Our daughter wanted a Circus-Unicorn party. I did some research and looked up circus parties in and around Atlanta -- Buck's popped up on Yelp and Google. I read everything on the website regarding pricing before sending an email. Paul was amazing at responding to my emails. Very professional, helpful and fast! We left a deposit and that was it. We were booked Lol We confirmed the guest counts days before the party and we were set. Nonetheless, the big day came and the performers were so helpful with set up and clean up. They didn't know what they were doing with the decor - some things were damaged - but they were very helpful and kind. It was all honest mistakes. And they were apologetic. The performers and Paul kept the kids busy the entire time we were there. They were patient, attentive and organized with all of the different ages we had there(2-10). We paid for a lot but it was worth it. We opted for face painting, balloon twisting, unicorn character rental, extra performer(we had a fire breather, stilt walker & juggler), the balloon drop(which was "wow" for the kids AND the parents) and additional kids to attend. There was a large projector on the back wall playing kids bop music videos. We did the circus party. We opted for this because there was a zip line, trapeze, high swing and aerial silks from the ceiling. It was definitely a lot to cram into 2 hours-- but it was so worth it. Paul and his team did an amazing job. I'll post some professional photos so you can see the space was HUGE. We had 19kids and 25adults, it was awesome. We received so many compliments on the CLEANLINESS of the facility and PROFESSIONALISM of Paul. I can not give enough praise for Buck's Sport Barn. That was definitely a 5th birthday party to remember. With the tip we left behind haha! There is a summer camp they advertised as well. We'll definitely look into that this year. HAVE YOUR PARTY AT BUCK'S SPORTS BARN!! I have had two parties for my kids there and IT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. We had the circus theme both times. Both of my kids said it was the best birthday they'd ever had. The crew was so helpful. When I arrived, they immediately started helping me set up. Once the party started they immediately had the kids going from one thing to another. I let them do their thing and took pictures. They were awesome!!!! The kids had an AMAZING time with the trapeze, zip line, lyre, bounce house, balloon drop, circus show, etc. For the same price as every other kids birthday event place, you get a birthday that you and your kids will never forget! My experience at Buck's Sports Barn for my daughter's 7th bday on Sunday was AMAZING. Paul was very responsive from jump. And unlike other birthday parties, it went pretty seamless. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect because I had never been and hadn't toured the location prior to the party but the venue was perfect. My daughter had a circus themed party and the space was HUGE so the kids had more than enough room to run and play. Although we added add-ons (bounce house, a Disney character, balloon twisting, face painting, and a balloon drop) the party came with a lot!!! The kids were amazed from start to finish. They got to run and play (ziplining and swings, watch a fire show while they ate, play with characters that came with the party (a man on stilts, Dumbo and Elsa from Frozen) and then spend time circus training (hula hoops, swings, and silks). Every time we turned around it was something else to keep their attention. Everyone was very impressed with the venue! Thanks so much! read more

Hosted my son's 6th birthday party here and had such a great experience. Not only was it easy for me as a host, but the kids all had such a fun time from the moment they walked in, to the minute they left. We had 3 coaches for our party of 11 and lead Coach Josh was amazing. Energetic, fun, silly, and crazy talented. The other two coaches (sorry forgot their names) were also great and kept me in the loop about what was coming up next. I say that because they did have a solid schedule to fill up 2 whole hours. Our time included zip lining, obstacle courses, nerf gun battles, sword battles (foam swords provided) with assistance from coaches dressed in ninja costume, rock climbing, and more! The owner, Paul, was super easy to work with and very laid back. Inquiring about a booking through the website wasn't responded to within 48 hours so I found that calling worked better. All payments are made through Pay Pal (including the deposit), which I found kind of odd, but I can assure you it's all legit. We also paid our final payment and tip through Pay Pal. I was allowed to bring any type of food/drink with no restrictions so that was a definite bonus! Paul also works with you on the type of theme you want if it's outside of their usual packages. We had a Ninjago theme, which he was not familiar with, and he went out of his way to download some videos of it to include as backdrop video/music during the costume portion. The Barn is located behind Imperial Fez so make sure you turn into that lot and drive down to the back. If your kids are old enough to do drop off parties, parents have a ton of great restaurant options nearby to hang out for a couple of hours. One thing to note is that they were not involved in serving food like some other kid party spots. Was not an issue for us at all but wanted to point it out. My daughter had her 5th birthday here today and it felt like life as usual again- the staff have been vaccinated but still wear masks. All the adults were thrilled we could bring in all our own food a s drink including mimosas and rose. The kids went absolutely NUTS over the play space, and activities. Theme was my little pony and they had the best pony costume ever, baby sharks chased all the kiddos around, balloon drop, a surprise visit from Olaf- what more could the kids want?! This review is strictly for a joint 4th birthday party, not the typical classes that Buck's Sports Barn offers. I lived in this area for 7 years and never knew this place existed even having dined at the restaurant next door. It is located in the same complex of 1KEPT, Imperial Fez, and the newly opened DS17 Lounge which is owned by Atlanta Hawks PG Dennis Schroder who wears #17 (#TrueToAtlanta). When you enter the complex, carefully go down the steep hill and then you can't miss the big red barn. They offer several themed birthday parties (http://www.buckssportbarn.com/party-central/), but this party happened to be of the 'Circus Party' variety. There were 3 young instructors/leaders who conducted the party for about 20 kids ranging from 2 - 6. I wish I remembered the instructors' names to give them a shout out, but they were fantastic with the kids! All of the kids received a turn at the aerial exercises and the instructors did an excellent job of ensuring everyone's safety and fun. All of the kids seemed like they had a blast. After about an hour of aerial exercises in their big open space, we moved to a separate area where a very long table was setup and kid-proofed for lunch. I highly doubt that they offer food options as party add-ons, but this particular party had Domino's delivered. I would assume they are cool with you bringing in whatever you want. After lunch, the kids were able to play a little more with the staff. There was more tumbling, random running around, screaming, and a zip line which many kids enjoyed. Again, the instructors were awesome with the kids and the kids appeared to be having a blast. Later, cupcakes were had in the lunch/food area to celebrate the birthdays and then the party was pretty much over. I am only an uncle with no kids of my own, but I would recommend Buck's Sports Barn for your child's next birthday party. If you live in the Brookwood, Ardmore Park, Garden Hills, Peachtree Hills area, you may even consider enrolling your kid in the classes that they offer. If I was still a kid, I would've had a ton of fun here! read more

EDIT: After speaking with Paul again, I have removed my statement re: perhaps he has racist business practices, as I don't want to accuse him of this without more concrete proof. The rest of the review remains unchanged because it is an accurate reflection of my experience with Paul/Buck's. I tried booking a 7-year old's birthday party online yesterday, but was instructed to text the owner. I texted Paul and he told me he had both spaces available for my dates, but that I would need to come and see the barn first. Since I didn't want the place to book up, I texted him that I was coming to look at the space immediately (I got there ~10:30am). Once I got there, Paul seemed nice, and we discussed the logistics of the party, down to the nerf guns and balloon drop finale. I ASKED HIM IF I COULD PAY THE DEPOSIT AND SECURE THE DATE/TIME right then, while I was there at the barn. Paul told me no, that he would send an email with a link to click with payment info. I paid the deposit and sent a confirmation back to his email at 2:24pm. He emailed me at 5:01pm to tell me "So sorry but we received a deposit at 12:30 today for the 2-4 slot." So I asked if we could do the earlier time slot, only to get an email stating "I am so sorry and I will gladly return your deposit but the 11:30-1:30 slot has been taken". First, I drove all the way there and *tried to pay the deposit immediately*, why wouldn't he hold the spot for me, at least for a few hours? Second, he had been texting me all day (e.g. what hours he would be at the venue, pictures of other party setups, etc), so why couldn't he text me to communicate about the time slots, since I was *obviously* interested in booking? Third, when my husband called to make sure he refunded our deposit, Paul LIED and said that he emailed me 15 mins after our slot filled up (not true, the email is date/time stamped). We had a birthday party here for my 5 year old son. All the children had a fantastic time! My wife and I could not ask for a better birthday experience. We had a mix of boys and girls attend and everyone had a great time. We had the Star Wars birthday with a balloon drop at the end, it was an incredible deal. By the time we left all the children had burned off their energy and were ready for naps Paul was great with us as, we feel like we were in safe hands as he was able to answer any questions we had able how the party schedule was to run. Today with had our son's birthday party at Buck's Sports Barn. It was the best party ever! My son is 4. Kids from 3-10 were there. Everyone had a great time. It was nonstop fun. My son enjoyed the zip line the most. The party helpers had so much energy. They were great with the kids. Adding Jackie (acrobat) was the best thing we could have done. He was AMAZING! I had my son's 5th birthday party at this venue. Everyone had a ball. It was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle themed. The boys were able to act out a fight scene along side the scene from the movie. The group instructor was AMAZING! He was so entertaining, he captured the kids attention ( and the parents) the entire time. The kids loved the zip line and obstacle course. The party moved along smoothly. We ordered pizza and I brought in other treats. The staff was extremely helpful and my son and the parents are still talking about it! I have found that Buck's Sports Barn is a great fitness center for both kids and adults. In addition to various fitness classes, they also put on themed kids' birthday parties that are lots of fun. Buck's has a professional actor, stuntman and fencing instructor (Jake Gwinn) that I have seen in action in Star Wars themed birthday parties. I've heard he does a great Spiderman party, too. I was hesitant to try this place given there are few online reviews. I popped in a few times before booking, and called a couple of people for references. I shouldn't have hesitated! The review is for a 4yr old's "superhero" birthday party, for about 15 kids, ranging in age from 1-6. The space is ideal for high energy kids, and the staff are excellent at keeping the kids engaged in activities. Zip lines, obstacle courses, circus arts, swords, surprise appearances of superheros...You name it! I've had nothing but compliments from parents and kids have raved. It was different and super fun. This place is a hidden gem! I signed up one of my boys to do the wrestling classes and he loved it so much the other two begged to go! The coaches are extremely enthusiastic and encouraging. The class not only teaches wrestling but is a great workout. I plan to look into their other classes as well. read more
