We booked a specific car but when it came to, the keys given were for a completely different car. Even though the car we booked was in the parking lot. I would understand if it wasn't there anymore. But at least it had the minimum amount of seats we were looking for. Thankfully the car/SUV was still good to drive and such. I also noticed before we went on a long drive that the gas tank was low so we had to get gas first. Shouldn't car rentals already have the gas tank full? It seems the car also doesn't get inspected well because before we left the car to drop it off, we saw a dirty skirt stuffed next to the backseat and a random metal shoe horn!! As such, we also weren't even instructed on returning the car with a full tank of gas so we didn't. For each little issue, I remove a star. You could tell it's not cleaned fully or wiped even when you get in the car. The touch screen had so many fingerprints on it. At least there's little debris on the carpet so it seems to have been vacuumed.

The car eventually started but broke down an additional 5 times. It took Avis 6 hrs. to send someone to tow the car. The engine light was on, and I had not noticed that when I picked up the car. Avis charged me for the entire day and refused to refund me.

He coordinated with our insurance company, arranged the insurance covered rental car, and managed all of the communication with the carrier. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. His professionalism, knowledge, and customer service are simply outstanding. Nina in the office ( our contact ) was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always friendly, cheerful, and ready to answer any questions we had. Refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely enjoyed helping us. Joe in parts ( has to be the manager ) also deserves special recognition. Some of the body parts needed for our car repair were difficult to obtain, or were on national backorder. After a few days when the mirror was ready I walked in, paid and waited for them to fix the mirror. They were fairly quick with it but it wasn't intensive work that would take hours. The staff was also very nice and friendly. The office of the shop was amazing, probably one of the best body shop offices you could ever see. The decor was tasteful and eclectic. They had coffee service, so much seating, and a lot of good art around. I felt like I was waiting in luxury. If you need a body shop around Island Park this is the place to go!
