I originally booked the Oswego Ogden Enterprise location but because they were giving me a hard time, I went down the road to this Aurora Ogden Enterprise. Dylan, while working with another woman in-line ahead of me, greeted me as soon as I walked through the doors even though he was the only one working. There were 4 other customers in that lobby waiting! I saw Dylan treating ALL the clients who came in with respect! Oh, and you know how you can tell when people don't want to help you? That wasn't the case with Dylan. He gave his 100% in making sure all the clients in the lobby were attended to, he made sure they knew they were acknowledged, and that they were satisfied with their rental. Dylan gave me available vehicle options and walked me through the entire rental process, not missing a step! I chose a car that was not yet prepped and he promised a clean time of 10 minutes or less--he delivered on his promise as the car came out clean and ready to go. Dylan is why I continue to trust and use Enterprise's services and he is what EVERY Enterprise should strive to be and provide to their customer. Make Dylan a regional manager or give him a promotion because, Enterprise, this is one of your best employees!!!

The day I went to pick up my car, they said they had 28 bookings for the day and only 3 cars available. Those cars were all at highest rate. Because I protested, they declined to even offer me one of those cars. The clerk walked away from me when i got Hertz customer support on line and they asked to speak with him. Unbelievably rude! Sounds like a great class action suit, but the fine print in the rental agreement specifically states you agree not to file a class action suit. Upon further investigation, I learned that that is enforceable, so you're screwed.
