Caveat Emptor - Purchased a passenger seat for my 2025 Overland. Site said available in two-three weeks. Call to confirm told end of July early August (4-6 weeks). Found cheaper and faster from another vendor, attempted to cancel with them and get hit with a 20% restocking fee. The links to all of their policies don't work and now they are attempting to charge a $140 restocking fee. I'll be keeping the seat to avoid the fee and the adding to their margins. Pathetic customer service, 28 one-star reviews, three public Better Business Bureau complaints. Should have read the reviews first, lesson learned. read more

When I bought my machine elsewhere I had ordered a windshield, back glass and plow. After a month of having to call my dealer weekly my parts were not in. I made the decision to call Curren. Turns out not only did they have all this in stock, they had multiple options in stock and fair pricing. I ordered over the phone. They made everything super easy. They suck, I bought a 14000 lbs dump trailer & treated fine there in 2023, I just bought a 600 touring 4 wheeler, Had for 3 mouths & battery bad,i take it up, they did not call for almost a week,so i called them & got treated like crap because i did not tell them i bought a extended warranty. COVID crisis and I'm moving cross country with a 2 year old in tow!!? Not think you airlines... we need a different plan! Curren RV out fitted me with a great trailer at a great price. They did not bullshit me as many other dealers did. My calls and emails were returned very quickly. When I drove up to pick up my home on wheels I was treated with respect and appreciation. I have no experience with an RV.. I don't know how to operate any of the appliances and needed a class to learn me some knowledge. They provided me with a full tutorial and patient explanation of all the features. I am a pain in the ass, and they did not flinch as I combed over every inch of my R-Pod like a forensic accountant. And when I got home and made really stupid mistakes... Eric at Curren's took my calls, and really took the time to help me figure out and trouble shoot my issues. Which turned out to be just noobie rookie self inflicted mistakes . I never was made to feel like I was a bother. We bought a travel trailer with a floor plan the delighted us. We also felt the price was reasonable especially in terms of the circumstances surrounding the pandemic. They knew that the floors needed redoing and we're waiting for the product. We took the trailer out for one beautiful vacation to Lake Ontario and Watkins Glen with the agreement that we would make a list of other things that needed fixing or tweaking and would then drop the trailer off for them to fix everything. Pandemic time is not the same as real time and we ended up having to leave our trailer at the dealership for almost a year. But through all this time, they kept in touch, were accessible and easy to talk to, and were professional. Our first experience was a little disappointing. A combo of stresses on the business, poor timing and miscommunication resulted in our feeling less than appreciated. We were contacted afterward, received an explanation and an apology. Everybody has a bad day, so we gave Currens RV another chance. I respect any person or business that is willing to work for a customer. It was worth it. We ended up trading our travel trailer in on a gently used Rockwood. After reviewing their website, my wife and I decided to take a trip to see these folks. I met the owner and his son who very nice and had a ton of knowledge about the ATV's they had for sale. After discussing it with the better half, we decided to purchase. When we showed up, they had everything ready to go. The shop mechanic went over the machine in detail with us and helped load it for safe passage home. The owner also provided us with free hats and even a new hoodie/sweat shirt for the wife. These folks went out of there way to make us feel like valued customers and we greatly appreciated that level of customer service. I recently ordered a cover for my RV here. Like a previous review mentions, the customer service was very poor and the folks behind the counter almost seem hesitant to wait on you. It was a special order since they didn't have the item in stock. They were willing to order it for me and told me that they would call when it came in. I never received any call back but stopped by the following week since it was local. The cover was in and I was able to pick it up. While I was paying, I noticed that a man behind the counter was making jokes about PTSD which I didn't appreciate. I will not be going here again for anything but I am glad to have the cover since winter is fast approaching. read more
