The WORST, RUDEST customer experience I have ever been through. BOBA is the name of the woman who called me screaming at me asking me where I was & that I'm late to my "non-appointment". I called in the morning & asked if they had availability & she told me to come ASAP. So I got ready & when I got in my car I received a phone call from her. That's when she began to yell at me & told me I'm late & that she didn't need my service & to not come. She then hung up on me. I called her back & told her that I really wanted to come because I wanted to get a relaxing massage & the response I got was the receptionist named Boba yelling at me. I was appalled & almost in tears at this point. I love Buddha foot spa, I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have referred many of my friends/family to go to Buddha foot spa. So when she was belittling me, I asked her why she was treating me like that & being so rude to me. She told me if I was really a loyal customer she would know who I am & that everyone loves her. LOL. Literally the worst & rudest customer experience I have EVER witnessed. So so so disappointing. read more

Buddha Foot Spa is the Best! There aren't enough words to describe the massage service I just received. Ultimate Bliss!!!! Frank is more than a massage therapist, he is a chiropractic miracle worker. Maybe not for real, but it definitely felt like that. I went in for the regular reflexology + mini shoulder massage. As soon as Frank began working on my super tight trapezius area, he suggested I upgrade for more time so he could massage me longer than the mini massage included with the reflexology so he could help me. I was seeking relief so I said Yes. I'm so glad I did. Frank not only Massaged out the knots and "cracklies" he stretched all areas and, oh yeah, did an amazing foot massage. Throughout the massage Frank checked with me regarding the pressure. I can usually handle deep tissue pressure without complaint. This time I requested Medium to Deep pressure. Boy I'm glad I did. Frank's hands are super strong. So don't be afraid to tell him it hurts. Frank is super accommodating and gentle. I started sitting with my feet in warm water. Then I switched to laying back while my feet, arms & legs were massaged. Then I flipped over to have my neck, back, hips massaged. There was no undressing. A towel covers you the entire time. I'm sure I fell asleep in between. So relaxing! If you are stressed, in pain or just want/need to relax, call Buddha Foot Spa. Clean, quiet, relaxing, worth every penny. The total for my 90 min massage/reflexology was $55 + tip. I've definitely spent more for a lot less. 60 min is $36 + tip. read more

If I had to envision an authentic Asian massage it would be this. This is not massage envy. They will not tickle you. They address every tight muscle and took great care in ensuring they loosened my problem muscles. They will not ask you much about pressure. They did what was needed to help. I had a great massage. I had an excellent 60 min full body massage with the aromatherapy. Frank was great...he took all my knots out of my back and shoulders. I have been to Buddha Spa twice-this is a clean and professional spa with a lovely and friendly owner. She makes sure that she greets you, makes you comfortable. I really love this place even though it is small and next to a bar don't let that fool you... the people who work there are so welcoming and cute. But by far the man who did my massage was Amazing so amazing, I believe I fell asleep because he took all my stress out me , it went away and I melted in his hands like butter. He really did things to my shoulders and back that had me feel so much lighter and my spirits lifted , I felt the knots and bumps being pushed loose and eventually subsided. I am visiting the area from San Francisco. After checking into my hotel, I stroked down the street, trying to find a place to relax after the five-hour flight. I saw this spa, and decided to give it a try. The entire store was very clean, and the staffs were friendly enough. There are about five message rooms, all seem to be clean. The store was filled with aroma and soft Buddhist music, which made me feel like meditation. Without expecting much, I tried out the foot massage. The massage technician was very good at her job. She not only gave me a deep tissue foot massage, but also went further to give me a little neck and head treatment. The service really helped ease my stress after a long flight. For only $40, I think it really worth the price. read more
