff's that I have ever encountered and some great food. Personally I think that their corned beef is one of the best around. My kids love their ricotta pancakes and my wife usually tries specials and is never disappointed. What great service! The server suggested ricotta pancakes which were delectable, so light and tender. My friend had the bruschetta Avacado toast which was delightfully fresh and sweet. To put it simply, breakfast here is to die for. Top-notch quality food, amazing service, and extremely affordable pricing? It doesn't get much better than that. I wish I lived closer... but it's absolutely worth the 30+ minute drive I would make in the mornings just to have breakfast here. This place is packed on weekends and if you're coming after 9am, expect a long wait. Service is fairly quick and tables do open up relatively fast, but given how popular this place is, there will be loads of people ahead of you. It's absolutely worth the wait though. In my case, I would actually opt to come during the week to avoid dealing with the wait. Let's get to the food. The best thing on the menu is the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. I don't know what they do to them, but I can't resist getting them every time I come. During Halloween, they also have a Pumpkin Pancake Special which I highly recommend if you're lucky enough to be there on a day it's offered. I've also tried several of their egg based dishes, sandwiches, even some non-conventional specials like fried rice. Nearly everything I've had has been fantastic. If you're coming for the first time and can't make up your mind on what to try, go with the breakfast plate combo to sample everything and get the best bang for your buck. Service is fantastic too, the waitresses are the sweetest and most pleasant to be around. Huge shout-out to Danielle who always makes the trip worth it. Popped into Cyndia's with a few family members who RARELY stray away from their local diner. After a bit of huffing and puffing we made our way to Cyndia's - to avoid additional stress while on the way there I joined the Yelp waitlist. When we arrived, there was only a short wait left until we were seated. For those of you with a sweet tooth their breakfast menu is limited, BUT if you love a cinnamon roll I would highly recommend coming here to try their cinnamon roll pancakes. IT'S SO GOOD. For those of you who like a savory breakfast your options are plentiful. My few folks from my family really enjoyed the French toast, the Mick Benny, and the early bird special. Stopped by this local spot for brunch. Hubby ordered the eggs royale which he enjoyed. He wasn't fond of the home fries. He said they were soggy and a bit too salty. He also had their freshly squeezed OJ which is was so good he ordered a second. Our son had the silver dollar pancakes with sausage. He enjoyed both. I made my own plate with French toast, over easy eggs, sausage and a side of home fries. I also had their vanilla iced coffee. I was not crazy about the French toast. I like French toast made with brioche bread and this definitely wasn't. Sausage was delicious. Eggs were good and I mixed in some home fries which I also thought were good but they were soggy before I even mixed them in. I did not like the iced coffee. It had a weird diety or low sugar taste that I don't like. Hostess was nice and so was the waitress. It was a busy Sunday brunch time so we did have to wait a little longer for our food. read more

They were cooked perfectly and topped with everything bagel seasoning... definitely order if you see them on the menu.
