I never heard of R K Auto Repair until just recently from a friend. After doing some Google reviews…read moreand Yelp reviews, I decided to go down there with 2 issues with my 2006 Saturn Vue. The first problem I had was a broken door latch on the drivers side door and the other problem was a temp thermostat sensor made the check engine light come on. After going to numerous places before going to R K Auto Repair, I was fed up that the price just to fix the door was going to be astronomically high. After showing up at R K Auto Repair, I was met by Brian. I explained thoroughly what the 2 issues I was having and right way gave me some options and pricing. He called a few places to find a used door latch so I would not have to pay for a brand new one. I was able to find a place on my own and informed Brian about this. Within a day, he had the part from a used salvage place and now I could finally be able to open my drivers side door after 2 months of climbing in thru the back seat to get to the drivers seat. After all said and done it took about 3 hours and when I got the bill it was actually lower than the quoted price. That was good news to me. I am writing this in my own words and from a customers experience, and the way I was treated by R K Auto Repair left me with a feeling that from now on, I will be giving my business to this well organized and HONEST people. I thank Brian and the staff for taking care of me and feeling like just a number. They listened to my problem and fixed right the first time. Thats the way it should be..
