So my rental car was basically breaking down and being psycho all the way from Boston to Connecticut so I stopped in here and explained the problem and they seem very unwilling to help - but when I put my foot down and put some pressure on them and insisted that I get a new car, they gave me one of the other cars that was here. The replacement car wasn't bad but it wasn't great. It smelled weird but so does your mother. The worst part is that they said I would need to drive the broken car to go and get it filled up with gas otherwise I would be charged and extortionate amount like $20 per gallon of gas. But the car was broken. I mean, it was dangerous to drive and ready to break down. Would barely get over 20mph. So that should have been waived. Very unprofessional and risked both their car and my holiday. For this reason I can only give 2 stars, but I was really really glad that they did actually give me a car which is why it doesn't get one star.

Then, they can't bring me a replacement and pick up the dead vehicle at the same time. Instead, I have to ride with the tow truck all the way to Warwick to get a replacement!
