The salesman came to the house with samples and was very helpful. We got a quote immediately and were happy to see that the blinds were about half the cost of Hunter Douglas and still seemed very nice with lots of fabric options for basic cellular shades. The installation is subcontracted out but the installer was great--on time, installed the blinds very quickly, and cleaned up after himself.

I found the floor I wanted (on sale!) showed Ryan, and he informed me that it was in stock. He then squeezed me in for an estimate that same day, and was able to drive to my house after his lunch break to take measurements. After he took measurements, he got back to me that evening with the quote break down. I was pleased that it came in 4K lower than the previous contractors. Once I confirmed that I wanted to move forward, I went to the show room (after the long l weekend) and Ryan was able to set me up for installation a week later. The estimate time of the project was 2 days but his workers got it done in 1! I am pleased with the whole experience, appreciate the efficiency of the process!

Our downstairs half bath is rarely used, only for out of town guests and occasionally when both upstairs bathrooms are occupied. Ok, cut to January of 2021.. At approximately 0530am, we were all awakened by an EXPLOSION of glass. It was quite terrifying. We LITERALLY felt the walls shake. Keeping the family upstairs, I searched downstairs for an intruder or ANYTHING that had fallen off the wall like our pictures or giant mirror. To my relief, thankfully there was no intruder. But when I opened the downstairs bathroom door, I saw our glass shower door had obliterated and glass was all over the floor. It was WEIRD to say the least. I googled it and found links on "EXPLODING GLASS DOORS". Who the HELL knew this was a thing??! That afternoon and several more days, I called at least 5 different glass repair/replacement companies in my area. All the quotes I received ranged between $1,190.00 and $1,480.00. I was livid. Then the wife asked me, "Why not just call the company that originally installed it??" She's so smart!! LOL I contacted DR Horton, the company that built our home, and was told the name of the company that installed our glass door. I called USI and spoke with Joy. She was a DELIGHT!!! She quickly got me scheduled and within 48 hours, JADGE (yes that's his name), came in, took measurements, ordered the correct glass and 48 hours after that, my bathroom glass was replaced and good as new!! I asked Jadge to take a quick look at my upstairs BATH shower, just to give it a once over. He noticed that the silicon tab at the bottom that keeps the water deflected was on backwards and needed to be re-siliconed. He took care of that with no fuss!!!!!!!
