Out of all the bubble worlds, this location has the best food by far. All of the menus are the same, but this location isn't as busy as the other ones so the quality is much higher. We always order the Hawaiian fried rice and chicken nuggets because they are guaranteed to be good. Dip the chicken in a bit of hot sauce and you're golden! I just want to say that service and attitude of the servers and managers is just sub par. Slow service continues to hamper this 40 person capacity location. On top of that, they forget parts of your order, and food comes out so slow. This is my third visit to this location and I'm feeling it will be my last. The food ranges from ok to good depending on what you order; I feel the Surrey location makes better food. However, the Bubble Tea here is tasty and refreshing with generous portions and close to home for those that live in Langley. It's also unfortunate that they opt to hire extremely unattractive Asian girls with poor English skills. I think what really prompted me to write this negative review is that they won't honour their own promotional materials. I received an offer for a free bubble tea with purchase and when I wanted to redeem it, they said they would not because it doesn't show up on their Loyalty Program called Belly. My account shows I've never redeemed the reward but they said when you check in and if it doesn't pop up, they can't honour it. Most places I think would just take a look at your account and see... Yeah, this guy has never redeemed this reward. NOPE... Just straight stonewalled. Needless to say... Customer service... Non existent. Amazing bubble tea and snacks! I'm a huge fan of bubble world because they offer milk alternatives for people who are lactose intolerant. It's a nice switch up from only having fruit slush. I usually have a great experience with bubble world but our latest experience was far from good. We didn't have great service or food. The bubble tea was fine but the food wasn't. I got the squid and it was greasy, chewy and fishy tasting. I couldn't finish it. It wasn't pieces or a squid but only tentacles. I hope that this isn't a regular occurrence and most likely won't get it again. I recommend the noodles. read more

I came here for lunch on a weekday with my mom and infant son. Since it wasn't overrun with high school kids like nearby establishments, it seemed like a clean and quiet place to grab a bite. The service was much better than I anticipated considering the feedback I had heard from friends. One server offered to move tables for us, so I can park the stroller. All the servers we had were friendly. I appreciated having a choice of cold or warm water. Our dishes were served quickly. I had the pork with cabbage in garlic and chili sauce. The proportion of pork to everything else (cabbage, green onion, bean curd) was very low. The flavor was a little on the salty side for my taste, but much like what I had expected from a chain Taiwanese eatery. My mom had the three sauce chicken. The portion was smaller than what I had tried at Pearl Castle. She found the dish salty as well, but we do have a more bland palate than many others. While the washroom was clean and roomy, the addition of a baby changing table would improve the convenience. read more

This location opened a week ago. The first page of the menu is not available. Most items we ordered or weren't in stock. The service is friendly. The chicken wings are amazing. Crispy and season with a bit of curry and 5-spice. Sui Mai was very juicy. I had strawberry milk tea with coconut jelly. It was nice and served in a huge glass. My husband and I have been to different locations of bubble world. Both of us have food allergies preference. Maybe they are not used to handling people with gluten allergies? It took us a while to help the server understand what we can eat and cannot eat there. This restaurant has a lot of promise... But they have room to grow. I arrived with 3 other friends and were surprised to find that the majority of items that we attempted to order were sold out. The slushies and milk teas are really lovely and I wolf go back today for those. If you're in the mood for food you may not want to stop here. The food that they had in stock that we were able to order was decent at best. We asked for hot sauce twice and it never arrived and on the 3rd attempt, my sister just walked up to the hot sauce bottle to get it. Food quality is alright. My go to items are the beef noodle in soup or salty peppery chicken nuggets. The bubble teas are not the best quality. The BELLY program is kind interesting but awkward for people dont know how to really use it. The service was great! These girls are nice and patient. Was shocked when i saw people pay attention on girl's looking instead running around to serve and help. I will suggest have one more waitress during the peak time.. if any customer is ordering or paying by the till, another poor girl has to serve the entire restaurant by herself, which is impossible. Bubble tea: if you love Bubble Tea DO NOT get one from here. I ordered the real fruit slush, they did not have my first choice which was fine, but took them 10 minuets to figure that out and tell me. Ordered Papua as my second choice- the drink was so watered down that it was more like a weak juice than a slush, and the fruit it self tasted just past over ripe and on the edge of rotten, and the pearls seemed overly congealed.
