Terrible greasy food. Not Jersey food by any means. All pre-made crap! Place is dirty and noisy

I am a big fan of Buddy's but....... I lived back in the NJ/NY Hoboken area. While the food is good and at NJ prices it isn't exactly like the grub found in Hoboken. For example - the disco fries are more like a Canadian Poutine than the disco fries found in a NJ Diner. Waffle fries? Never in my life! read more

Stopped in at Buddy's Jersey inside the Linq. We had the Jersey hot dog, Alfredo fries, and the Hoboken style crispy chicken sandwich. The fries were the star by far, but so was pretty good. I'm curious to try the other fries. read more

Such a fun place tucked into the corner of the Linq right off the promenade. Across from Gordon Ramsay's Fish and chips (skip that oil infused meal and come over here) I was helped by April who knew her menu and was great with the recommendations. Also just one of those people you interact with that leaves you smiling. I ended up with the Disco Drippin Chicken. (They had me at Gravy!!) and the Alfredo fries. After visiting the Brooklyn Bowl, there's many eateries that are open at 10 o'clock at the linq - today I opted for buddy v's jersey eats, it's been on my list for a while! I'm not gonna lie, I studied the menu before I got here so I knew what to get. Me and my cousin split the boss fries which was truffle Alfredo and Brady short rib. It was BOMBBBBB. This food truck is hidden on the side of the LINQ hotel and may seem unassuming, but don't skip it! It's definitely gonna satisfy those midnight munchies. I went down to get a snack around 1-2AM and ordered the hoboken wings and garlic parmesan fries. The food took a little while to come out but I assumed it was because a two people were having an argument and started physically fighting in front of the shop. I was really scared but I wasn't gonna leave my chicken wings behind!! Thankfully security guards came and threw those guys out. The food definitely helped me cope with that trauma. They were so good! The wings are super juicy and flavorful and the fries were crispy and I love anything garlic parm. Definitely check out this spot!! read more

Hello everyone, me and my girl just stopped here in Las Vegas for lunch and here's my review. We got 3 items: The Sandweech, Hoboken Wings, and the Jersey Hot dog. It was about $40 which is decent for Vegas but being honest the only thing we liked was the wings. The hotdog was kinda like a cheap quality hot dog. Similar to oscar meyer, wasn't cooked very well. The Sanweech was a deep fried cheese sandwich and is very rich/ greasy which kinda hurt our stomachs so we were unable to finish it. The wings were well cooked and had decent flavor but $13 for 6 wings isn't a great deal. Overall weren't mad at it but wouldn't come back. See pics ! read more

I ate here twice in my last trip to Vegas. It's a super convenient location with quick food when needed. I had an egg breakfast sandwich that was delicious. The cheese and bread were perfection! Oh my gosh. This place was so much fun. It's located inside the LINQ hotel. I was craving a sweet treat after landing. I spent a lot of my early 20s watching Buddy Valastro so it was cool to experience one of his businesses. These donut holes are not your conventional donut holes but so fun to eat. I was actually walking to another location when I spotted this food truck outside of the LINQ. I had seen photos online of the Alfredo fries and I said screw jt let me try this place out. I was not disappointed I ordered the Alfredo fries and a cannoli. My wife ordered the bacon egg and cheese on a Kaiser roll. The place was excellent, the fries had tons of flavor and the bacon was more of a thick pancetta. The only complaint is that I wish there was more Alfredo sauce! The cannoli was also very good, and probably the best one I had in Vegas. The only thing that holds this back from being 5 stars was the seating was a bit dirty and myself and other people were having to clean off the tables. So if they get that in order then I think we have a winner on our hands. read more

This was the last place I ate at before I was going to leave Vegas. It was something near by the flamingo hotel where I was staying at so it was very last minute. I had the buffalo wings & fries. Delicious wings, they were wet and crispy at the same time & the fries were very fresh and not soggy at all. The fries were also a pretty big portion, I was with 2 other people and we all agreed we should've just gotten one order for the 3 of us. The service was amazing! We wanted to take our food to go and we asked a worker if they had to go boxes, he said they usually don't but then he grabs a box and starts cutting it up as a to go box which worked perfectly. I don't remember the workers name but omg he was the best. Would stop by here for something quick to eat. Its right outside when leaving the LinQ, they have a few tables to sit at or if you wanna just walk around and eat by all means. read more

Great food, even better service. We stayed next door at the Flamingo for CES recently and found ourselves looking to eat after a late night of debauchery. We asked a street sweeper, and he pointed us in the right direction. This glorious food truck located inside the vestibule serves the best after-hours eats. It was almost closing time, but Heather took care of us and kept the grill going while I rocked my bucket hat and played some $23 slot machines. She hooked us up and included a sample of a new menu item. Everything was excellent and fresh. We slept like babies in the swagged-out pink palace on floor 17 and the Flamingo. Thanks again, and that chicken sandwich should be added to the menu asap. :) read more

Lady was nasty and told us we couldn't sit for a couple minutes while waiting for our food in the patio area. We used to come by here repeatedly as locals but since the lady was discriminatory towards white customers we will never even walk by Jersey Eats and will suggest anyone else to do the same New Yorkers are friendlier anyways. During a dining experience with my husband at a table near the establishment, an employee named "Roland" approached me, indicating that the tables belonged to the nearby cart and politely requested that we refrain from consuming outside food. I complied and politely requested personal space as he had approached very closely. After a repeated request for personal space, the situation escalated when Roland purportedly called security, prompting me to gather my belongings to leave. When my husband intervened, there was a discrepancy in accounts, with Roland alleging that I had gestured rudely, and put my hand in his face which was untrue. Following this, Roland threatened to have us removed from the hotel and falsely indicated calling security again. When requesting the contact information of his superior, he provided his own business card, citing the superior as "Buddy V". I intend to address this matter with the corporate office, as the situation unnecessarily escalated due to a simple request for personal space. According to the reviews here, the issue with the tables appearing as belonging to the casino seems to be ongoing. There are no stickers or markings indicating that the tables belong to the cart despite what previous business responses say. Roland could have handled this much differently, such as inviting me to purchase something from the stand. His actions reflect poorly on the brand. The treatment I received was inhumane and I'm put off from wanting to continue frequenting the bakery in the Venetian, which was one of my favorite places to go. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND Ordered disco fries and was served cold and stale fries. There was no gravy or mozzarella cheese on the fries as listed on the menu. They refused to add gravy and said they couldn't warm the food up for us upon being served cold food. $14 wasted, do not go here. read more
