I came to drop off my rental around 8 AM and had another reservation for 10 AM. When I asked if I could pick up my next car a little early, she literally started yelling at me to "put the keys in the drop box or wait in your car until 10." I even told her I'd pay extra to get the car early, and she just said, "I don't care," and kept being rude. There was no reason for her to talk to me like that. I've rented from plenty of other companies, and they've always worked with me never had an issue. But Avis? Completely different story. Never again.

Dents and scratches everywhere. They said I could bring it back in the AM for a different vehicle. I did the walk around and pointed out the dents I could see. I drove to my office, then my house where the car was parked in a garage. When I returned the vehicle the next morning, they said there is a new dent that wasn't previously documented and it is now my responsibility to get it fixed. I would not rent from them as this clearly was just a way to get the vehicle fixed on my dime.

I had to wait for 20 minutes for the single person at the counter to process someone who was already there when I arrived. 70% of the cars I was interested in were any of the following: not detailed yet so not able to be looked at, out as a rental so unavailable to be looked at, at a different location being outsourced to different mechanics, unwilling to negotiate price on egregiously overpriced vehicles with an inordinate amount of miles and poor conditions. As I stated previously, everyone I interacted with were friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere. With that said the process was, at best, inefficient/inconvenient and, at worse, deliberately tedious or just plain laziness. I like the dealers but would not recommend due to the headache of it all.

But my 4th time using them was a bit bumpy, most likely my last. I know they have policies that they follow, but if you've used them in the past, the most recent being less than three weeks ago. I was traveling alone, which Is usually the case just like the previous three times, but the Lady at the desk wasn't very helpful at all, and I know they probably have to deal with a lot but not every customer is the same. Even a guy inside who she was speaking with her when I walked up to her about my reservation which I've started chatting within the meantime, was more pleasant than she was. He even asked if there was something a manager could assist with and her reply to him was its headquarters or higher up, I can't remember. But she showed no interest in willing to help or even ask someone else, and I was honestly trying not to get upset at the situation and tired. I just left it at that was told my reservation would fall off, and no charges applied. At the same time, I wait for my bags. I'm now trying to figure out getting my things and getting off the airport, which if you've been to this airport you would know how that can be. I then reached out to someone seeing my options, who suggested to have her contact a manager and have them tell you there's no other option. Still, at t this point, I was exhausted hadn't slept more than 2 hours all day prior early morning flight at 5 am. My body was running on empty; I was over it. FYI: If you don't have pickup scheduled in advance, finding an Uber or Lyft will take you a long time from this airport location. And even scheduling one in advance DONT guarantee you'll get one. It took me almost 45 minutes to get one to take me less than 5 miles away, which is about 10 min drive
