I had to make a stop at guess because an airline which shall remain nameless lost my luggage and I had an event that evening. They were running an amazing sale 30%off regular merchandise and 50% clearance. I got an amazing dress that looks great on me and was originally priced at $250, paid about $100. I have since wore it many times. Is my go to little black dress. Sales associates are a little too helpful, to the point pf annoyance, bit I guess you do want you need to when you make commissions. The store is chic and everything is nicely displayed. Music is great. Makes you want to spend, spend! I loved the vibe. read more

I've noticed that my shopping experiences in Vegas have been nothing short of awesome. My Guess experience was the same - Maggie/ Megan (sorry forgot the sales associate's name) was genuinely so nice and helpful in picking out a great outfit for me. The store was neat and organized. There's a secret section past the dressing rooms where the sale items are located. I ended up finding a great comfy jersey dress on sale for $35! Again emphasizing the awesome service by the sales associates - they were all welcoming, helpful, and I didn't feel any high pressure sales tactics at all. They gave honest suggestions of what they felt looked nice and what they owned themselves. Maggie went above and beyond making sure I had the right sizes I needed in the fitting room and bringing over a pair of wedge heels for me to try on with a long dress to make sure the height of the dress was ok. I went here while on vacation and tried on a dress... I loved it but I wasn't sure if I needed it. Long story short I got home and decided I needed it but couldn't find it anywhere online. I called the store and talked to Brittney. I have to say it was THE BEST customer service I have ever received. Seriously. She was knowledgeable, beyond helpful, and made sure all of my needs were met including texting me a picture of the dress to ensure it was the actual one I wanted. I am so thankful and so impressed! I came here with some co-workers on a work trip. Didn't buy anything but it was fun to browse! One of the employees was this super cute and funny gay guy. One of my associates was dancing to one of the songs in the store and he wanted to challenge her to a dance-off! The store manager what ever her name may be (short Filipino woman) really needs to learn about customer service. Maybe you've lost touch, but your associates had a lot more class than you did. I went in to return something and the entire atmosphere changed. I understand returns are bad for employees, I've worked in a commission based environment for 2 years so I'd know. But that does not give you the right to be condescending towards me and belittling me into submission to settle for an exchange instead of my ENTITLED full refund. I've been a fan of guess for years but this is the second store I've been in where my experience was similar so I'm GUESSING it's a company wide problem.
