They…read morewill "get you" with added charges like pushing insurance, fuel service, damage to the vehicle, etc. There have been several times when a booking was made but no cars were available or ready and customers turned away. The regulatory bodies should investigate confirmed reservations that are prepaid and customers being turned away. The location is severely mismanaged evident from the fact that their lot is full of vehicles but they are back-logged cleaning cars. Usually long lines for pick-up and average time from store entry to car is 30-45 mins. Cars are old, dirty, smell like smoke, and fuel level is often misrepresented. International Drivers: Be particularly careful for not falling into the trap of signing up for bogus add-on fees. The location used to allow after hours returns but they recently stopped since they clearly have no clue how to manage. The manager is highly abrasive with zero customer service. Avoid this location like a plague!

I'm genuinely shocked that Hertz is allowed to operate like this. We had a 10 AM reservation (as Gold members), but when we arrived, we were met with a massive line that wrapped around the building. People with 9 AM reservations were still waiting for their cars. There was only one poor woman working behind the counter--trying to serve more than 20 visibly frustrated customers completely on her own. No backup, no support, and definitely no sense of urgency from Hertz. It was clear the location is severely understaffed, and the company has no regard for basic customer experience. We ended up waiting over two hours to get our car. There was no apology. No explanation. Just complete indifference to the chaos unfolding in front of them. It felt like they simply didn't care. To make matters worse, when we returned the car after hours, we discovered they had removed the drop box--without notifying anyone. No signage, no instructions, nothing was communicated at the time of pickup either. We had used that drop box multiple times before, so the change came as a complete surprise. It's genuinely appalling how little Hertz seems to value its customers. Consider this a serious warning: if you book at this location, expect to wait at least 1-2 hours past your reservation time--and don't count on being informed of any policy changes, either. Plan accordingly, or better yet, rent elsewhere.

You can use this rental freely in addition to Uber --and business expense it if you're good with taxes for your multiple businesses purposes, but do as many or less Uber rides as you like as long as you pay the vehicle rent. Unlimited miles. The vehicle identity will be on the Rideshare platform, stay within 50 miles of city limits. Take great care of it. It has cameras on front and back for accident proof. Kill switches and 100% of cars are recovered, though I've never encountered vehicle theft or robbery. This is the best of rentals, compared to their competitors. They're fair, you don't have to check in weekly, and like Mavis the maintenance is done speedily in the order received and they maintain all cars; customer pays none. Weekly rentals are fair prices, but could be lowered once the value of the vehicle presences on Uber drops -- such as a dated Comfort Vehicle. Grace period is about another day for weekly rentals due Thursdays at 11:30am. Payment plans are always feasible for any accident deductibles and repairs that aren't responsibility of their care--such as Comprehensive Damage. If not at fault for collision, you'll be refunded after money is collected from the other party's insurance. If you have a blowout they'll cover, but if you get a flat and drive the car, bend the rim, blow the censor, you'll be charged for example. Tire plugs aren't on you, but cracked windows from the environmental events are o. You for example. I e rented for two years as a driver. The miles are unlimited, you're free to use the vehicle as long as you care for it responsibly as your own and pay the rental. Oil change reminders are via text, any maintenance you need notice, make them aware and you're good. Fluid refills are on the house. There's a waiting room with movie theater like seating and charging stations; vending machines, clean restrooms. $300 deposit and returned if everything is good. I've departed then came back before, before my refund was issued I asked if a car was available and everything was kept on file and then I rolled away as if I never left. That was 2wk process before I called them up, and as long as there is availability, you're rolling. You can switch out if preferred vehicle is available.

I had a fantastic experience at Sally Drive, and even though I waited they got it done. So you have…read moreto come prepared. Regardless did a great job and cool people if you come right eith them. I went in because I needed a light fixed, and even though I know they were super busy, Fred, Phil, and Brian the technician really went above and beyond. They kept me updated, and as soon as they were done, they let me know the car was good. I really appreciate their effort they came through for me, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My vehicle was 1/4 full when I picked up in garage. Called front desk : they said ok return with 1/4. I took pic of gas gauge. Brought car back and two days later got bill for $120 fill up. I looked at their reviews: my, my over a dozen complaints similar to mine about less than full tank at pick up just in last 6 mos !. Now i'm trying to get reimbursed. Worst,worthless , incompetent, terrible. I don't know if they even train people working for…read morethem,seems like nobody knows a thing of what they are doing. We rent a car for a month in Hertz(Downtown Chicago). In 2.5weeks time,car won't start,the theft sign is on. Calling the company,car report returned and then stolen. Going through with the rep,that finally (after many 2hours on the line)reactivates the car. Next day my husband takes my son to his hockey training to the ice rink. Going out from the game,car-gone! Calling police, filing the case,the police officer calls Hertz and... THEY Don't EVEN SHARE the car's GPS... Turns out,the car is still filed "missing" in Hertz system,since nobody cared to changed the status. We have over 250$ expenses on Uber thanks to all this. Next thing after 3days they give us other car and inform us that the 1 st car(that was towed by Hertz) is in the airport. They suggest we file lost and found for our belongings,that THEY took. The month has passed,no sign of our stuff. Constantly with the customers service.Every time I call ,nobody has a clue of the situation, even though the reference number and case number provided. Finally when I tell them ,that we'll have to take legal actions against them,they say:"U go ahead"
