They get an extra star for the creativity of adding green olives, but they will not serve pink and they used a regular grocery store white hamburger bun. The burger was well done and on the medium size. They could make the burger pop if they used brioche or other nicer bun, used more meat, and went pink. A disappointing 3 stars for mucking up what could be a home run. Maybe a 4 would be more fair given the creativity of the green olives. I almost did not order the fries. OMG. BEST EVER FRIES ON THE PLANET. It turned out the bartender and server, Sharon, is the owner. She said she changed the recipe a year ago. Well, she did right. So this is not a 5 star fancy schmancy formal dining establishment. It is, however, a diamond in the rough for that area. 5 stars for what I wrote about, and hopefully the burgers will improve.
