Ok.. we've been here several times and there always seems to be an issue e.g. I always get burgers, I like mine medium. Every single time I order a burger here I ask for it to be cooked medium and every time its well done. My wife always asks for here's medium well and she usually gets it rare. We always end up trading and no one is happy. I don't like sending food back so we just deal with it. We go back because we enjoy the vibes and my kids love it. We went a few weeks back and this time my wife ordered a chicken salad. She got really sick, vomiting and an upset stomach. On top of that, they forgot about out apps and then brought them out after our entrees had been served and... screwed up the app order. When I asked the girl why they did and if she can speak to her manager to possibly get a discount she literally had a panic attack and just flat out refused. I insited, she agreed, but looked like she was about to have a heart attack. I felt bad so I followed after her and told her to forget about it.... we went back... I know im an idiot but there aren't many options like them in the springs, im a forgiving guy and thought we'd give them another chance. We were there for mothers day. Noah was our server and he was thee best server we've ever had there, the dude was on point and made us feel at home. We all ordered out food, it was actually prepared nicely and we were happy, we thought, hey, they've redeemed themselves. We went home and about midnight and two of my kids who happend to share a nacho appetizer and both ordered Mac n cheese woke up screaming and vomiting. They emptied their stomachs all over the house and were in extreme pain, and scared. My wife, on mother's day, spent all night cleaning up their mess. I know it was bubbas... it was the 2nd time this happened and we didnt eat anything that would've triggered that earlier. I called, pissed off at midnight expecting to leave a message but a manager answered. I told what had happend and he apologized and offered a coupon or credit for our next meal. I told him we wouldn't be going back and that I wanted a refund. He says they can't do refunds... after speaking to him for a bit he finally agreed. He didnt seem very concerned with the situation and when we hung up he tells me to have a nice day. Smh... that was the last straw and we wont be back. Should've learned my lesson after the first couple of times. I've seen their employees in the restroom walk out without washing their hands. I assumed, maybe theyre washing them in the kitchen... lol theyre not, its unsanitary and dangerous. Beware!!! My kids took two days off of school and my house still smells. read more

My wife, adult special needs daughter and I decided to have supper last night at Bubba's here in Colorado Springs. This was our first time to visit this restaurant and really had no idea if it would be a pleasant, worthwhile effort. The location was convenient, the outside of the restaurant was decorated nicely, there was adequate parking, we were greeted by several friendly employees upon entering the restaurant, they patiently answered our questions, seated us quickly in a nice, comfortable booth, our server was excellent, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient, the menu had a wide variety of choices, our food was served hot in a little over 10 minutes and was delicious! (two of us ordered one of the Monday Night $10 Burger specials, and my wife ordered the lasagna!), our table/booth was clean, the dining room was quite loud and there were TV monitors surrounding the entire room with every kind of entertainment on the screens you could imagine, the tabletop payment device was user-friendly and worked!, the restroom was clean and did not smell bad, one of the managers stopped by our table and asked us how our dining experience was and gave us a bunch of cool coupons as first-time customers!, and were thanked for our patronage upon leaving! read more

Bubbas has a great burger, sometimes their service can be hit and miss especially if the regulars are there. Just like most places there's some good ones and not so good ones. All in all, Bubbas is a great place to go grab some beers and burger to watch games and relax. read more

Bubba's is a great place to take someone you don't want to talk to. It's LOUD! I mean REALLY LOUD. Airplane taking off LOUD. You have to yell to talk to the person at your table. and even then, they can't hear you. The food is good, but the sports TV are full blast. read more

The food and ambience at this place was great. Met up with friends I haven't seen in about 9 years and we watched NCAA Women's championship game. They have tv's everywhere, probably over 30! The service was great as the waitress continuously came and checked on us. Definitely will come here again and recommend to small or large groups and families as well! read more

Solid food reasonable prices in great atmosphere a slightly more cowboy version of Applebee's. Their food is well prepared. Their price is very reasonable especially if you come in for their lunch specials I can't remember the last time that three people ate lunch for under $45. Only complete was the service was a little slow, but with only two people on staff at the time we came in I'm not going to be too critical about that. Definitely worth a try. read more

Eating in is fine, typical sports bar atmosphere equal to BWW. However , order to pick it up. This is nothing short of asking the government to provide a people first government. In fact , you have a better chance of no taxes, a raise in pay at work and a new car then to get your order out delivery even remotely close to when it says the food is done. The manager there Katie is a very short and blunt person. She is impossible to deal with and I have seen her personally lashing out on employees and in turn making employees very tense and uncomfortable. The Employees make Bubbas a home, the servers, the bussers, and the hostesses. The people that WORK THERE make Bubbas a welcoming place and a loving place to come to with family and friends so to see employees disrespected and thrown off is a disservice to the company and the overall mood that Bubbas tries to give off. read more

I'm typically not a chain person, I know so cliche but my family and I adore this place. The atmosphere is so chill, great food for a decent price. This place is a great spot for an app and a cold beer. I love that they are open later, we happened to be at a hockey game and needed a quick bite to eat. Came here for lunch with a bunch of coworkers on a weekday. The staff were great but seemed to have a little trouble keeping up and getting everyone's food out. I ordered a burger and that thing was HUGE! I opted for a standard bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. It was served with fries that were crispy and seasoned perfectly. We were worried at first considering the amount of people there but drinks and foodcame out fast. The food was hot and tasted good. My buffalo chicken sandwich was not as spicy as I wanted but the server brought out more buffalo sauce for me and it tasted good. Drink prices were also priced great with every day drink specials.
