I didn't have much interaction with the staff, however, they wished me to have a good day upon picking up my order. The shop itself is kind of small, but there's plenty of space and seats outside. Okay the drink: I had ordered a lychee black tea with Boba and rainbow jelly, and was slightly disappointed that I wasn't able to adjust my sugar level. My drink was pretty sweet, but adding extra ice to it made it taste much better. The shop is good for a quick boba run and I imagine it's pretty convenient for students nearby :)

I ordered the banana matcha latte and my bf got the Vietnamese cold brew. The Vietnamese cold brew ended up being sweeter than my matcha but that not a problem for me because I do not like my drinks sweet. A good hint of banana in my drink but mostly matcha. The banana matcha latte is available for a limited time only unlike the Vietnamese cold brew. SERVICE: We were the only ones at the store during our visit but the service was quick. There was only one person taking orders and making the drinks at the time but even then I thought she did it in a timely manner. AMBIANCE: Plenty of space and a cute instagrammable install photo-op against the wall. Plenty of seats available and some games available for groups visiting the store. There is free wifi available as well. The music playing in the background was not playing too loud. I feel like the store is still pretty empty and needs some more decorations but otherwise a good space to get some work done while enjoying your drink. They don't have as many choices when customizing sweetness, but their tea isn't too sweet at all. I enjoyed a strawberry matcha and my wife enjoyed a passionfruit green tea. Both were good. The boba was nice was good and fresh. Service was fairly quick. The girl was very sweet and offered to remake our drink if we didn't like it. We enjoyed the drink very much.
