Went in there to buy some tobacco for my hookah. I decided to get some cigars for my husband. I bring it home and my husband told me that one of the cigar is broken and old! Look at the photo... the leaf was all broken and the employee did not say anything. This was my fault for spending $24 on a cigar. But for the employee to sell me a broken and old product. Thank you for taking advantage of my business. I spent a good amount at this store and for him to not even point that out/be honest with me; it's disgusting. First and last time there. My father would shop at the stator bros next over for many years, so of course i naturally came along. This used to be the place where he would originally like to get his Newports before he started switching over to vaping; Years ago there used to be the nicest, old Persian lady who worked there, was the biggest sweet heart and remembered me so i used to get some drinks from there or candy to support the business; one day she got sick and (presumably) her husband started working to fill her place, he was a fairly nice man too who came to recognized my father and I. Today however, my dad got done shopping and decided he wanted to get a quick vape so he will have something for later. We went in and there was this new Persian dude working, he was tall, lanky and maybe in his mid 30s, but he wasn't the sweet old lady's husband, and looked like maybe their child or something. IMMEDIATELY he had a very bad and snotty attitude like he had the mind of a young aged teenager. After letting 2 people cut in front of my dad, and laughed when he let some dude cut us to by fake piss for his upcoming drug test (aka literally aiding someone get away with faking a drug test for their PO, and support elicit drug use while laughing about), it was finally my dad's turn in line; my dad briefly asked me which device would have the longest battery life for the price for which i pointed it out. The cashier immediately refused service to my dad because of this simple gesture. I am 26 years old myself, however since my car is in the shop i did not have my wallet on me, but the cashier kept insisting that my dad's order was for me and my dad was trying to support under age sales! First and foremost if i wanted something myself i would've said it was for me and picked out what i wanted, and my dad asked me if i wanted anything and i said no regardless (for which im positive the cashier heard me refuse wanting to get anything). Years of great customer service down the drain, i can not stand people disrespecting my father especially if they are younger than my dad themselves; let alone openly supporting a crime right before our eyes and letting said illegal action cut in like before us. Maybe if the cashier was at least nice about the problem it would be understandable, as i personally didn't have my wallet with me, however i wasn't getting anything, and my father is a regular at the shop! Horrible customer service and years of reputation destroyed. The mother is a good person whom is pleasant when she assist you, the son is a true asshole if there has ever been one. I handed him group of lottery tickets that I wanted him to check and he told me I'm not going to check all of these fucking tickets, we don't need your money, then threw the tickets on the counter at me of course we had some words back and forth but I just walked out because the end result would've been me getting arrested. I then went to another shop that sold the PHIX + for 30$ "newer better model" and a four pack for the price of 1 pod from this place. I bought a bang vape pen from here and it was a fake. I immediately opened it and could tell by the taste, or lack there of, and it lit up red (the real ones light up blue). Also they were selling them for $18!!! Everywhere else I have purchased them they are $12-$13 for the small ones. It's a bummer I have to leave this review. A 2 Star is only because I have come here for so long and it's the least I can do since 1 Star has not been the case until today. I purchased two products from the older female that stated she is the owner. I asked her at the time for help in these products because they were for my vape. She made an error and gave me the wrong sized product for what I needed. When I came back to give to her she refused to honor her mistake then blamed it on me. Then also stated it was ok for me to lose the money but not her. I told her that she was the professional and she then said I'm not a professional. This comment made no sense since she claims to be the owner and at the time of purchase stated she knew about the product, but now she is not the professional she claimed to be when she was wrong. It's very unfortunate especially since she almost overpaid me in my change back the last time I was here (when I paid for my product) and I was honest immediately and gave her the money back. I even told her I would not be able to do business with her further if this is how she would treat her local customers and one that comes so frequently, she said that's fine.
