And it made my tastebuds dance with joy!! The only bad thing about it.... I couldn't get enough of it, and to save my life, I can't tell you what the name of it was... (See my photo below for reference) Was it cream of chicken? Was it cream of mushroom?? Was it cream of heaven??? All I know, it was damn Delicious!!! Besides the soup, we also got some kind of specialty coffee for us, along with some cake pops & hot chocolates for the kids which they enjoyed. Apparently this place makes a mean Vietnamese Pho that everyone seems to give props to; I might just give it a spin next time though. Besides the soups & coffees, the Copper Q has a wide selection of baked goods, and other breakfast & lunch specialties. The city of Big Bear was poppin' the weekend we visited and it seemed like the Copper Q was the place to be because it too was packed.
