This place was okay overall. I ordered the Chef Truck Cubano, and it tasted pretty good, but nothing that really stood out to me. For almost $20 after tip, I honestly expected it to at least come with fries or some kind of side. The workers were nice and patient, and the place was definitely busy. I think part of why I was a little underwhelmed was because it was so hyped up from the movie, so I went in with pretty high expectations. But, If you're looking for a quick snack on the Strip, this place gets the job done. Just be ready to spend some $$.

The vibe for this place is cool obviously casino spent a lot of money to make the seating a vibe. The team in the crew were nice enough. We are in the puff pastries, which were really good. The papa pepperoni was my wife's favorite and I like the Philly cheesesteak the best.

Looks flavorful doesn't it... It's missing something.. Probably love.

Pass on this gimmick.. 27.80 with tip for a sandwich and one drink.. Why have a kiosk!? You still have to stand in line for your drink! Why because I'm sure your workers with the shitty attitude that pass out the food hate their job... The Cubano was decent but lacked flavor it felt like a sandwich trying to impersonate the real deal.. Wait is quick because it's all pre-made all they need to do is put in an oven press.. Man save your money.

This is located in the Park Mgm right at the elevator entrance to get to the rooms. I just wanted sweets so I ordered churros with caramel. They were good. The cashier was friendly but the guy handing out orders was just bland. I'm sure their food is good as they had a lot of people there BUT it was also only one of the food options in hotel open after 11:30pm

Inspired by the movie Chef, and created by Jon Favreau and Roy Choi, this was a wonderful place to find some very flavorful food. We quickly got some Churros which were perfectly crispy on the outside, along with a soft bite on the inside, balanced with ample cinnamon sugar and a caramel dip. The service was quick and with the truck located within the Park MGM the atmosphere was lively. Looking forward to returning and trying out more options upon this indoor food truck!

as expected as it gets although a bit saltier than preferred. decent portion for vegas and $9 i think. came out pretty quick and like that it comes with the cheese rather than costing extra

Service was excellent and our food was ready pretty quick. There is a small sitting area which was comfortable and clean. Food was good. We ordered the following: 1. The Chef Truck Cubano 2. The Chubby Beef Gordito Taquito 3. The Chubby Chicken Gordito Taquito Hands down our favorite was The Chubby Beef! It was delicious! The Chubby Chicken and Cubano were good too. Can't go wrong with whatever you choose from the menu.

The Chef Truck is wheel-y good! Brought to you by the duo Roy Choi and Jon Favreau, The Chef Truck is serving up big flavors just steps from the elevators. You can't miss it. Vegas Cheesesteak Puff Pie (Provolone, cherry bomb peppers, and caramelized onions wrapped in flaky pastry), $16: YES. Just... YES. This one's a must. Imagine all the savory, cheesy goodness of a classic cheesesteak but tucked inside a golden, buttery puff pastry. It's warm, melty, and layered to perfection. Cheesesteak meets croissant. You won't regret it. The Chef Truck Cubano (Roasted mojo pork, ham, cheese, pickles, mustard, and salsa verde on a buttered roll), $17: Another winner. Perfectly pressed, flavorful, and everything you want in a Cubano. The mix of tender pork, melty cheese, and tangy pickles hits all the right notes. That Famous Grilled Cheese (Gruyere, parmesan, yellow cheddar, and white cheddar, on butter grilled sourdough), $12: A classic American sandwich that needs no introduce, just maybe a cup of tomato soup (which they do not offer). It's a cheesy and gooey grilled cheese. Roy and Jon did not miss. The Chef Truck is an easy win if you're craving bold, comfort-packed bites with a twist.

Little food truck sitting in the middle of mgm lobby. Came here for a quick bite to eat as it was just right outside the elevator. Got tacos and a mix bowl. Food came out relatively quick and had a variety of mixes in the bowl. Quite flavorful but the meat was a bit on the drier side. Def needed something to help wash down.

Just keep walking. I don't care if you've seen the movie (I hadn't) or it looks enticing, save your money and spend it elsewhere. We were staying at the ParkMGM and didn't want to go out to eat so we placed an online order at the chef truck. We walked to the truck and tried to figure out which window to wait at for our order and walked between the two to see. We weren't greeted and the employees in the truck were just talking to each other. Eventually we asked, and it turned out our food had just been sitting on a shelf, cold, before we got it. The cubano was mediocre at best and honestly the best thing we ordered were the mini corn dogs. The batter was super crispy and a good balance of sweet to counter the saltiness of the dog. At Vegas pricing though, this was not worth it. You can have a better meal elsewhere.

    Pretzel bites almost gone!

This food truck is AMAZING! Fabulous menu and variety of foods for late night meals. Very friendly service!! Food is cooked fresh while you wait. The green apple slushie is so refreshing. The Mac and cheese with chicken in the pastry puff was such a nice portion. The churros and pretzel bites were scrumptious too. The grilled cheese has to be the BEST grilled cheese I've had in my LIFE!

"Cooking is one of the most zen things - You have to be there." - Roy Choi Roy Choi might not be my boi, but The Chef Truck is legit. I like this spot more than Best Friend. I'll take a Cubano or a Philly Cheesesteak Puff Pie any day. That Famous Grilled Cheese is mid, though. I think I can make better grilled cheese but no hate. It's a legit grilled cheese at a Vegas price point. It's a neat set-up. It's a whole food truck right outside of the elevator area with a small seating area next to it. I recommend just taking your food up to your room to enjoy. Just get a grip of napkins because it can get greasy.

Also ordered the prickly pear cutty juice and literally 100/10 so good. I crave and dream about this meal with how good and satisfied I was. I literally wish I lived in Vegas for this. You get soooooo much chicken on top of the fries and again it's so frickin worth it! The staff there are super friendly and helpful, and honestly the wait goes by quick. Worth the wait regardless. The Green Chile Burrito was good, the chicken, beans, and cheese. However, the green chile itself was what I was most looking forward to, and it fell a bit short. There was very little green chile and it lacked the kick and spicy profile I was expecting from a New Mexican style chile. On the side, the 303 fries were well-seasoned and delicious ($18 total for the entrée and fries). I also tried the well-known cheesecake sandwich ($16.50). It's large enough to share, with distinct cinnamon and carrot cake flavors. It was decent, different. Overall, it was a good meal, but if you're coming here specifically hoping for spicy New Mexican green chile, you might be left wanting a bit more chile and heat. Also, the price is high for a food truck.

We decided to eat over at a nearby taco joint in the end. Both of us got their D.U.I. Dog, which has pastrami, carne asada, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, a ton of cilantro and chipotle aioli (a mayonnaise kind of sauce). Very packed with flavor with all the meats inside, and the cheese melts so well inside the hot dog. They even put this inside a relatively big carton container, the same kind I've seen the staff put their D.U.I. Fries in... holy crap those are some huge portions! For $18 before tax though, this hot dog was already slightly massive for its size, at just about a foot long. Very nice start to a great time in Vegas! I'll be looking out for that when it drops. So stay tuned my Yelp friends. Here's my story: I saw this Bubble Tea truck on IG Flavor_Fusion follow them. I was taking pictures an supporting them on IG. I was getting curious, so I wanted a Taro Milk tea. So I said, "hey let's get it" I normally get Boba teas with the kids. But the kids are in (College) schools out of state. So I wasn't gonna wait till the holidays, when they come back home. When they do come back, I'm bringing them here. What's cool is Flavor Fusion takes Cash and Venmo. I rarely keep cash on me. So love when trucks have a chip reader or Venmo. Now I just started using Venmo and John was cool enough to walk me through it. That was pretty awesome and awesome customer service. This was the second time using that app. So my Venmo purchase was around $11 bucks for everything. Flavor Fusion also sells Fruit Teas and Smoothies along with the Milk teas. For items, that I know of. Flavor Fusion offers. Shrimp tacos ,potstickers shrimp egg rolls. I wanted to try out the shrimp egg rolls. They was pretty cool, straight fire in my opinion. I also got my drink Taro Milk, love that stuff and a Milk Tea. They do have Boba to add to the drinks of you want. Everything was hella good and I'm definitely a fan. I'll be coming back soon.
