That's where any goodwill on their part ended. We paid for the granite slab and there was enough remaining (in his possession) for our powder room. We also gave him a new sink for measurements to cut the granite. Due to Covid, etc., that job was put off, although he told me he'd keep the remaining granite and sink until we are ready. Recently he told me that they dispose of granite remnants after 6 months (I was never told that.). We were still discussing the issue well past six months. He has since told me they threw it out. Wouldn't have been good business to give us a heads-up first? He never returned the sink but did offer recently to pay us $50 for the expense. He asked for our address which I provided. I offered to go to his business to get the check. We have received nothing, and he wouldn't meet us. On top of all that, now he has BLOCKED me from messaging him. All we wanted was our $50.

They were great to work with throughout the entire process, from architectural and engineering plans, permitting, and the actual construction. The project manager, Sergiy, and foreman, Bogdan, were very honest, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. The project was completed pretty much on budget (with only a couple of unforeseen issues outside of their control) and on time.
