Mai was excellent! Gentle, calm, and precise-just what I needed. I am very wary of new places and am nervous about nail people cutting me - it has happened before. I totally enjoyed the vibe and my family chose this salon to finish my birthday gifts and day with pedicures. My pedicure of choice was a full service and at as cost of $100+tip alone. Other members also received services but I think the guy (Chris) who performed my services was inexperienced and actually nervous. I didn't really want to complain about a gift but the problem is my feet particularly my heels are as rough as before the pedicure. I have been getting monthly pedicures since 1980 so my feet are very well maintained. I know what the day after a pedicure feels like and this is not the quality I am accustomed to. Overall the salon is cute and clean, but the experience was sub par. I booked a reservation via their website and received a confirmation text. When I arrived, they were not aware of the service I needed. Which was fine because there were at least 6 staff members sitting in the pedicure chairs on their cell phones. One was taking a nap actually. I still felt like I was inconvenience, though. I was treating myself for my birthday so I did a lush signature pedicure and a regular manicure. Overall the experience felt a bit messy and rushed. My manicure was done while I was getting my pedicure which I didn't mind, but there were multiple coats of polish without allowing them to dry between so it ended up bubbling a bit and looking messy. I picked a very light pink so it required three coats of polish. The ladies helping me were very sweet, though, which is why I give 3 stars. While helping they informed me my pedicure came with a cocktail so I happily accepted. Skip this, haha. Maybe ask for a glass of wine if you come... the cocktail was neon green and tasted just like it looked if you know what I mean. I should have asked for a glass of wine instead, but already felt like an inconvenience. The ladies asked another girl sittinon her phone in one of the chairs to make the cocktail and she looked completely annoyed. Reading the reviews while I wrap up my pedicure, it looks like this is a trend. You do feel like an inconvenience and with the amount of people napping or playing on their phones (some on loud without headphones) in the chairs beside you... it just makes for an uncomfortable experience. This was my second time coming here, I wanted a fill in and a pedicure. Was the first person in the salon, my fill in and shape were nice but none of the designs looked good even the ones they showcase on their IG. After being in the salon for 2 hours and leaving with a design I was unhappy with I called immediately and let them know that I had to leave but would be coming back due to not being satisfied with what I paid $80 for. The young lady I spoke with assured me that was fine and I could come back the next day since they closed at 5. I called the next day to confirm this was still okay and they confirmed it was. After traveling to midtown in traffic they call ton notify me they will no longer honor what they said. I wouldn't recommend this place not only due to the unsatisfactory service but also the unprofessionalism that has been showcased by not keeping the promise they made to fix the issues I had with my nail. I never got my pedicure and after driving all the way to Midtown to the appointment they confirmed to fix my issues I went to another salon after they said they wouldn't be fixing it. If I'm going to spend money it's going to be somewhere that I will be satisfied with so went to a salon in Buckhead. Would not come here again. If I'm paying nearly $50 for a basic gel mani I would like for the edges to at least be neat and not bumpy. read more

I have been going to this nail shop for two years. The last few times I've gone I have received terrible service. One time I asked for a fil-in with gel polish. By the time I left the shop and made it back home, my nails were peeling terribly. See pic. Today I went to this nail shop and I wanted American ombré. I have always gotten American ombré - whether my nails were short or long. This is the result of my request - see pics. The nail tech did not administer the nail design the normal way - wherein you use acrylic powder. Instead, he thought that he would use white-tip nail polish and a makeup blender. I started to stop him during the process, but I thought I would give him a chance , thinking he may know something that I don't know. I should have stopped him! He did a terrible job. The design is not ombre at all, it is very hacked and the polish is very transparent on my nail bed. I could not stay to allow him to fix it so I proceeded to the front to pay for my nails. They had the audacity to try to charge me $70 for this. I refused to pay $70 for this screwup and they would only take it down to $50. I have been a faithful customer of this shop. Stevie Wonder himself could see the mistakes that were made on my nails. I definitely will not be returning to this overpriced, rookie nail shop. If you are going to charge Buckhead prices for your services, then you need to provide Buckhead services!!!!!!! read more

Looked into the salon on a whim based on some Nextdoor recommendations - truly could not be happier! I was able to easily schedule an appointment through their website (same day) and just left it to "any staff." I was fortunate to get Tris who was so sweet, and extremely thorough with my gel manicure. Most salons and manicurists will only buff off/remove my gel polish with a drill, but Tris was thorough to gently remove the layers to not damage my nails. She also checked in with me at multiple points to make sure I was happy with the length and color(s). Thank you Tris! I've been to three salons in Midtown (including Piedmont Nails and Sugarcoat) and this was by far the best experience I've had! The salon is clean, bright, spacious and luxurious. The music in the salon seems to be an acoustic mix of modern pop music (Justin Bieber, Olivia Rodrigo, etc.) The salon is located by / in Colony Square, making it convenient to also pop by the food hall for a quick bite or drink afterwards. 10/10 would recommend! Let me be the first to say the ambience and the customer service is beyond great. This was my first time getting my nails done here and the services that I received (gel pedicure and SNS manicure) the gel pedicure with included the lemon organic option. The best pedicure, very great work. I also got my nails done, SNS manicure &Not even a week later my SNS is chipping. I am officially 2 weeks in and i am displeased. I've gotten SNS for years and haven't experienced the chipping of SNS. but not even a week it started, & I am only writing this review because the reviews are what brought me to this lovely place. I was voicing my opinions on how I exactly wanted my nails done, and the nail artist Kimberly was very rude and instead of listening to what I wanted decided to do her own thing and stormed off and got angry when I voiced again I didn't like what she was doing instead of just listening the first time. Then I left with a nail design completely different than what I showed when I walked in because they weren't capable of doing the design after saying they could. The nail tech rushed my service, questioned me 100 times for just wanting clear dip, then nicked my skin 3 times and made me bleed and left horrible steaks in the clear - so bad someone else had to redo it all. A week later all the nails broke and look horrible. He manager or owner on at the time only offered me 10% off and apologized, but now that I have to get this all redone, clearly was not enough. I decided to write this review (even though staff was nice) because I don't want someone else to get the same poor job. This was the worst quality manicure And pedicure I've had in years, maybe in life. Nails were sloppy and wet. Overall, the end product was really bad. E.g., nails not cleaned up around edges, uneven paint, not going to the bottom of the nail, polish too thick (3 coats) so it wouldn't dry so I got regular polish. My nails dried (in salon) for ~30min post mani top coat and dried for 45 min (in salon) for toes and the polish was still so wet that it smudged. The reason they rested for so long was that I was waiting for my friend to finish her gel mani/pedi. As soon as I walked 10 ft in flip flops, the big toe smudged. The painting was also sloppy on the non chipped nails. They fixed it and it rested again and chipped. It wasn't even a chipped, they dented because the polish was so thick that they couldn't dry I paid $89 for their classic mani (lowest price point) and deluxe bamboo pedi (second lowest price point). Pros: place was pretty empty on a Saturday, so no wait and 2 techs could work on me at once; they weren't rushing; aesthetically pleasing and ppl were nice. Whenever I try a new place, I never do gel on the first round bc I want to ensure they do a quality job, first. I paint my own nails pretty often, and they are less sloppy and don't remain wet this long. I'm glad I didn't get gel. I'll have to take off the mani/pedi today because it is very bad. read more
