Busy at lunchtime but worth the wait.

This is one of my favorite quick spots for a delicious and healthy lunch. It was my first visit to this location, and they were quite busy for lunch. There were two lovely ladies running the show. They make custom guacamole to order that can put on a salad, rice, wrap, or service with chips or a combo of these choices. I had a salad with shredded pork and the delicious guac. They have chicken, shrimp, steak, and pork, or you can go with just the guac. There are a variety of sauces and dressings you can top your food with. Love this place and their food is wonderful. Price us fair for the amount of food you get. I usually have some leftover for later. The service was great despite the crowd and the lineoves quickly. They have tables inside and out. When we were done I realized I left my sunglasses at the table where I initially sat and they were now missing. Caitlin who works there helped me figure it out and called me to let me know they have them there. So sweet! Not only do I love their food but their staff fies above and beyond. Definitely two thumbs up!

This place is great. The fresh ingredients do not disappoint at all. We love picking up our coffee next door and come here for our lunch. The workers there greet you with a smile and make sure they're attentive to what you want. I got a Bowl again today and it's outrageously good. Rice/Guac/cheese/Romaine/and Pork as my protein. Give this place a shot, because honestly Chipotle has nothing on them. 100 times better!!!! Continued success Guaca Go

I was going to another store nearby and walked past this restaurant that I've never been to before and decided to try it. The counter girl was pleasant enough but I told her it was my first time and I asked if the falafel was good but had I noticed or been told Before it was "falafel crumbles " I would Have left because that is not a real thing. I designed my bowl with the Mediterranean flavors only for the bin with falafel crumbles to be at its end and I said since it's out I want some for The flavor profile and I guess a bit of something else? She suggested shrimp. Tiny flavorless shrimp and without mentioning it she charged forThe shrimp bowl. I took ithome And ate it was completely underwhelmed so I replied back to My Text receipt and got This rude response. It's true there were 2 or 3 managers sitting at a table When I came in and none Of Them Said hello, welcome, have a good day. Nothing. Love that they can check The cameras

Guaca Go is a cozy restaurant located conveniently in front of an apartment complex. During my visit, I ordered a rice bowl with sweet and spicy guacamole and tuna for protein, accompanied by a side of garlic sauce. While the meal was decent, it didn't quite reach the level of greatness I imagined. I may consider revisiting and customizing my order by omitting the super greens. The staff members were polite, and the store exuded a quaint and charming ambiance.

I honestly haven't ate the food yet, im in the car ride home and the aroma alone is satisfying. Gabby and Emily were super nice and helpful and made it a great experience. Very simple but exciting concept. The pictures of the staff made it feel very welcoming to enter the building. Clean place, reasonable prices, awesome staff. Definitely will be back.

Driving in the West Palm Beach area and randomly came across Guaca Go. I was like hmmm I like guacamole and I'm hungry so why not lol. Place is new, nice, clean and the guys working tonight (9/19/23) were very nice and explained how it all worked. What got me convinced was how everything comes with their guacamole and you get to choose how to build your own guacamole. The base I chose was half turmeric rice and mixed greens, then build my guacamole as the "OG". That is a fresh avocado mixed with onion, cilantro, black beans, bell pepper, garlic and I substituted jalapeño with tomatoes. For my protein I added chicken. It was delicious!! The food has such good flavor and very good quality. Loved the serving size. 100% recommend Guaca Go and will definitely return.

What a gem! I was in search of a healthy spot for lunch and came across Guaca Go. I am so happy I did because it's my new favorite. It's healthy and flavorful, so you won't need anything more. There are options for everyone so you're bound to find a blend you love. This has become my new go-to spot. Thanks Guaca Go for this awesome idea!

They have some small two top tables inside and a couple high tops outside. They had a board with lunch specials on it. But we wound up ordering from their regular menu. I got the moussaka and he got pasticchio. Both dishes came with a very generously sized Greek salad and warm pita wedges to start. The salads had tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, onions, pepperoncinis, and romaine lettuce topped with feta cheese and dressing. There was also a small rice stuffed grape leaf -- cut in half. The salad could have been a meal in itself. The moussaka was layered egg plant and potatoes with a ground beef filling topped with cinnamon béchamel sauce. The pasticchio is the Greek version of lasagna but with elbow macaroni. Both portions were quite filling. I ate my dish and he brought half of his home. He was saving room for dessert. For dessert, he had galaktoboureko which is a custard filled pastry topped with simple syrup. He said it was good, but it would have been better if warmed. Or at least if the syrup was warm. We had very good service. If you like Greek food and are in the area, this is a good place to try. Large portions at reasonable prices.

We planned to share several dishes, and it ended up being a great variety for a very reasonable price. The chicken schnitzel was delicious, and it came with mashed potatoes, which was unexpected but really enjoyable. The green beans were overly salty, so if you order them I'd recommend asking for no salt. The bread and hummus were to die for, you could really taste how fresh everything was. The fish was cooked perfectly, and the sauce wasn't truly spicy, just had a nice kick. Even though I'm not usually a squash fan, the grilled pieces were surprisingly good. The mushroom pasta was light and flavorful--we liked it so much we ordered a second one. The manager was also very accommodating for our party of seven and genuinely kind. We'll definitely be coming back.

I think he was confused between large and small! The schnitzel was the largest item only shareable for two not 4. The menu is beyond confusing and very unclear. On what is a meal and what is a side dish. The fish Shwarma was small but tasty, Don't get me wrong the food was delicious but the portions are Not shareable. The Delicate minced ribeye wrapped in sourdough was nice sized and tasty. The squash steaks were nice sized. The food came and went in seconds as again they were not shareable sizes. The Mushroom pasta was a little oily but was smaller than any portion I have ever had at any restaurant. If you have to eat kosher then enjoy and it will be a pricy meal. If not, you will be disappointed in the portion sizes.

The wait was pretty long but the bar was first come first serve so we hoped to snag a spot there instead. The restaurant itself is tight. It's long but thin and the waiting area is like nonexistent so you're basically all huddling around people's tables. Luckily we were able to get drinks while we waited and the drinks were delicious. I ordered "The Crush" which had green grapes in it. It was so refreshing and delicious!! It's been a couple of weeks since we went and I'm still thinking about how good that drink was. I forgot what my bf got to drink but he enjoyed it as well. Finally some seats opened up at the bar and we were able to sit there and I'm so glad we did. Our bartender, I believe his name was Sam, was on point. Just exceptional service from him. He was great at his job and we also really enjoyed our conversation with him. To eat we ordered the deviled eggs, the tuna tartare and the Emerald Kale Salad with Rotisserie Chicken. The salad was just so incredible we ordered one to go as well. The food is absolutely worth coming back here for, the tuna tartare was also fantastic. The deviled eggs were okay, but I'm not a good judge for them as I'm not a huge deviled eggs person. Next time we're in the area I need to come back here. So good!!!

My favorite items were the chicken meatballs (perfect texture, with the right amount of spicy mustard) and the prime rib sandwich (the bread was soft, steak was juicy and tender, horseradish was creamy). ALL of our dishes, however, were soooo good, and I'd order any of them a second time! Small seating area inside (just a few tables and bar seats), and they don't accept reservations, so expect to wait a little bit. The inside is dark, with warm lighting and big leather booths; you don't feel like you're in south Florida anymore, it's a northern cozy vibe. Service was nice, but didn't check in often enough (often times having to flag someone down for utensils, plates, etc). I would definitely return here for dinner!!

We sat outside for an early brunch with perfect weather... it set the tone for a beautiful, breezy morning! Food-wise, everything was solid across the board. Nothing that completely wowed me, but definitely good and enjoyable. I was especially excited for the smashed croissant avocado toast, but it fell a little short for me. Smashing the croissant kind of takes away what makes it so good in the first place... you lose that fluffy interior and crispy exterior, and it ended up a bit tough. The oysters and side of bacon were my favorites of the table, both super yummy and I'd absolutely order those again. The truffle fries and short rib benedict were also good, just didn't stand out in a big way. And of course, mimosas... no notes there. Overall, a really lovely brunch spot if you're looking for great ambiance and a relaxing outdoor vibe.
