This shop is very close to my high-school which is super convenient! The workers are super friendly and helpful since I am fairly new with drinking bubble tea. They allowed me to sample different types of flavors, teas, and jellies. I usually walk here during my lunch break with friend since it is walking distance. My typical order is a blended Thai milk tea with boba and I love it! Not too sweet or too heavy. It is super easy to try new flavors, teas, and slushies since their prices are very reasonable. The interior is quite nice with music, benches for customers to sit and enjoy their drinks, lights around the ceiling, and pictures on the walls. I like bubble tea. A lot. I have come to expect a certain degree of deliciousness from my bubble tea purchases. I did not find that at Bubble Crunch. Part of my issue was that I don't like a jasmine tea as the base. Part of my issue was that it tasted nothing like the flavor (matcha) I had requested. The only redeeming quality was that the tapioca pearls themselves were good. I dumped out the majority of the drink and just ended up eating those. As far as price, it's around any other bubble tea price I've paid, but I didn't like it enough to even consume it so... draw your own conclusions. I know they are new, so I am willing to forgive how slow the service was, but it was a little disheartening to watch a woman who looked in charge bark orders as two lost-looking teens desperately read recipe cards and spooned ingredients in agonizingly slowly. If BubbleCrunch is going to do a grand opening then do a GRAND OPENING! First, I would like to say the lady(owner) is very nice and pleasant. When you walk in it is very boring and quiet. Not even a radio is playing. The menu looks like they got a child to write it. The interior decoration is as little as nothing. Food service is slow. I ordered thai tea and two sandwiches and asked to have them cut in half. The lady(owner) cuts the french breads before making the sandwiches. Basically she was making 4 small mini sandwiches...already a business FAIL! ahaha who does that!? That took twice the amount of time for my food to be ready. Quality of food is not high quality except the meat and veggies were fresh. The french bread was not crunchy...they should call this place BubbleStale.....The tapioca balls were under-cooked and hard. It only takes 30 minutes to cook and all you do is boil them in water...FAIL! I also saw an employee poke a straw through a customers bubble tea. What if the customer likes there tapioca shaken?...Fail! Like I said the lady is pleasant, I will go back one more time unless there are more failures and then I would just drive to Best Baguettes. read more

So, I walked in yesterday for a quick boba, I couldn't believe all the changes. They have a whole new menu, omg cheese fries, bah mi cheese fries? And taco bah mi? Insane! I mean, it looks good, I have to pluck up courage to try one. They replaced the blenders! They're much quieter and I think quicker, I actually didn't have to cover my ears when they made my drink. I am so happy they took to heart people's concerns, I was hoping to get more variety of food items and not having to DREAD standing in there when the blenders are on. No, I'm not a friend of them or a worker. I like their food and drinks and am impressed by their quick changes. I think I'll come here more often! For anyone that hated it before, I really do suggest trying it again and being HELPFUL in telling them what you actually want...rather than writing how much you hate it on yelp. I can't rate the teas, but the service! I stopped in to buy bottled water for my kids water bottles since the 7-11 in the same location had closed. I have not had a good experience at this boba place. Sure, the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the taro is not authentic taro (it should be a light lavender color though it was brown at this location.) Overall it's a bubble tea shop. Many flavors with options of milk tea and snow bubble and blended. Beyond that it's a confusing mess with kimchi fries and sushi hamburgers. I go here 2-4 times a week. Pros: The plain milk tea is just perfect. Not too sweet. The boba texture is amazing almost every time. Reasonably priced. Punch card! Friendly owner and staff. Cons: Running out of bobas (only happened once) Food is just okay (only had the tacos here). It is pretty slow--some people hate this, I dont mind. I think their big opportunity here is just getting more people in the door and building a larger customer base. Darrel and his wife are pretty passionate about bubble tea. They work pretty hard to discuss the flavors with customers to see what would be liked the most. They keep mixing and maxing to try out new ideas. My wife gets three Calamansi mango with Crystal boba. I normal get either the Coco one or the Thai tea. We are never disappointed with the drinks.
