I'm so happy that TP Tea has expanded so quickly over the last few years. It makes for a great post-grocery treat after Mega Mart down the street or a post-dinner dessert after Seapot or 10 Butchers. I recommend 50% sweet here for all drinks if not 25% as it leans a tad sweeter than Cupertino in my past 5 or so visits. The Strawberry Milk Tea's been my favorite but the Tie Guan Yin & other TGY variants have been my go-to order for the last year. Delicious, perfect quantity, and great toppings to drink ratio. Never had a bad TP Tea experience here and I haven't had to wait longer than five minutes for my drink at any given time.

After I told a hg that I really enjoy floral tea, she highly recommended Molly Tea!…read more --- D R I N K S --- My favorite combo is the White Champaca Milk tea with a Jasmine Whipped Cream With Pecan top and sago! It sounds like a lot, but it actually works really well together. The White Champaca tea is on the mellow side, the Jasmine whipped cream adds additional floral aroma and extra creaminess, the sago gives texture without overpowering the drink, and the little bits of pecan add a nice surprise crunch. My husband's favorite is the Peach Oolong. I've had my fair share of peach milk teas over the years where they can be too sweet and the peach flavor tastes straight up like chemicals, but this has to be the best peach-flavored tea I've had so far! It has a fruity taste that doesn't overpower the flavor of the tea leaves. When I first visited last year, they had a "Fresh Oat Milk Tea Series", but I'm sad to say that it's not on this location's menu anymore. _______________________________________________________ ---A M B I A N C E -- I'm diggin' the woodsy, warm, Asian-y aesthetic they got going on! Tea and merch are displayed on the walls, and pink is definitely their signature color, so expect to see pops of it here and there in the decor, cups, and to-go bags. This location has a decent amount of chairs and tables, but let me tell you, this place was hella busy back when it was the only Bay Area location. We learned the hard way that the parking lot gets packed. Sometimes you'll get stuck in the super small lot because someone isn't even in a spot -- they just have their car parked with the hazards on while they run in to pick up their drink. Other times, cars are waiting and signaling for a parking spot while other cars are on standby waiting for people to leave after grabbing their drinks. The gas station behind the shop clearly got tired of it too because they put up a bunch of signs saying they'll tow if you park there just to visit Molly Tea. I highly recommend parking down the street near the apartment sidewalks or across the street and taking a little stroll to the store instead. Honestly, it just showed me that no matter how tiny the lot was, people still made the effort to slide through for drank. Fair warning though -- definitely expect to wait and chill. _______________________________________________________ --- S E R V I C E --- I will say, the staff handles the busyness pretty well. Lines are usually at or out the door, and they're receiving online orders simultaneously. There's another boba shop in the Bay that has a similar layout and process as Molly Tea, but that other chain feels like workers on an assembly line with deadpan faces. I feel like the brightness and warmth of Molly Tea is emphasized even more because of the friendly staff and their willingness to help with your order even after it's received.

Ordering is pretty straightforward on their self-service kiosks. On this particular visit, I had their White Champaca Oolong Milk Tea with less ice and 30% sugar. Somehow, they always get it just right in terms of sweetness. The best part is the "three stack straw" which really brings out the taste of the tea. Drinks were being made and served to order minute by minute, and the overall wait time was ~ 15 minutes. While the seating here is comfortable and can be relaxing, make sure to plan ahead, as the sun can be quite the nuisance at the right angles!

It's mainly interaction free due to the ordering kiosks and staff just calls out your name after emerging from the back with your order. They don't hang out around the counter. I first tried their drinks at the CityLine Bridgerton Tea & Candle making event back in March. I was able to try hot Ruby milk tea, hot honey amber milk tea, hot jasmine pure tea, and hot peach four seasons oolong tea, all lightly sweetened. The ruby was my favorite! It was an oolong. I kept refilling my teacup with it throughout the night. Fast forward to the actual shop experience. They had ruby milk tea-- hooray! I got no sweet and added oats (signature topping) and brown sugar mochi jelly. So good but it was sweeter than I thought it would be. I was so sad they didn't have ruby during my visit in April so I got the deep roasted oolong milk tea, no sweet but with oats. Too dark/bitter for me. My friend got the passionfruit orange fruit tea and it was pretty good. Oh my goodness get the mochi waffle sticks if they have them! I got a three pack and they're soo crispy and chewy-licious with included whipped cream dip! Get chocolate cream for an extra fifty cents. There's seating indoors or enjoy your drink while walking around CityLine. Easy parking at any of the garages. Please bring back ruby milk tea! Puh-lease!

It's a bit of a mixed bag depending on what you get. The lychee milk tea with 50% sugar and less ice was a 6.5 because you can barely taste the lychee, it was very faint and just tasted like a regular milk tea. The da hong pao milk tea with 25% sugar and less ice was also a 6.5 since it had a really strong herbal taste that I wasn't a huge fan of. The best one was definitely the ceylon cheese milk tea at 25% sugar. It was way more creamy and rich than the others so I'd give that a 6.9.

They have a small dine-in area. If you need to satisfy that "fried food" craving, definitely try their basil popcorn chicken! You can choose your spice levels, but wish they offered a sauce to pair. I will say I appreciate the size and juiciness of the popcorn chicken bites! The pork cutlets were fried well but the breading just fell off. The grilled pork chop was pretty solid and had a good charbroiled flavor. The fried chicken was probably the best: it was juicy and crispy. However, it could've been better with a little more spice. I do like that it comes with a wedge of lemon to make the flavors a little more prominent. Service: N/A Not much of a service since you can order through the kiosk. You pick up your food when it's ready and it's pretty much self serve. Ambiance: 2/5 It's a pretty empty restaurant during the time we went on a weekday night, but there were still a couple of people.
