I have eaten a lot of pizza from many pizza joints and honestly the Lumberjack has one of the most delicious flavors I have ever tasted in terms of pizza. And the Open Range was also very pleasant. They were both very flavorful. And the crust was perfect. Sometimes with the wood fire pizza you get the outside crust crispy and the center crust soggy and that was not the case today. These pizzas were cooked perfectly. The pizzas are more of a personal pizza or a snack pizza. We got two for 2 adults and to small children and it was a perfect light lunch for our family. Our wait was times 30-40 minutes which I didn't think was bad for a fresh pizza and the brewery was busy. People were grabbing pizzas what seemed like every five minutes, so the pizza truck was definitely busy as well. Everyone here was grabbing pizzas. I am excited to try more of their menu options!
