My reaction is "it's alright". I like the look and the wall to wall television for watching sports but their food wasn't great. My mashed potatoes has a black curly hair in it and I let the waitress know and she said "oh sorry" and walked away. Didn't offer to replace it or anything. I got the California chicken and wasn't impressed. My child's "kids" pizza was better then anything I had. I will say though, their salsa is pretty good. Just reopened in house dining arrowhead center Peoria az. following national 2 month pandemic shutdown. Now that in house dining, you need to work on your carry-out. My order... 12 in pizza, Guacamole bacon burger with fries, fish/chips with coleslaw and broccoli. Told 15_20 min. Took 45. Did not get the coleslaw. I got the guacamole chicken sandwich, not burger. Some friends and I came to Bubbas on Friday March 22 which is towards the beginning of March Madness. The restaurant was PACKED the whole time we were there but we managed to get a table and honestly our server was the best part of the experience. Our servers name was Anna and she was incredible. She was very knowledgeable and attentive and made us feel welcome despite how busy the restaurant was. Definitely the best service I've had in a long long time and we'll be back. Bubba's is one of mine and my boyfriends favorite places to go! We literally come here almost every week! We always sit in the bar area and have always had outstanding service. The staff is always fast and incredibly helpful. I've never had a place that we have had so many conversations with the staff and felt like they cared we were there! Beer- you can't go wrong! It's served at 33 degrees and can stay cold through your entire meal, if it last that long! The trash can punch is also really good but we usually stick to draft beers. Food- AMAZING! we haven't had one bad thing from this place. My favorite is the south of the border burger and my boyfriend loves the buffalo chicken. We also tend to get the chicken nachos and then split a small pizza which you can't go wrong with! I was iffy about the chicken nachos till I tried them and can say they are outstanding, I love the cheese and queso they put on them. This place and the staff is outstanding! We come here a lot for games to enjoy the fun environment also! It's a winner all the way around! read more

I was staying at the AmericInn next door while on a cross country trip and came here for dinner on a Sunday night. I ordered the shroom burger with broccoli and also got a beer and the brownie sundae. I sat at the bar and the service from the bartender was terrific (think her name was Ashley). Great sports bar environment and food was delicious. This was my first time ever coming to Indiana and this place really hit the spot. read more

Pretty disappointed with our visit Monday. We arrived around 6:15, and requested 1st available. We were told it would be 15-20 minutes...no big deal. By 7:00, we hadn't been seated yet, and EVERYONE that came in after us had been. We were sitting in the lobby, right in front of the Hostess station. They claimed to have paged us twice. We finally got seated. We got our drinks and appetizers, and the fried pickles were luke warm. THEN, we got the text our table was ready. We placed our order and waited. By the time we got it, we had to have it boxed to go, because I had somewhere to be. We were there for over an hour and a half for 2 burgers. And there were quite a few empty tables when we arrived. I finally got to eat mine around midnight. It was decent, not great, but was reheated in the microwave. Usually, everything here is good, including the service and speed. Food really good. Wait, very little. Interior very good with super tv viewing. Why 3 stars, our server was really bad and my wife still made me tip her 15%. No joke 10 mins after we got our meal she asked if we needed boxes, after my 1st beer she dropped off our check and said no rush. not sure what this place is supposed to be. they have 19 screens in the adult bar. area, but don't ask them for a different sporting event because all19 are on the same game. Once the local game is over, they are playing 80's music videos. and you cannot have a decent conversation because the volume is up so loud. Service is spotty, even after the bar has cleared out. Lastly, the food is just average. I'd rather go to a local bar, like Sahm's, Stacked Pickle, or Ale Emporium where they have better food, you can have a decent. conversation and enjoy you team. read more

No, just no. Don't waste your time. This place has been packed since it opened so we were dying to figure out what the buzz was about. We left still having no idea. The hostesses were only minimally interested in us. We originally tried to sit in the Garage but had to move because it was so loud we could hardly have a conversation. The beer selection was weak with having multiple taps on the menu being empty. The menu was just blah. The pizza options were all pretty boring with nothing as a stand out for those who like more then sausage or pepperoni. Oh, my heavens, is this place loud. I am not kidding when I say I've been to quieter musical performances. It was so loud that I couldn't speak to the person next to me. Literally next to me, like one foot away. We didn't stay to eat. No decent person would have dinner here. A decent dining atmosphere does not have music unbearably loud. None of the three or four young girls at the hostess staff cared that the music was louder than an artillery strike. Not the slightest bit of understanding or accommodation. They seem to have hired the same ditzy staff found in all factory restaurants. I ordered fried pickles which were great, I'm not sure you can mess those up. Then I ordered a burger and my boyfriend got the Philly cheese steak sandwich. Both were sub par. They would have been greatly improved by adding salt to the meat or serving it not dripping in grease. Even with the addition of a generous portion of ketchup, I was stuck with a boring flavorless meal. My husband and I drove past Bubbas nearly every day off of I-69 and 96th st thinking "oh another burger and beer joint." One day we decided to finally give it a shot as we consistently saw how full their parking lot was. We went fairly early and beat the dinner rush so our server gave us plenty of attention. However, we were not prepared for what was to become a party in our mouths. We both ordered he Bacon Burger where the patty is made with 33% bacon grind patty. For some reason that didn't sound very appealing to me but I took my servers word for it and never looked back! We were blown away at how flavorful and fresh our burger was. I'm so used to either enjoying a good ol Big Mac or a gourmet Bru Burger- there is hardly an in between. Until this!! You must give it a try! read more

Had not been there in a while and forgot how terrible it was! Order took forever to come out! Husband's lasagna was ICE cold and had to be sent back. Garlic bread was 10 minutes after the entree was served. My chicken was okay but mashed potatoes were cold. We did not have enough time to wait to send them back. Waitress said manager was working the back food line. One might think they would know better how to get food out on a weekday night when the place was not busy at all. AVOID if you have a large party, management doesn't accommodate seating large families together by sliding tables together so we could all sit together. We went here on a Saturday afternoon for our father's birthday with a party of 8 and they refused to slide two tables together with a rude manager citing fire code as the excuse. I'm really torn about giving them a 3 star rating because i Really do like it there but every time we go the food is so SALTY , I said something the first time about the prime rib sandwich the meat was real but I felt like someone bought me a block of salt I told the waitress and all she said was sorry, so last night we were there for the 3rd time and we all got burgers and another man at the table said the food was way to salty, I felt justified! The staff are great, Julian waited in us last night, he was wonderful, they have those steak and shake fries that get cold before they reach the table( why do people sell them?) but he promised they would be hot and they were! Great place for a game night. Is pretty busy on the weekends with about 30min wait in the dining section. Not a lot of specials on drinks, but still a wide section. The food is really good. After working all day and being beat, we were too tired to go out and eat so I heard that Bubba's had great pizza. We had eaten here before and the food was really good so we gave it a try. We ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. When I arrived, the pizza was ready and I paid my 20 dollars, put the pizza in the car and drove home. Surprise, no sausage on the pizza. I'm kind of disappointed with Bubba's now. My husband and I use to come here all the time but hadn't gone in a few months and the last couple of times that we've gone have been mediocre. The food isn't as good and the service unfortunately deteriorated with it. We frequent the Fishers location often. Most of the time the service is good and reasonably fast except when they are slammed but that's somewhat expected. We've never had a bad food experience and everything we have tried has been really good! My personal favorites are the chipotle wings and the Margherita pizza. They smoke the tomatoes in house and wow they are delicious!!! The bacon burger is incredibly good!!! Al in all we enjoy coming here. Our favorite time to visit is on Sunday evenings! Food was decent, service needs some help. My husband got the tenderloin, and it was good, definitely fresh. I got the Bubba's bacon burger, it was very salty but overall good. Our kids split a pizza and it was great. Our server was friendly but not attentive. It took 15 minutes to get our check after we were finished. We enjoyed the food and were entertained by the variety of music videos. We will try it again but I hope that they can get their service under control. read more

After much anticipation I took my family to Bubbas. We were very much disappointed. The place is always busy I do not know why it's started bad and went down from there. We arrived the we were told 5 to 15 min wait I figured Saturday night not a problem. Over 30 min later I asked and they apologize d and offered a free appetizer. We had fried pickles which were bland but the sauces were good. The pickles tasted like old grease.... A little later so did the fries. The ice tea was warm melted the ice immediately. I had the double bacon burger boy was the burger "bacons" a lil much but not complaints I asked for it. My wife hade the catfish and sweet potato fries said the all were good. The kids had the meat pizza they ate it all but mentioned it was greasy. The wait staff was good. Time to leave and we were charged for the appetizer. For $70 I can think of many places better to take the family. read more
