I dont know why some reviews put the place down cause they don't prefer jasmine based bubble tea. Thats like saying I don't prefer Beef Wellington so Gordon Ramsay is a terrible chef. Anyway Ive been here 3-4 times now, healthy food at a low cost. Which is hard to find, healthy places always want to charge a premium. The reviews about the decor are correct, theres not much to it, some tables and chairs. But it looks like they have only been open a month, so I suspect those things will come in time. Overall, I found the food and drinks good, and the cost super competitive. The milk tea at Bubble Crunch was technically my second introduction to bubble tea, but the first time I tasted theirs I was hooked. They have a very friendly staff and they know how to blend it to perfection. The many flavors of boba as well as the jellies are quite delicious. They also have a punch card and give you a free tea when you have purchased ten. They do charge 75 cents extra for exploding bubbles, which sort of sucks, but I can live with it, because they didn't seem to add much to the drink. read more

My husband, daughter and I love this place. The owner (I wish I knew her name) is so sweet and knows exactly what I want and how I like it. We usually eat the rice boxes. The chicken is good but the steak option is my favorite. You can eat them Vietnamese or Korean style (difference is in the sauce and salads included in the box). The drinks are great too. Slushes are our favorite but love the boba. The biggest hurdle I see for this restaurant is their name. I am not sure most people that see this place (which is in a hard to see location) would know there is anything but bubble teas here. This is my "go to" place for bubble tea in the area. The owner and the staff are friendly and there isn't usually a wait. They have a good variety of flavors, but when I discovered the lavender milk tea with boba, I was hooked! I almost never see lavender at other shops, so now I always get it when I'm here. I also love supporting local, family-owned businesses. I haven't tried any of the food, so my review is solely based on the boba drinks. read more

The owner of the shop is awful! Her behavior to the employees made me embarrassed for them. Not to mention the food was horrible! Looking at all the past reviews, I can't believe people do not like this place. People have written a lot of reviews when the place wasn't open long, so of course there would be some bumps along the way - happens to all businesses. My hubby went to this place for the first time on August 27th. When he came home, he told me that the Bahn MI sandwiches were even better than the ones you can get at the Bambuza restaurant. Their Avocado slushie is to die for. It is creamy and has a bit of sweetness and just overall yummy. Our 21 month old daughter drank 1/3 of the drink, and she never does this. We went back today. I had the Chinese bbq pork Bahn Mi and my hubby had the Bahn Mi fries with pork. We also tried the peach and the mango slushies. My bun was fresh and crusty, the veggies fresh and tasty and the bbq pork was the moistest I've ever had for Chinese bbq pork. Their sauce was a bit hot for me as it had jalapeno in it, but loved the taste of it. The fries were yummy. The slushies were made with fresh fruit and you can tell. We talked with the owner, Nah, and she was a very nice lady. The business has been only open for about 3 months, so I can see why the reviews would not be good at the beginning. However, from what I've seen, the place is clean and bright, the food tastes great, why not give this place a try? It's a mom and pop shop who are trying their best to make fresh food and not processed. They look like they are more organized now although they are still short staffed. They are apologetic about that, but after tasting their food, I don't mind waiting an extra few minutes wait for it! I am NOT a friend of the owner. This place is great for bubble tea and bon mi sandwiches. They even have bon mi french fries, which, I was a little skeptical about but I'm glad we tried them because they are amazing. I've been here three times in the past four months: 1) The first time, I was thrilled. My plain milk tea with bubbles was perfect. 2) The second time, they were out of bubbles (and it was 4:15 pm, sort of odd). I got the jelly things instead of bubbles and wasn't really a fan. It's not their fault; I'm just not a fan of the weird jello-y texture or fruity flavor. I still loved the milk tea, though. The flavor was fantastic. 3) The third time, I again got bubbles in plain milk tea. The flavor was great, and the bubbles were perfect. However, there were weird specks of something in my tea and it was kinda gross to try to drink it. It looks like a tea bag or something must have opened while being brewed. I ended up throwing almost the entire cup away because of all of the flakes. I was pretty disappointed that such a good beverage was ruined just because whoever made it wasn't paying attention. If this had been my first time coming, I would not go back. However, I know they ARE capable of making a good tea, so I'll try it again within the next few weeks. I really want to just suggest to the employees that they pay attention when preparing their beverages, because it was not hard to see the flakes at the bottom of my cup. This could have been easily avoided, and a new batch could have been made to eliminate the problem. read more

Bubble tea here is so good! I also tried the kimchi cheese fries with pork which were interesting, not sure how I feel about those. Good prices for everything, you can get a decent meal for less than 10 bucks. Both the people working there that I've encountered so far have been sweet and friendly. I was so excited to see a bubble tea shop in the area. I am new here and haven't had bubble tea since I lived in Boston. I was unable to find while I lived in Texas. We stopped in and I introduced my husband to boba. We also got a bahn mi sandwich. The meat was awesome I just wish the bread wasn't so hard and there was more cilantro and sauce in the sandwich. The customer service was great and very friendly. The lady behind the counter explained everything to us as it was my husbands first time trying boba. I will be back for more teas. I wasn't thrilled by how artificial the rose flavor tasted, but that may have been a function of the flavor itself. I was in the mood for bubble tea and banh mi but didn't have time to go to beaverton for my usual tan tan and bubble bubble. I'm always scared to try new bubble tea places because I'm used to the milk tea at bubble bubble but I didn't have a choice. I ordered a beef banh mi, pork banh mi and a honeydew snow bubble slushy with rainbow jelly and bubbles. The workers there are super friendly and the place is very clean. My bf and I split the sandwiches and both thought they were very good! They add more meat than best baguette and it was very tender. We also liked that they add cucumber with the other veggies, as best baguette doesn't. They use mayo instead of butter, I don't really have a preference but some might. The sandwiches were $4.25 for beef and $3.75 for pork. The bread was crusty with a thinner crust so it doesn't scrape the roof of your mouth. The sandwiches are about the same size as tan tan. The bubble tea was average, the fruit ones usually taste the same everywhere that uses artificial flavorings. The bubbles were good, but not great. Pretty soft with a little bite in the middle-I usually like my bubbles soft. I will definitely be back for the sandwiches and may even try their milk tea. I got an original milk tea with tapioca pearls. It was too watery. :( Both times I have been the milk tea has been too watery. Very disappointing. It also took a long time to make. Double :(. :(:( My friend got a mango smoothie though with the rainbow jelly and tapioca pearls and she said it was good. The staff was very nice and friendly.
