When the battery failed after only three months, it should have been replaced for free under warranty. However, because Scotty purchased it under his account, Advance Auto wouldn't replace it for me. Even though I had already removed the bad battery myself, he still tried to charge me $122 just to install the replacement. Bailey's Auto was an amazing experience for me. I had tried to replace my serpentine belt when I…read morerealized that my tensioner pulley was broken and missing. When I tried to remove the bolt to replace the pulley the bolt snapped in two and I realized that I needed a mechanic. I was nervous because I have not had very good experiences at the other auto mechanics I have tried in this area. So I started making calls and asking for very "ballpark" estimates on what it would cost to fix the problem and replace the belt. As I explained what I had done to the guy at Baileys, he finished my sentence knowing exactly what must have happened. There ballpark figure was much less than the other places I had called. On top of all that I asked if I could possibly have the work done by the next day since I needed it for work and he replied that if I could get it in within the next 20 minutes they would have it done in the same day. It was already 3:30! The job ended up being a little bit more complicated than expected but I wasn't surprised since my ol' '96 Buick has had a rough go of it. When they realized this, they called me with a fair quote and an explanation of the problem and steps to fix it. He said that he should be able to have it done by 9:30am the next morning which was plenty of time for me to make it to work. The next morning I got the call that the car was ready right on time and said that I would be over as soon as I could find a ride. He asked me where I lived and if I would like him to pick me up and bring me to the shop!! I accepted the offer and he showed up promptly to pick me up. When we got to the shop he showed me what had been done and even gave me advice on how to fix a different issue myself. Then he went over the bill and explained everything. He had replaced a part for free because I had a plastic piece which tends to crack and he put a metal one in its place. The job had been done very well and the bill was about half of what the other shops' "ballpark" estimates where. LONG-SHORT: I was very happy with my experience at Baileys and I felt treated fairly, kindly, and honestly. If you are looking for a good auto mechanic and are worried about being taken advantage of: give Baileys a call! Thanks Baileys for a great experience!

Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Son took over and now its a mess. Took my vehicle there…read moremultiple times and paid over 800 dollars and still have the same issue. Took my new battery outta my van and replaced it with an older one and even broke my buttons on my driver's side door where none of that works. So costed me money to have my van more messed up then what it was, along with having a rental for about a month till they could figure out whats wrong, but obviously barely got it going to just get their money. Definitely took advantage of me being a woman and a single mother, not knowing mych about vehicles. Never recommend this place again.
