When we had a problem she put her hand up in the air (like to our face), and walked in the back room. She never came out of the back room for any type of customer service. I had to wait for 20 minutes for the single person at the counter to process someone who was already there when I arrived. 70% of the cars I was interested in were any of the following: not detailed yet so not able to be looked at, out as a rental so unavailable to be looked at, at a different location being outsourced to different mechanics, unwilling to negotiate price on egregiously overpriced vehicles with an inordinate amount of miles and poor conditions. As I stated previously, everyone I interacted with were friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere. With that said the process was, at best, inefficient/inconvenient and, at worse, deliberately tedious or just plain laziness.
