We did find a vehicle (after 5 days) thanks to a wonderful lady at Enterprise Mishawaka, Truck Rental Division - Fay Banaszak, she went out of her way and negotiated a F150 from another branch in ElkHart, where Tyler assisted us (just as wonderful). These two employees (Tyler, but especially Fay) did more than what was required, they restored the name of Enterprise and put our faith back into customer care.  Fay and Tyler put all 30-odd other employees (see reservations) to shame, Tyler did exactly what he was supposed to do from his branch - yet he explained all the options, insurance and additional options available to us - 5 stars for Tyler. Yet is it was not for Fay's assistance nothing would have happened, Fay did not have to assist us, we had no reservation with her branch, yet Fay went above and beyond to assist us - after a week of struggling to rent a vehicle from Enterprise / Alamo / National - we were at the point of just purchasing a truck from a dealer to drive to Texas.  Fay saved our day / and budget and assisted us very quickly and efficiently.  Fay 5 x 5 stars for you, we really appreciate what you did for us, saving our holiday from becoming a disaster. I will gladly recommend Fay for the way she treated us this afternoon - in our opinion, words cannot describe how much we appreciate what Fay did for us. First time renting from this location. They didn't have any vehicles available initially when I…read moreneeded one. One became available in the afternoon. The car was in poor condition. Dents and scratches everywhere. They said I could bring it back in the AM for a different vehicle. I did the walk around and pointed out the dents I could see. I drove to my office, then my house where the car was parked in a garage. When I returned the vehicle the next morning, they said there is a new dent that wasn't previously documented and it is now my responsibility to get it fixed. I would not rent from them as this clearly was just a way to get the vehicle fixed on my dime.

Called right away and No one answered. There hours state they our open until 1030 am. Unfortunately, we drove back and arrived at 940 and no one was here to help us. We are now sitting here wasting our time for someone from roadside assistance to help us. My question is..... This is a automotive sales and service place I am questioning why this truck was not looked at before we picked it up. By the way it is running it would never make it to California! I had to wait for 20 minutes for the single person at the counter to process someone who was already there when I arrived. 70% of the cars I was interested in were any of the following: not detailed yet so not able to be looked at, out as a rental so unavailable to be looked at, at a different location being outsourced to different mechanics, unwilling to negotiate price on egregiously overpriced vehicles with an inordinate amount of miles and poor conditions. As I stated previously, everyone I interacted with were friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere. With that said the process was, at best, inefficient/inconvenient and, at worse, deliberately tedious or just plain laziness. I like the dealers but would not recommend due to the headache of it all.

Horrible! my daughter and I rented a car from airport and they closed before our flight even came…read morein so we had no ride till they opened in the morning. then tried to charge my daughter an additional $35 because they said she lost the weekly discount even though they were supposed to be open to pick up the car on the day we reserved it. called and finally got to talk to someone with horrible customer service and was told she would get a refund and she didn't even get what they told her she would, not to mention the car was horrible with bad wipers that smeared black all over the windshield and the car had multiple dents and lights on the dash were on. The guy at the counter admitted that that car should not have been rented out In its condition. HORRIBLE

Canceled my boss' rental car day of!! I can't believe this company! I called on Friday to check on…read moremy boss' reservation for Tuesday that it was good to go. Was told I was all set. Then while on his flight to South Bend they left a message saying that they canceled the reservation because they didn't have enough cars. I made this reservation over a month ago and again I called to check on it. The person I spoke to, Aaron Six, first said that I must have the wrong location because they don't do that and then changed his story to say that corporate changed the reservation and they knew TWO WEEKS ago that they wouldn't have enough cars. So they knew on Friday and didn't tell me. NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I had to last minute find a new reservation and my boss could have been missed all of his very important meetings. The WORST!!
