"Delicious food Swanky vibe I felt so cool And fully satisfied!" Walking into Grato is an experience! The decor, the open layout, the communal vibe... this is where the cool kids congregate We showed up in a Sunday with no reservation and got seated in a jiffy. Server took good care of us. Great table by the front window for a party if three. The carpaccio sandwich which they are famous for did NOT disappoint at all. The buffalo chicken sandwich was flavorful and piping hot. Neat take on a classic recipe and my only complaint was that it cost $12 to add a bit of plain simple chicken to my daughter's salad I could have bought two rotisserie chickens for that. We of course will be back if just for the meatballs alone! Polenta was perfect and the flavor combo was spot on. Best I've had locally. I love all their restaurants but Grato is the coolest! Another review giving it to you straight no chaser from the Hungry Poet aka Lizz! -Enjoy!

I've been meaning to try it since it opened - and finally today I had an opportunity !!! It's truly worth all the hype - great sandwich and for what you get reasonably priced !!! I ordered the steak sandwich and it was delicious well seasoned and packed with meat, they don't cheat you the amount of quality !! Ordered online and within minutes order was ready !! I'll definitely be back

Came here on our way back to Ft Lauderdale and this place did not disappoint. Ordered the buffalo chicken and steak bomb sandwiches and both were excellent. Sandwiches are large enough to share. The steak sandwich had so much flavor and the steak was perfectly sliced/cooked. The buffalo chicken wasn't overdressed and had a nice kick that wasn't too spicy. Will def be back.

I've been wanted to come here for probably over a year, but never want to make the drive up. I was finally in the area so I ordered online to pick up on my way home. Found a parking spot immediately, the guy at the window was friendly and my order was ready right on time. The sandwich was delicious, love the tall skinny Diet Coke cans, and the salted chocolate chip cookie was incredible. House chips were good but a bit over salted for my taste. Glad I tried it out and I would get it again if I were in the area.

My favorite sandwich shop ever! I have recommended this spot to everyone I know, and I go every time I get the chance. My favorite is the turkey club, it's the perfect sandwich. It's saucy, the turkey is seasoned, the bacon is crispy, the avocado adds creaminess, it's perfect! The chips are a nonnegotiable. They are crispy, flavorful, and just absolutely delicious. I've also tried the prosciutto, the stake bomb, and the Italian. All spectacular!

Stopped by Buccan Sandwich Shop on South Dixie and ordered the box lunch: beef carpaccio sandwich, Arnold Palmer, chips, a cookie, and half a pickle. Let me start with the sandwich because...baby. It was "mhm mhm mhm, the flavors are melting in my mouth" good! From the beef to the crispy balsamic onions - straight flavortown!!!! Seriously, every bite hit. The homemade chips were delicious and probably the right portion, but they were so good I honestly could've used about 50% more. The Arnold Palmer looks made in house by the looks of the bottle and while it was good, I would've liked it just a touch sweeter. Service was smooth, walked right up. There were plenty people there but standing waiting on their food. I ordered online. The guy at the window was nice, and my food was ready on time or couple minutes after. Parking seemed limited, but I lucked up and grabbed a spot in the super small lot behind the building. There's also street parking, and apparently another lot nearby maybe, idk because it was mentioned to me via text after I completed the feedback survey. The lunch box is $25 before tax, which isn't a cheap lunch, but the quality matched the price. Everything felt thoughtful and well executed including the box and wrappings everything was served in. Overall, I can't wait to come back and get this sammich again. Definitely worth stopping by.

Celebrated the last lunch of the year here and so glad I did. I ordered online due to the holiday, and pro tip: always online order especially during lunch time. This location is located off of Belvedere and Dixie and has very limited parking. This location is also a walk up window and it was very easy for pickup. My order was the steak bomb lunch box (choice of sandwich, half pickle, homemade chips, cookie, and drink). My total was $27 after taxes. I've been craving a good quality sandwich and Buccan did not disappoint. The steak bomb is like a fancier cheesesteak sandwich but has this cherry pepper aioli and banana peppers that add the perfect amount of tangy and spice. I found myself wanting more! The homemade chips are great with a kettle chip crunch and lightly salted. The cookie was the perfect dessert, chewy center and crunchy exterior. If you're ever near Buccan in West Palm or the other location in Palm Beach definitely stop by and pick up a sandwich for the beach or the park!

This was a pick up order and did not dine in. Ambiance: stood outside and waited for our order that we put in online for. We were maybe 4th or 5th order from opening. So that was great as so many people showed up around the same time. Service: service was good nothing to base off of. We put our order in at 11am and got our food at 1130. Good turn out. Allowed us time to get there from Boynton beach and just waited maybe another 15 mins. Food: 10/10. The sandwiches are something to write home about. Būccan is one of our well known sandwich shops in Palm beach county. Beef carpaccio sandwich is something you dream about in your sleep. Do eat it fresh though. Do not refrigerate as it just doesn't give the same level of greatness.

Service was very fast and friendly and their lunchbox deal is hands-down the best deal in Palm Beach County. You get a high-quality sandwich, housemade chips, a cookie, a beverage, and a pickle for $25. Can't beat it and the sandwiches are always so delicious. I absolutely love the beef carpaccio and if you haven't tried it, try it. You will not be disappointed! All of their sandwiches are so delicious and the service is fast and very friendly. I recommend calling ahead and ordering or ordering online because if not, you will be waiting for a little bit. They're always busy so just pack your patience if you decide not to order ahead. I don't think there's any indoor seating so you will have to just take your sandwich at the window and enjoy somewhere else but again definitely worth it.

Great sandwiches. I decided to get the lunch box because I had never had it before and I feel like it was a pretty good value considering the price of the sandwiches already. But after you do a tip it's about 30 bucks. I got the BLT and it was delicious, the chips seem like they're freshly made, and the cookie is always delicious. And they give you a pretty big pickle. I did park down the street and across the street and I didn't realize that I think there is a parking lot right near the pickup window apparently I saw a sign. Staff was friendly at the window. It took about 20 minutes

If you're anywhere near Palm Beach, do yourself a favor and stop by Buccan Sandwich Shop. Their Steak Bomb might be one of the best hot sandwiches I've ever had -- and it looks exactly as good as it tastes. The bread is perfectly soft on the inside with just the right chew on the outside, wrapped tightly so every bite stays together. The filling is incredible: thin-sliced steak that's tender and juicy, mixed with sautéed onions, mushrooms, and peppers that melt together into this rich, savory blend. You get pockets of gooey melted cheese throughout, so each bite hits you with that creamy, beefy, slightly smoky flavor combo. The seasoning is spot on -- nothing bland, nothing overpowering -- just a perfect balance that tastes like it came out of a real kitchen, not a fast-food line. The house-made chips on the side are another win: crispy, golden, lightly seasoned, and still warm. They taste fresh, not factory-made. This is the kind of sandwich that looks heavy, but you start eating and before you know it half is gone because it's that good. Palm Beach has no shortage of fancy food, but Buccan Sandwich Shop delivers something simple, honest, and absolutely delicious. Easily a top-tier steak bomb and one of the best sandwiches in the area.

    Brittney O.

Pick up window can get pretty busy and you may wait awhile, but it is worth the wait! You can also order ahead of time and pick it up. The ingredients taste fresh and delicious. The bread is soft. They sell homemade potato chips that are amazing. I had the Burrata Caprese sandwich and it is exactly what I needed. The burrata and balsamic glaze with the pesto it was perfect. I will definitely be back!

I got a box of 6 pastries for the family. When I tell you everything is made from scratch and your taste buds can tell, I mean it. Here's the lineup: passion fruit kouign-amann - give her the 10s. This was hands down the best pastry we got. It has a nice caramelized crust (like a croissant) that balances the passion fruit filling's slight tartness. Seriously, try it. orange olive oil cake (loaf) - ok, the candied orange on top is DELISH. The loaf is moist, not too sweet, and the orange zest really gives it a flavor close to a loaf I had in Santorini! Vanilla bean custard: tastes like a pastel de nata- an excellent one at that. This filling is silky, creamy, and dreamy custard. Carrot cake croissant: this is like taking a bite into the fall season. Great croissant, and the filling is literal carrot cake with cream cheese icing. The spice profile is so warm and cozy. Raspberry hibiscus vegan bundt - I loved that you could really taste the floral note with the raspberry. I can't believe it's vegan! It is just as soft as the olive oil cake. Raspberry cheesecake danish: It's good. The raspberry jam is clearly made fresh (peep the seeds in it), cream cheese layer pairs well with the jam. But it falls short relative to the other pastries in the box.

I got the moussaka and he got pasticchio. Both dishes came with a very generously sized Greek salad and warm pita wedges to start. The salads had tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, onions, pepperoncinis, and romaine lettuce topped with feta cheese and dressing. There was also a small rice stuffed grape leaf -- cut in half. The salad could have been a meal in itself. The moussaka was layered egg plant and potatoes with a ground beef filling topped with cinnamon béchamel sauce. The pasticchio is the Greek version of lasagna but with elbow macaroni. Both portions were quite filling. I ate my dish and he brought half of his home. He was saving room for dessert. For dessert, he had galaktoboureko which is a custard filled pastry topped with simple syrup. He said it was good, but it would have been better if warmed. Or at least if the syrup was warm. We had very good service. If you like Greek food and are in the area, this is a good place to try. Large portions at reasonable prices.
