I only come to Buckhead Signature Nails because my nail tech, Eugenie, is here. That alone keeps me returning. Her work is fantastic every single time. I get Gel X with her and she is very intentional about maintaining the health of my natural nails underneath. She does beautiful designs and truly takes her time. I never feel rushed in her chair. The salon itself can be quite packed depending on the day and time. It is clearly a popular spot. They do offer water or wine, which is a nice touch while you are being serviced. I have not personally received a pedicure here, but I did observe a gentleman getting one and he received an impressive head and neck massage along with it. If you are a man looking for a place that offers a relaxing pedicure experience with that added detail, this could be a great option. Overall, my loyalty is to Eugenie and her consistency. I went here 3 times to get the same services and got charged a different price everytime. idk if they charge by nail tech or what but im confused on why a short acrylic french tip set and eyebrows are $170 when I paid around $130 last time. Prices are never an issue for me but if it goes up everytime I come there's obviously gonna be comments made . Im also gonna clock that yall are extremely too rough ! why tf is the guy doing my nails filing my shit so hard that his front pieces of hair is bobbin. Terrible experience. I needed one nail fixed and I decided to get a fill-in and just have my nails repainted. I showed them my nails when I arrived and a picture of the design and they assured me that they could replicate the design that was not the case I was aggress by the boyfriend of my nail tech who told me that I was giving his girlfriend a hard time he then tried to rush and do the design which looks terrible. They moved me to another nail tech who told me the issue with my nails was not the painting of them, but because I chose to get filler gel as opposed to acrylic, he then did his own interpretation of the camo design, which unfortunately is not anything like the picture. Wow. Just wow. I came here for a pedicure before a wedding in Atlanta, and the experience was outstanding. From start to finish, we were treated like royalty -- my nail tech made both my husband and me feel completely pampered. The salon was spotless, comfortable, and had such a calm, inviting vibe. Buckhead Signature Nails is ran like an assembly line. This place is an absolute NO for me. My experience was a literal nightmare! First my nail technician argued me down about having acrylics when in fact they were my real nails. Then she proceeded to tell ME how my previous nails were done, when I was there. After she final realized they were MY nails it was too late because she had already cut them in half. PISSED! Another nail technician kids ran, cried and yelled the entire time. Definitely was not giving a relaxing experience. The only pro to coming here is that I got right in without a wait besides that I d not know of any. My nail look terrible. She used a black outline to create my gold chrome French tip and you can legit see the black through out the nail that isn't French and where she didn't completely cover it with the gold. These nails are super trash. 85% of my nails are shaped incorrectly, they're either filed at the way to the right or left. There's random white specks throughout the nude of my nail and it's NOT glitter... UGHHHH! Nails is the only maintenance I actually pay for because everything else I've mastered myself so I'm extremely upset about the waste of money. I didn't feel heard or cared for. I wasn't relaxed. Good service- was immediately seen for mani/pedi as a walk-in. Nancy was personable and filled with suggestions but not pushy. Fast paced environment- you kinda need to know what you want or be sure to ask for a service menu. Prices are a little higher than my usual west midtown location but its expected due to location. Nice decor, spacious open room, comfy massage seats, and they offer wine or water. My husband had a misunderstanding on his polish but it was fixed and he received a $5 off card on next service. And I didn't even get the complimentary wine they usually serve. Like... what?! Since their TikTok success, I've noticed prices increasing, but $80 for a basic builder gel polish change with zero designs is just wild. It's tough because I love the convenience of the location, but at these new prices, I'm going to have to start looking elsewhere. When I walked in they were very busy but I was able to be seated in less than 2 minutes. They offered me a drink which was nice because I was thirsty. The lady didn't wipe the inside of the tub but she did put a new plastic liner. Immediately I was disgusted when she attempted to file my toes with a USED nail file. I refused and she seemed irritated that she had to change it. Then she said she was going to sand my nail bed. WITH A DIRTY SANDING BAND! I asked her to change it and she refused. I asked if that was used on another client and she said YES That's disgusting and against Board rules! I kindly removed my feet, thanked her and left. A friend invited me to go here with him. He's a regular here. He got a whole mani and pedi package. I got a basic ombré white tip full set and a basic pedicure. My total was $155 before tip. I've gotten the exact same at other nail salons with better service for $90. When I asked how much for my full set she said $80. Mind you their menu says that ombré full sets start at $65. My nails are medium length and coffin shaped. No designs or jewels. Just white and nude ombré. I chose the #2 pedicure package that is listed at $45. My friend recommended I get a pearly nail polish overlay on my toes. I guess that was $15 add on. None of the 4 ladies working with us mentioned this. So beware of what colors you get. They charge different prices for select colors. They won't tell you this either. So in total with the $80 full set and $60 pedicure that's $140. We still don't know where the the additional $15 came from. They don't provide you with an itemized receipt. The woman ringing me up seemed irritated that I even asked for the pricing. Needless to say I will not be coming back here. I've gotten better service and quality elsewhere. This place is pretty and the vibe seems nice, however the pricing for their services and quality seem shady. Guess you're paying for their hype. read more

I returned the following day only to find about 6-7 other people who had also been there the day before with the same issues. I love my nails and pedi but a few things: 1) it is pricey (expected for the type of services I get and nail art plus the area) 2) My boyfriend got his mani and pedi by someone and the lady cut his cuticles so aggressively they were still hurting after a week and he no longer wants to get manicures 3) I've seen them offer wine, drinks and snacks to others but never to me even though I paid over $150 each time. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life. Not only are their thieves but they suck at doing nails. The place is fancy but the skill and artistry is really lacking. For starters, I sat waiting at the front seat for 10 minutes while different employees walked passed me without asking what service I needed. I had to ask for help and then when I told them pedicure and full set the man said he didn't know how to do a basic pink and white powdered French set. And then the lady who did my pedicure clipped so close to live skin that my big toe was sore for days afterwards. I left a $5 tip on my card receipt and these people CHANGED it and added more to make it $63 !! That is THEFT! The total should have been $53 but they went back and changed it to $15 which they absolutely did not deserve. This salon is located on the second floor and is a pretty large salon. It could easily fit 60 plus clients with all the seating they have. But let's be honest, you if you are going for the ambiance, it's cute with some rap music playing in the background. And no I dont mean the radio version- Im talking the unedited hard version. I was quoted $85 for an overlay of my already long really nails that chip from time to time. I arrived on time but my Tech was still working on someone else and made me wait an addition 10-15 minutes before getting started. What I didn't like in my soak off is that they did not remove all of the previously done overlay first. She just took most of it off. Red flag 1. Then she did the overlay super thick and super square. I would never be able to pick anything up off the ground and would likely scratch myself. When I asked for thinner and less squared, she did but barely. 2nd red flag. While getting my service another guy walked over to ask a question- in their language- and sneak a peak at what my nail art was. I have no problem with that. But what I do have a problem with is you being an employee there and blowing thing smoke of your vape pen in our direction as you talked to my nail tech. So basically smoking in a so called smoke free establishment- by an employee. Red flag number 3. I walked out pay $105 for a service I was quoted $85 and not at all impressed with because it looked nothing like the 3 inspo pictures I provided. If I wanted the stereotypical super long ghetto girl hands at my corporate job I would have showed a picture of that. But I didn't. I was very specific. And since 99% of the women there were getting that (the others just a plain gel manicure) then I am only led to think this is their target style of work and customer they cater to. Im not a fan. I won't come back. They have beautiful pictures but again they are just pictures. They are going to do what they are good at verses doing what you want. Be very careful. Or just stay away. read more
