The owner called the following day to apologize, but the response was completely inadequate. Saying "I don't know how this happened" is not acceptable in a situation like this. What should have been communicated is what specific steps are being taken to ensure this NEVER happens again. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed. There is simply no excuse for something like this making it into a customer's food. Whether this was due to negligence, lack of quality control, or careless preparation, it points to a serious breakdown in basic food safety standards. What is most concerning is not just that this happened, but also how it was handled. Incidents like this require immediate accountability, investigation, and corrective action. The lack of urgency and reassurance raises real concerns about overall safety practices. This is not about compensation, it is about consumer safety.
