This self service car wash has been here for as long as I can remember. I love it. It's great for…read moremy classic cars with delicate paint as you do it all yourself. It has high water pressure and it's not a bad value for West Hollywood. The wash is timed and if I'm quick, a wash will cost me about $7.50. If you go to the big full service car wash down the street near Palm it's now about $28.99 for just a regular wash plus tip. So if you don't mind doing it yourself, a wash and vacuum for around $10 at this place is really not a bad deal. I read a lot of reviews here saying that it costs $15, but what happens is they put a $15 hold on your credit card when you start the wash. I personally have not been overcharged, and in a day or so the $15 hold drops off and the actual cost is charged. Make sure to turn the wash switch to "off" when you're done and press the button on the card machine to stop the timer so you only pay the amount of time that you've been washing. Otherwise, it will just keep charging you. I think the wax and especially the conditioner settings are useless so I hardly spray those; just a quick spray usually. The foaming brush is fantastic for rims and wheels. I do love the new air dry hose feature. It's really amazing and cuts down the amount of drying you have to do with a towel; the water just blows off the car. The nice thing is that since it's brushless, it's much easier on a car's paint. You can decide how much soap to use with the spray. They have pay by time vacuums in the back that work but are a bit awkward as they have a huge hose. They have drying towels for sale but it definitely helps to bring some of your own towels with you to dry your car, and some Windex. The only thing about this 24 hour car wash is that occasionally at night when it has less traffic, it can feel a bit creepy as there is absolutely no one around except some shady looking types who come out of nowhere; I think they're just collecting items from the trash cans near the wash stalls & vacuums. I haven't seen anyone working on site at night or any security.

Way overpriced for a self-service car wash. For the same price, I can go to an automatic car wash…read moreand have the whole thing done for me. Not worth it.

I used to go here all the time, then I switched to a car wash on Melrose, but after that one…read moreclosed, I started going to this one again. When I got my bmw washed here, it was always like $40 or $50, but when I traded it in for my Lexus, for some reason, I keep getting charged like $150 here and I just don't understand why. It makes absolutely no sense. I think the guy just keeps upselling me. I saw a sign about a Passover special and went to go ask him about it. He said no one gets that it's just a regular wash and a vacuum. It's like $64.99. I'm pretty sure that's the one I used to always get (a wash and vacuuming), but he keeps pushing me into the $150 one. I don't care that the seats get conditioned. I don't care that the car gets waxed. I just want it washed and vacuumed. That's all I care about. They do a good job and the workmanship has been better than other places, so whatever, but I literally want the $64.99 one, not the $150 one. I can't afford to wash my car for $150 all the time. I don't have diamonds growing out of my skin that I can sell to people who are getting married. I can't afford these waxes and leather conditioning stuff. I just want my car washed and vacuumed. I might come back here if they stop upselling me on stuff I don't want because I like the work, but I also might go try to find somewhere that stops trying to upsell me on stuff I literally don't care about. I don't know. I'm just tired of being upsold. I want to stay in my budget and not have to figure out how to pick up a second job as a jigalo to pay for these crazy car wash costs. Please stop upselling me stuff I can't afford to pay $150 every time I come here, when I used to pay $40-$50!!! But to be clear, the work here has always been pretty high quality. Here's some pictures of their work and prices.

I keep giving this car wash another chance because it's close to my job, but I'm honestly done. For…read morealmost $40, I expect my car to actually be clean. There were still multiple dirt spots left all over, and the vacuuming was especially disappointing. It looked like no one even touched my carpet and the picture doesn't even show half of how bad it was. This is exactly how businesses lose loyal customers. People can overlook small things sometimes, but when the same things keep getting missed and the quality doesn't match the price, it gets old fast. If I'm paying nearly $40 for a car wash, I shouldn't have to go back & clean parts of my car myself. Super frustrating and definitely not worth the price.
