First time renting from this location. They didn't have any vehicles available initially when I needed one. One became available in the afternoon. The car was in poor condition. Dents and scratches everywhere. They said I could bring it back in the AM for a different vehicle. I did the walk around and pointed out the dents I could see. I drove to my office, then my house where the car was parked in a garage. When I returned the vehicle the next morning, they said there is a new dent that wasn't previously documented and it is now my responsibility to get it fixed. I would not rent from them as this clearly was just a way to get the vehicle fixed on my dime. read more

I do rent through this location often but today was disappointing. I have used the same I.D and debit card for the past 8 months of renting with no changes or complications. Today when I went in I was told I would need two pieces of mail verifying my address on my I.D. with one having to be a utility bill because I was using a debit card. I did ask if the process was new because I haven't had to do that and don't have mail with me. I was told by a gentleman there that it looks like a previous address was in the system and the verification was never done for my stated address on my I.D...and was told that someone from the location called and left me a voicemail 2 days prior saying I needed to bring two forms to verify my address. I have no voicemail from them and if I knew the number they called with I would had looked to see if they called too. The thing that had me so confused was I have always used the same information each time I've booked previously. This literally has to be my 4th time if not more renting from them in 8 months as I said. So now I'm searching and pulling up verifications kind of having a panic attack because I'm on a time frame for a trip. The ways to verify my address was through a paystub, insurance declaration, utility bill, etc. and one of the verifications has to be a utility bill because I'm using a debit card. I show them one verification and I ask to make sure I had to have a utility bill because I live with my mom and not sure if my name is listed on any utilities but I was hoping possibly the electric because I do pay that as part of my contribute. When looking at a recent bill I could not find my name on the statements so I call my mom and she says she doesn't have me listed on any utilities. So I ask again if it had to be a utility bill and I'm told yes or I would have to use a credit card. That's as far as they went to help. I am only upset about this because it was cut and dry and I felt blindsided at the time of my pick up. I was left to leave with no rental, no accommodation. I took it upon myself to call the customer service line to see if I could get help because I did not want to cancel my trip for something like this. The customer service agent was very understanding and read off options that I could verify my address and reached out to the district manager to see if they could get in contact with the location manager for me to be able to use another form of verification. I knew the chance with that all happening on a Friday with the location closing in a hour and a half was slim but really tried to stay hopeful because I planned for my trip and really wanted to go. I have rented here for a while always brought their vehicles back in one piece with no issues, always paid for their insurance to make sure the rental was fully protected to their standards, and recommended the company to others. Unfortunately, I never received a call back tonight and although I am appreciative of the agent I did want to state this compliant because of how inconvenient it was. I had so many other options with my name and address attached to it and it came down to a utility bill of a home I don't own or "rent". A very disappointing evening :/ read more

Waited for several minutes at the counter while one rep was yelling on the phone about a damaged car and another rep lazily stared at her smart phone. Wasn't sure if she was an employee since she wore no uniform or name tag. She finally looked up and acknowledged me. Then her tablet had to be rebooted to complete the transaction. I was told that no compact cars had satellite radio. I was in a Sentra a few weeks ago that did. The car I drove away was covered in bird droppings. My last visit to this location. read more

Every time I use this place it takes forever to get checked in and out. Today I even called ahead to make sure my car was ready before I picked it up. There was not even anyone at the counter to wait on me. For 15 minutes! This place is so poorly managed it's shocking. I'm a President's Circle status level at Hertz so I know whereof I speak. Stay away from this sophomoric business wannabe unless you have hours of time to kill. read more

Excellent customer service. The customer service was out of this world. The guy was super nice and helped me as much as he could. I paid a lot more than I would have liked. I paid about 360( it was either 360 or 380 don't remember which) for a week. I did have a young driver fee and I had to pay for insurance. But it was still a lot of money. read more

Enterprise is a great organization to rent from but there is something about this place and their managers they will play petty games and lie to the customer, maybe it's the area they're in, they just try to treat the minorities like shit no respect. They need better honest managers. I rent from them for my business "only" because they're the closest and even that I am reconsidering. read more

Wonderful customer service from start to finish. I needed to extend my rental a few hours while my car was finishing up at the shop and they said no problem and let me drop it off at another enterprise to save me the hassle of setting up a ride with someone who could drive me out of town. Then when I arrived they dropped me off at my service center. read more

After waiting 1.5 hours for a car to arrive (45 minutes after the latest time given for estimated arrival and 30 minutes after I called to check on the car), we were told that we could not have the car because we had a dog with us. I cannot find anywhere on the website where there is a pet restriction. We ended up having to walk 2.5+ miles to our hotel in 80+ degree with our luggage and our dog. The driver was fine with that. I don't think there is anything you can and will do for this. As I said second time. You guys had us going to different sites. We even went to the site in Mishawaka twice because 15 minutes later after talking to someone on the phone she there was a car there and when we got there guess what no car. You even wanted us to go to Goshen. No stars, not ever ever going back. We decided to go with another place who was there for us when you were not and at the last minute. Also a tad cheaper. That's a negative star I wish I didn't have to give you any. read more

This is my first review and I have to say I'm very disappointed in the service of Enterprise-rentals. I had to make a yelp account to speak my mind. I was given a Ford Focus as a standard car, but it did not meet standards. It looks like someone broke into it, because there were scrapes all around the driver side door. There were also scratches all over the car's exterior. The car did not run properly, and when you stepped on the gas, the car would hiccup and refuse to accelerate for a few seconds. The worst part of the car was the stains on the interior. There were brown stains on the interior top, and the stains on the seats looked like cum stains. It looked like the people that had the car only got it to have an orgy in it, like they were Dirty Mike and the boys or something. read more
