This is one of my favorite quick spots for a delicious and healthy lunch. It was my first visit to this location, and they were quite busy for lunch. There were two lovely ladies running the show. They make custom guacamole to order that can put on a salad, rice, wrap, or service with chips or a combo of these choices. I had a salad with shredded pork and the delicious guac. They have chicken, shrimp, steak, and pork, or you can go with just the guac. There are a variety of sauces and dressings you can top your food with. Love this place and their food is wonderful. Price us fair for the amount of food you get. I usually have some leftover for later. The service was great despite the crowd and the lineoves quickly. They have tables inside and out. When we were done I realized I left my sunglasses at the table where I initially sat and they were now missing. Caitlin who works there helped me figure it out and called me to let me know they have them there. So sweet! Not only do I love their food but their staff fies above and beyond. This place is great. The fresh ingredients do not disappoint at all. We love picking up our coffee next door and come here for our lunch. Based on your thoughtful reply, I decided to give Guaca Go in west palm beac another try tonight. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the avocados were brown, and the chicken was barely lukewarm. While I understand the challenges of sourcing high-quality avocados, there's no reason the chicken shouldn't be served hot. It might be worth checking whether the issue is due to the chicken not being properly covered. I really want to recommend your restaurant but the quality has to improve. read more

The counter girl was pleasant enough but I told her it was my first time and I asked if the falafel was good but had I noticed or been told Before it was "falafel crumbles " I would Have left because that is not a real thing. Driving in the West Palm Beach area and randomly came across Guaca Go. I was like hmmm I like guacamole and I'm hungry so why not lol. Place is new, nice, clean and the guys working tonight (9/19/23) were very nice and explained how it all worked. What got me convinced was how everything comes with their guacamole and you get to choose how to build your own guacamole. The base I chose was half turmeric rice and mixed greens, then build my guacamole as the "OG". That is a fresh avocado mixed with onion, cilantro, black beans, bell pepper, garlic and I substituted jalapeño with tomatoes. For my protein I added chicken. It was delicious!! The food has such good flavor and very good quality. Loved the serving size. 100% recommend Guaca Go and will definitely return. read more

For a local fast casual, Guacago is really leading the way with healthy and freshly made ready to go meals! I love the concept of making guacamole the center of the dish because guac deserves alll the credit. You can make your own or choose from their signature guac flavors then make it into a wrap or bowl. When I say you can taste the freshness I'm not kidding! They literally open the avocado in front of you and chop it up...none of this already pre-packaged funny business that other fast food chains do. The house made sauces are savory and are a must try (they come in an empty avocado shell which makes for a great dipping bowl).
