The staff was very friendly and patient while I was trying to decide what to order. I got: Caesar Butler chicken wrap: Soy curls, rice, corn, and lettuce with caesar dressing. Really flavourful and a healthy portion. Also came with a heaping side salad with a tasty dressing. Tiramisu: Raw dessert with coconut-based cream layered with a power bar sort of thing (a chewy bar, tasted like it was made with mainly dates and nuts) in place of the traditional lady fingers. Subtle espresso flavour and a bit of a saltiness in the crust. Pretty dense. A different take on tiramisu, but delicious! Iced soul starter latte: Steamed milk with raw cacao, yerba mate, and various adaptogens (chaga, maca, and more). Unique smoky flavour. Prices are a little high for fast casual food with no table service. My total was $30. If you're into healthy eating you will probably love this place. read more

After seeing photos of this cafe on Instagram, I decided to look it up and make our way there on this Saturday morning. We live downtown and realized it was pretty far from us, but still had to check it out... we first accidentally went to the West 1st location, which doesn't have the swings that I saw originally in the instagram posts. So we found the other location (Dollarton hwy - even further away).... and right away we knew we found the place. The interior was well lit with plenty of lights to be seen from the corner of the street. Once we got in, there were a few swing chairs available to take some photos in. My youngest daughter is 3 and can't quite sit on the chair without almost falling off... she needed some assistance for sure. We ordered green smoothies (which were actually quite delicious), lattes, avocado toast (very yum!), cinnamon bread (which they wouldn't warm up for me for some reason)... a peanut butter cookie and a kids Hot chocolate. We got everything quite quickly except for the Kids hot chocolate, which took about 20 min up until the point which I actually forgot about it. I went up to ask for it and it looked like they forgot. We ended up getting it to go a few min later. Once we got in the car I was about to give it to my daughter but decided to try it since the cup felt really hot. Once I took a sip, I realized it was burning hot and not actually a kids hot chocolate (as they usually come lukewarm to prevent kids from burning their tongues)... so instead I burnt mine. I let the hot chocolate cool down for an extra 15 min to where it was drinkable for my daughter. It was really tasty though! The interior of Buddha-Full was absolutely beautiful, very boho with lots of living plants scattered everywhere. The swing chairs were extremely cool, the whole reason why I had to find this place. It was just a bonus that they had such great food and healthy drinks. I wish we lived closer to visit more often. read more

There's been a couple times where the service is slow, but it really depends on the staff. The management though is awesome. They really care about serving their customers and if you're unhappy with anything they'll graciously accommodate you. I was disappointed in some food I had and they generously replaced it for me. Customer service makes all the difference for me and it makes the environment that much better. Great store design, good food and friendly service. This is my go to place in the area. read more

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon with a girlfriend to try their acai bowls. I got the berry bliss with almond butter and my friend got the nut-thing better. We've tried acai bowls from Radicle Juice and Glory and agreed that Buddha-Full is definitely our favourite one. Each bowl costs $13 and it is substantially bigger and topped with more toppings compared to the other two stores. If they were closing in 3 minutes, I'd order to go. The quality of food is super high and the price is actually quite reasonable for all organic and high quality local produce. You get pure ingredients and it's not mass produced or packaged food. Great food , great people! My first attempt at trying a vegan restaurant and wow I was blown away by the flavours my Bohemian Soul bowl had. The light citrus flavour helped make the meal appetizing and I quickly fell in love with this restaurant! I also had the buddhalicious drink and that was very good too with the fresh cold pressed apple juice and berries. The food and drinks do take a moment to prepare as they are made to order but it is well worth the wait! I do see they also have a menu for your pets to eat too! This place isn't safe for anyone who is extremely sensitive to gluten. I have endometriosis so I avoid places without gluten free menus. I only eat out when traveling because of my sensitivity. After eating a Buddha bowl I've been in pain for 2 days. So there was definitely a cross contamination because I'd only eaten food I prepared before that. The bowl wasn't even very good I threw most of it away. The cabbage was all brown. Also, this place is really dirty. All the tables are gross and the dish area is constantly full of dirty dishes. The seat cushions need a changing because they are really dirty and the foam is starting to come out. The beet steamer was good. read more

I meant to write this review awhile ago. It's really less of a review rather something I witnessed. I believe two of the owners, maybe managers.. One was a bigger lady and the other one was an awkward guy with curly hair, were sitting down with an employee and speaking very unkindly to her. It seemed pretty brutal and that they were taking advantage of their power in the situation. I don't know what happened but regardless I don't think its ever okay to use your place of power to belittle someone working for you. I was very unimpressed as I thought this place was all about compassion. Anyway, I refuse to support a business that treats their employees so poor.
