Stopped into Bru Burger for a team dinner before a fundraising event. After a long day of travel, I ordered the Cobb salad thinking it would be light. It was huge and absolutely delicious. The crispy chicken was fresh, the avocado was generous, and the salad was perfectly dressed. We also shared an order of fresh-cut fries that were excellent. The atmosphere was lively and a little loud, but the staff were amazing. Great spot for families, a casual night out, or a low-key date. Would definitely return.

This was a great burger place, and we would highly recommend in the future! We arrived for a late lunch with a party of 5, and even though the restaurant was full we were seated promptly. Service was great and we started with the soft pretzel - three came in another and it was served with beer cheese and spicy mustard. They were the long pretzels and our teens loved them. They mostly have burgers but you can sub chicken or impossible burgers for any option or create your own. They also had a few chicken sandwich options. We ordered the pimento jalapeño burger (bacon, fried onion, pickled jalapeño and BBQ) with fresh cut fries and chicken sandwich with fries. The fries are fresh cut and were fresh and delicious - would probably go back just for the fries! The Chicken tenders was the real show stealer - it came with 6+ tenders and was a huge meal. We will definitely be back!

Really cool spot. Upscale burger spot with lots of beer. Great place for business meets, hanging with friends or even a date night. Intimate setting. Food was good. I would go back if I lived in Carmel. Service was also very good. Definitely recommend going.

I was craving a good burger, and BRU Burger definitely delivered! We sat at the bar and were impressed by the service. Our bartender struck the right balance - attentive and responsive without being intrusive. The fast, friendly service really set the tone for a great dining experience. We started with a couple of The Dude Abides Pilsners from Bad Dad Brewing. Then we ordered the Southern Burger with onion rings, though we ended up with fries instead (not a disappointment - they were tasty!). The house-made ketchup unique and scrumptious (this is coming from someone who's not a ketchup person). Then there was the burger...Cooked to a perfect medium, it was bursting with flavor and deliciously messy with all the toppings. Every bite was worth the napkins. I'm already planning my next visit and would definitely recommend this BRU Burger to anyone looking for a fantastic burger.

I can't get enough of Bru Burger's happy hour! They have great pricing on beverages and appetizers from 3:00 - 5:30 pm. This was my first visit to the Carmel location, which is pretty close to home. The upscale restaurant is large inside with three dining rooms, a bar and a beautiful outdoor patio. We sat at the bar. There were a number of people working on lap tops, playing euchre and enjoying some cold brew. Rock music played in the background and a few tv monitors were playing sporting events. We sat at the bar. Eli, the bartender and our server, was friendly, efficient and checked on us frequently. I love the Spicy Pomegranate Margarita, which is one of their specialty cocktails. Eli made the drink from scratch. My husband a Zombie Dust. We shared a mountain of BBQ Pork Nachos. The chips were thin and fresh without too much salt. The pork was tender and delicious. There were a ton of toppings, including guacamole. The hamburgers looked fabulous, but I was full from the nachos. Bru Burger is part of the Cunningham group so I used my VIP cards to rack up some points. There was plenty of parking during our visit, but could get tight if there are busy. Worth a visit.

BruBurger and the Cunningham group are amazing. The food, service and ambiance e are always top notch. I really appreciate what they do for service members both past and present. I got the three cheese and onion rings and they are just amazing as usual. Our server was mop notch and. Very personable.

Went for dinner with some coworkers and this place was hopping. The building is nicely decorated and modern. The server was friendly and attentive. Wish the draft beer list was a bit better and not just your mainstream options. The menu definitely has some creative burger choices but settled with the Mexicali burger with onion rings. The onion rings were pretty large and the best part. The burger patty look pretty flat like it was your average frozen burger and nothing amazing just average. It was cooked to the medium temperature so I appreciated that part. The white queso was messy and kinda bland and didn't notice much of the pickled jalapenos since I got zero spice. Just seems like for a burger joint this place should do a bit better. Nothing blew me away but wasn't horrible.

In town for work, and Bru Burger Bar is walking distance from the hotel and comes highly recommended I sat at the bar since I was dining alone. There is a "U" shaped bar with around 18-20 seats, and a large seating area. There is also a nice patio seating area. They have about 18 beers on tap, mostly devoted to local/regional craft with a few Macro brands represented as well. The food menu is full of different kinds of burgers, most of which look very good. The bartender was friendly and relatively attentive. I ordered a 3 Floyds Zombie Dust, and a Quaff On Busted Knuckle, and the Black & Blue Bison Burger w/Onion Rings, which was very good. Overall the place is definitely on my radar for a return visit next time I'm in Indy!

Fries are amazing! Onion Rings are HUGE! The atmosphere is ok. The service lovely. Even the beer is great.

This is one of many Bru Burgers in Central Indiana. They are all upscale and this one is no different. It is located in a strip mall on Old Meridian St. It looks like there is not a lot of parking, but if you go in back there is ample parking and there's a rear entrance (so you don't have to walk all the way around to the front. Food is great. They have a dizzying number of craft burgers from which to choose. The kitchen cooks the patties to the correct temperature (your choice). No complaints at all.

10-stars for our group of 26. Family reunion first night here. Room reserved in advance. All set up and consider yourself fortunate if Hailey is your server. She is a PRO. accommodated separate checks / some had multiple family members on a check. Delicious food / fantastic menu / excellent experience. We had a Memorable time and do hope management and owners recognize Hailey.

5 star burger experience. Everything about the burgers are outstanding. Freshly baked buns that are toasted. Fresh meat patties cooked to order. Yay for medium! Fresh veggies with many different sauce options. It's hard to wrong with any of the expansive choices on the menu. The Beginning is your classic cheeseburger and super tasty. The Provencial with goat cheese and mushrooms is out of this world. The sides are equally tasty. Yes it's pricier than your fast food joints but the quality ingredients and drink options are worth it. Service is super friendly and prompt.

Looking for good food and quick and attentive service this is the place. A stellar dining staple in Indianapolis. Never disappoints.

He took time to explain the menu and was extremely helpful when it came to helping us decide on what to get. Everything sounded fantastic especially the starters. I didn't get a cocktail but I did get a lovely cup of hot peach tea that was very delightful. My friend's cocktail was beautiful. We did get a sample of one of the sparkling wines which was very nice. Mt friends ordered several items and I tried most of them. The carrots were my favorite. I ordered the tots and caviar as my main meal. This is definitely the upscale, adult version of tots. The potatoes were very crispy and I was shocked by the amount of caviar for the price. All the food was beautifully presented. And everything came out hot. Meaning temperature hot. You could tell everything was cooked fresh. Overall, it was a great culinary experience. We had the crab cakes and crab & artichoke dip for apps and our lunch entrees were the fried catfish sandwich with fries and the filet with mashed potatoes and collard greens. For bevvies, we tried their rosé and red zeppelin English ale. All of it, every bit and bite, was 10/10. Food breakdown: - Crab cakes: succulent lump crap meat within a lightly battered and flash fried coating. They come on a bed of arugula with a light dressing and dipping sauce for the cakes. Super yummy! - Crab & artichoke dip: ooey gooey deliciousness, perfect balance of cheese sauce too. You don't have to search for the crab or artichokes. And the fried naan chips were sliced long and thin, and could've been called naan fries actually. Perfect companion for the dip. - Fried catfish sammich: the piece of fish was huge and the batter was good. It came on Texas toast with fixins and tartar sauce. Won't lie, the only thing I wanted for was some hot sauce. That's a me problem... just gotta have hot sauce when I eat fried fish but I didn't ask for any while I was there (they may offer it) and still very much enjoyed the sandwich. - Filet: it was great... hubby got it medium and it arrived perfectly cooked. The Demi glaze sauce was so good and so were the sides. Their collard greens are seasoned up! I said does my auntie work here?! This cuisine is so comfortingly southern and didn't disappoint. Shoutout to our friendly and helpful server, Dan... our food and drinks came out quickly and so did our to-go box. His service was truly top notch. We have been living in Carmel for 5 years and this is one of the best restaurants here. If you're on the fence about trying this place, jump off and make a reservation. You won't regret it.

The pimento cheese dip was fine; closer to a nacho cheese dip. Both dips came with too few naan dippers to finish the dip (they charged extra for extra naan to finish the dip). - The cajun pasta was fine. Pasta was cooked well. I got it with chicken, which tasted good. The sauce was fine. - The hot honey chicken tenders were crispy, but lacked flavor. - The CBR chicken sandwich was good. Crispy and good size. - Do not order the side mac n cheese. $6 for some Stouffer's mac n cheese topped with the pimento cheese dip (that's basically nacho cheese dip). Overall, if someone asked to meet here for a meal I would request another restaurant but I'd still eat here if they insisted.

We sat at a high top table in the bar. Our server, Bailey (the bartender), was friendly and super attentive. She made recommendations and kept glasses filled. The craft beer selection is excellent with about 16 local options on tap. My husband had a Fall City "Hipster Repellent". The name alone is interesting, but he loved his beer. I had the Espresso Martini which came with roasted coffee beans floating on top. My cocktail went down easy. I also had a glass of the Berringer Chardonnay. The pour is generous. We shared a plate of Loaded Tots, which was wonderful. The tots are made from scratch in-house and covered with roasted bits of pork belly, cheese, a sauce and green onions. We LOVED the tots, which came out super hot. We also shared a plate of the Loaded Hummus. The plate is beautiful and colorful. The hummus is fresh made and loaded with bits of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and is delicious on a balsamic reduction. The hummus is served with a generous portion of fresh in-house made focaccia bread which tasted amazing. The Loaded Hummus is a winner in my book. Bailey our server was fabulous. You order at the front counter then they bring it to our table. The menu can be a little daunting if you aren't sure what you want. I chose a chicken enchilada bowl, but was then told they were out of cheese. Nothing else was jumping out at me, so I just ordered the avocado toast. (see pics) Our food came fairly quickly. I will say, my coworkers' dishes looked good. I was pretty disappointed with my avocado toast. For $9, it was a sinlgle slice of bread, only very lightly toasted. The jammy egg was maybe 1 hard boiled egg, chopped up on top, and it was cold. It did have shredded cheese over it (not sure why that couldn't have been used in my enchilada bowl?) . It also tased like it had a lot of "everything bagel" spices on it, and was overall fairly salty. So it was a little disappoining. And I left hungry. But I wasn't in the mood to order anything else. My coworkers had sweet potato fries (I tried some - really good!), and different bowls that looked good, so I would give them another try sometime, but the avocado toast did not live up to expectations. #ReviewsByRL
