    Breakfast with a mimosa.

The food was very filling and yummy. The service was top notch. Busy place but I loved it and I especially loved the vibe in there. Made you feel like you were actually sitting in a cozy little Mexican plaza.

Came here for some Mexican breakfast options. Had the chorizo and scrambled eggs. Delicious with a different texture than I'm used to.

Seafood Fish Tacos, Birria Nachos, Cantina Sampler

My cousins and I were staying in the hotel, and wanted to grab a quick bite. We shared the Cantina Sampler, Fish Tacos, and Birria Nachos. The food was good, and very fulfilling. We only ordered three items for four of us to share, and we still got pretty full.

Camerones Diabla, this was actually very good

After so many years and countless times eating here I'm surprised I hadn't dropped in a review for one of my favorite places to eat. La Salsa is conveniently located inside the miracle mile shops at planet Hollywood. Weekends can get a bit crowded and a line will form for those who want to get their morning breakfast special. Come for breakfast lunch or dinner, it's all good. With seating options inside or outside where you can people watch as you enjoy your food. Everything I've had here is good. From their sampler platter with amazing wings in the afternoon evening, to their breakfast special. I recently tried the camarones Diablo and was pleasantly surprised. The shrimp were plump and plentiful and the sauce was actually enjoyably spicy. I would definitely have it again. The micheladas are tasty and the margaritas are large. This is a good place to enjoy a meal and drinks. Unlike other Mexican restaurants the chips and salsa are considered an appetizer, so you do get charged. BUT, considering the big picture of the service, location, drinks and food...it's worth the couple dollars to pay for those chips and salsa. See you there !!!

$6.99 Breakfast and .99¢ Bloody Mary

Loved this spot in the mall area of the Planet Hollywood Hotel. The waitress was so kind and very fast, the food was delicious and I don't eat pork so I was able to switch out for the frijoles (beans). The Bloody Mary was interesting, it was my first time trying it so it was worth it for ¢.99

I got fast and friendly service for a Saturday morning at around 9:30 am. It wasn't too crowded. I was starving. I got a tequila sunrise and the breakfast special. My eggs and sausage were cooked just right. My potatoes may have been sitting under a heat lamp for a bit. My cocktail wasn't too strong; but it was tasty. Kind of noisy for early Saturday; but that's bar life. We will be back soon. Thank you to my server "Lourdes".

If you're gonna travel to Las Vegas at the strip come here.

The food was great chip and salsa delicious. Our server Ismael was an amazing person. He treated us and welcome us to this restaurant with open arms made us feel like family. The area is spacious clean and for the manager Lorena great customer service thank you. Can't forget our hostess Juliana she greets us with open arms.

We had eaten here years ago so decided to try it again to grab a quick bite to eat before our Purple Reign show at the V Theaters next door. We got seated immediately and ordered the sampler appetizer with a side of chips and salsa. The sampler was great to include the wings, taquitos, quesadilla and nachos. Service is fast and friendly, and we had a very good experience overall.

    The Fajita Burrito

This is located inside Planet Hollywood in the shops area right outside the Popovich show. They have Happy Hour and the food is awesome. This is authentic Mexican Food. The staff are warm and friendly and the service was really good. I had the fajita burrito which is your standard fajita in a burrito with cheese and I got a side of guacamole. It was a good size and came with rice and beans. We also were given chips and salsa. If you leave hungry it's your fault. The margarita's are really good and for $6 during Happy Hour made it taste even better. I recommended this place and I will be back. It's a place I would drive down to the strip just to enjoy good Mexican Food.

    Chicken fajita omelet
    Amanda M.

Okay this chicken fajita omelet was actually fire. Actually think I would have enjoyed it more without the chicken because it turns out chicken & scrambled eggs is a weird combo for me personally. The sauce on the omelet was great & the avocado slices were a nice touch. The potatoes were nothing to write home about and I only had a couple of bites of beans but would definitely be back for this omelet. The service was great and they were very attentive in refilling our coffee. Good breakfast stop to start the day off.

I visited La Salsas while in Las Vegas for brunch. It was a great experience! The waiter staff were very nice and welcoming. I sat at the bar the bartender explained their menu very well. From the bar you get a great view of the miracle mile. There are also seats on the outer part of the restaurant outside the bar which are also great views. For drinks I got had mimosas which were really good and at an affordable price. I had the chilaquiles with chorizo. Man that food was excellent!!!! My wife had the Huevos Rancheros which also looked and tasted great. I highly recommend this restaurant. I'm sure the lunch and dinner food is also good!

The giant neon yard of marg calls beckons you to come in, sit a spell and drink a deliciously cold beverage on a hot summer day. The first time I encountered this La Salsa was over 20 years ago, back when PH was Aladdin and the shopping area was called "Desert Passage". The La Salsa has not changed a bit, which is kind of refreshing considering how rapidly the rate of change in vegas is. Food was standard mexican cantina food. Marg was delicious. Staff was friendly. It was good to be back, and I look forward to my next visit.

In my opinion none of the salsas they use are spicy they just add flavor. There are several of these restaurants in Vegas with the one on the strip near the encore as the busiest of the four. You can order more than one kind of meat in the line youre in you don't need to line up at each kind. The strip location can suffer from very long lines so don't come hungry if it's a weekend or at night! This is a must have for every trip to Vegas or San Diego for me. It's not the fastest operation given the volume but staff are quick and helpful.

The tacos were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. My son ordered tacos with a side of French fries. They offer loaded fries if you're looking for something more indulgent, but he kept it simple with the regular fries and they were still crispy and tasty. The service moved quickly, even with a steady crowd, and the food was worth the stop. If you're on the Strip and happen to catch a shorter line, don't pass up the opportunity. We'd definitely come back!

I really like the interior decor which is like a very contemporary and upscale Mexican. They have a variety of table and booth seating and a large bar. Our server, Hunter, was very friendly and attentive. He always ended every interaction with "have fun!" I tried the "el corazon" sangria which was delicious! It had a wonderful, warm flavor with a light hint of cinnamon yet it was still cold and refreshing! A cool tip - each drink comes with a little card with a symbol on it and the drink ingredients. Save this card! At each table is a game board of sorts that offers various prizes as you match the cards on the game board sort of like bingo. We really enjoyed the complimentary chips and salsa, and we tried the traditional guacamole with vegetables as well. The guacamole was wonderfully cool and creamy and flavorful. For my entree, I tried the chicken fajitas which is served on a steaming platter with various accompaniments. This was also very delicious, and the chicken was quite flavorful and juicy. A small side note - it was served with a cous cous of sort, but I think I would've preferred a simple Spanish rice. The chicken portion size also seemed a bit smaller than when we get fajitas at Chili's. I would recommend you get double meat if you want to share. We decided to try the chocolate flan and the fried ice cream sundae for dessert. I preferred the flavor of the flan and the unique textures of the flan which had the jiggly caramel flan part on top of a more cake like chocolate part below. I honestly think the fried ice cream was not too good. It did not taste freshly fried, and the coating was very dry and brittle and hard to eat. I prefer the places that serve the fried ice cream warm with a very bubbly crust that is both crunchy outside and a bit soft inside. This was not that. Overall, though, we really enjoyed the dining experience here! We will probably return and try their weekday "Fajitas and Ritas" special! I recommend Hola!

The most disappointing item was the $15 bean and cheese burrito. I included a photo in this review because it was mostly tortilla, and the cheese wasn't even melted. As for the churros, we originally ordered regular churros, but they told us they didn't have plain churros available on a Friday night, so we were pushed into getting the strawberry ones instead.
