I brought in my Honda Civic for a full diagnostic, and it turned out I needed a CV Axle Assembly replacement. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Danny took care of me and truly went above and beyond. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and even took the time to show me underneath the car exactly what was wrong so I could understand it for myself. That level of transparency and patience is rare and very appreciated. I also spoke with Richard, who was incredibly helpful in walking me through my options and helping me think through next steps for the car long-term. At no point did I feel pressured. Just supported and informed. What really stood out was the honesty and transparency from the entire team. The communication was clear, the timeline was accurate, and the car was ready exactly when they said it would be. No surprises, no runaround -- just solid, professional service. These guys are the best. You can genuinely feel the integrity in how they operate. And as a bonus: great music in the shop too, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend ATA if you want trustworthy, skilled, and communicative mechanics.

Before they told me what they would charge, they inspected the car. While inspecting, they found a broken motor mount. The estimate was detailed with pictures and sent to my email. I authorized the repairs because they were in line with other estimates I received over the phone. And although it's quicker to get a phone estimate, it's clearly better to have a hands on inspection-especially when the technician is thorough. And frankly, I'd rather be advised about any other issues before I decide to make repairs. All Repairs were completed in a timely fashion and because the car had an oil leak, they even took the time to pressure wash the affected areas. The waiting area and shop are immaculate and the attention to detail and customer service is beyond compare. I received a detailed report of what was done and a 36 month guarantee. They've earned my trust and my business. Highly recommended because they obviously care about good results. Glad they have opened in Sandy Springs.

They refused to accept payment for the hours of time they spent looking into the issue, or the filer they replaced. While they couldn't find the source of the smell, they told me they changed the filter and advised to get a full detail to see if it's spilled milk or food from kids left over time. Did that with my detail guy and so far, so good. The point of this post is trust. It's rare to find. And I found it. I'll be back. Thanks Chris and team.
