They are cheap. they will fill your drink up only up to 80% of the way of the cup if you say light ice. Though their drinks are decent.

I had a pretty good experience from service to the quality of the menu items that I got. There were 4 staff members that were there taking and making orders. Even though I came in at a busy time, I didn't have very long to wait until I got my drink order. I grabbed a strawberry magic stick, an ube bun and a pineapple bun along with a mango orange tea. The strawberry magic stick and the pineapple bun were delectable and the ube bun was perfect. Ube isn't very sweet, and I'm glad that this cafe stayed true to the ube flavor instead of adding a lot of sugar or altering the actual taste! The mango orange tea perfectly pared with the pastries! They have bottled drinks and cakes as well, but I didn't get to try them! They have a handful of tables and chairs inside, and they had quite a bit of people in there. It seems like they are a fave spot for locals. Some customers were just hanging out and some had laptops out, so they might be a good spot to do some work, too. They also have some merch on shelves (plushies and cups) if you're interested in that kind of thing. Definitely recommend if you're craving some treats!

Ben Wong is always a treat to visit with enough variety to fill any craving. The teas are fantastic…read more- particularly the fruit teas which are refreshing and not overly sweet, while still highlighting fruit flavors. I particularly like the Orange Pineapple and Orange Mango, but you can't go wrong with any of them. At just around $7 the price point is in line with what you would expect for a coffee replacement. The pastries are where Ben Wong shines. Showcased in the middle of the cafe, the ability to self select pastries often leaves me going home with more than I expect. The Pineapple Bun is fluffy with a mild sweetness, the Chicken Curry Bun is savory with a satisfying crunchy exterior, and the Taro Buns have a rich taro flavor. At $3-$5 per pastry you can't go wrong with any of them.
