    One of the worst business operations within Rocklin and for Budget. Staff is belligerent and rude. I plan to avoid this place like a plague.

    Well, I'm not surprised that Avis in Rocklin has crappy reviews…read more I also had a bad experience. Had to have my car dealship reserve a car for me. First car they gave me smelled so bad. It smelled of cigarettes with whatever spray the used to cover it up. Every time I got in the car it gave me the worst headache. I had to return it and exchanged for another vehicle. Then the other car they gave me decided to do a settings update and would not allow me to access the air conditioner for 2 1/2 days in 103 degree weather. I called the store on Saturday and it just closed. I called the main customer service number and they could not find my reservation. I didn't have any info provided to me about reservations number. I could not exchange the vehicle till Monday. My car dealerships was advised of the problem and I showed them. My dealership returned to Avis and advised them. Avis of Rocklin charged me full price for the rental even when I called them personally and told them of the problem. They said it was user error and accused me of lying. They said the car was fine when my dealership brought it back which was a complete lie. They said that women don't know how to operate different cars. OMG, if I could kick that guy in the balls. Manager is horrible and told me to contact main company. Redirect the problem and not taking any responsibility. HORRIBLE PLACE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Then on top of that they charged me.

There's an Enterprise less than two miles away-- they're professional and courteous. Go there instead.

Walking into a rental office was the last thing I wanted to do, but from the moment the process started, Anh made everything simple and seamless. She is a total sweetheart and was so empathetic to my situation. Not only did she make the rental process effortless, but she also went above and beyond by securing me a much better rate than I originally expected. She managed to get me a longer rental period for a smaller amount, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. Anh made me feel completely at ease. You never truly know what someone is going through, and her kindness made a world of difference to me. If you're renting from this location, ask for Anh--she is professional, helpful, and genuinely cares about her customers!

Then they didn't have the vehicle that I needed and had spoke to them about prior to booking, spoke to them Friday for a Monday reservation to make sure it was available. Had to spend $40 on uber rides Not only that other people in their office were also not picked up. Don't bother. Worst customer service.

    A surprise post-rental charge with no invoice or prior notice!…read more Warning to folks here that this Enterprise rental charged un-invoiced charges to my credit card on their file. I found charges on my credit card statement which I had not received invoice or itemized receipt for. They passed billing dispute between bill-to party and them to me as the customer. They provided no support for resolving the dispute they had and left it fully for me to resolve. I called them and they asked if I want the invoice if I liked to, but the charges are in compliance with the rental agreement and they provide no support for resolving these matters. This could be common practice as this is written into rental contract that they can charge the customer if bill-to party does not cover all the charges. What had happened? My car was took into work by Ford in Roseville and a rental was provided based on the contract. Ford was marked as bill-to party with Pays:100.0% on the rental contract with 0 charges for me when I picked up the car from Enterprise. My rental period was 4 days. I retuned the car as agreed to Ford. I was told that all is well. I even received a call from Enterprise few days later that they have received the car and no charges are due as all was well. I found $144 charged to my car by Enterprise few days after that from my back statement. I had not gotten any communication as to why this sum was charged, no invoice, no recipe. I called and they said this is as per contract as bill-to party approved payment for 1 day only and 3 rest of the days they would not pay for and Enterprise just charged these days to my card without any communication. They said that this as per contract and if bill-to party does not pay then they are allowed to charge the card and will not support in dispute. They said that I need to work this out with Ford and if Ford pays for the 3 days then they would reimburse me. It took a while for Ford to understand what had happened as they assure that they had approved all 4 days. Eventually Ford manager called Enterprise and I was paid the sum back by Enterprise shortly after that. Ford gave me screen shot of them approving 4 days all along. The point here is not what Ford or Enterprise communicated as I was not part of that. The point here is that Enterprise did charge me without invoice and didn't provide any support in resolving the matter. This eroded the trust to car rentals and specially to Enterprise.

Enterprise had the size vehicle we were looking for and making a reservation was very easy. On the day of our pickup, we showed up at the location and happened to see a snazzy Mercedes Sprinter van in the pickup area. One of our drivers commented that this could be our vehicle, since it was in the pick up area. We joked that he should pray about it, since the Sprinter was supposedly his dream car. :) Turns out our designated car was a Ford Transit, which was decent but not quite as fancy as the Sprinter. Our friendly and helpful Enterprise employees were very flexible and allowed us to check out both vans. Though the Sprinter was part of their exotic vehicle line and at a considerably higher rate, we decided to go for it. Our 2 weeks with the Sprinter were terrific! The diesel vehicle had great mileage and we even got special treatment at SFO when the cops thought we were there to pick up a Filipino Boy Band in our superfly Mercedes van! (Turns out that vehicle was a black Sprinter that was actually behind us at SFO). We even got nice parking at Disneyland without paying for preferred parking because there's a special section for oversized vehicles! Passengers on our trip were very comfortable on our travels. Tons of room for luggage and you can even stand up in the Sprinter because it's so roomy! Only concern was making sure we had enough clearance in some areas since the vehicle is over 10' tall. Returning the van was seamless also. I've always loved Enterprise and this time was just another great experience. Had thought about getting an uber to get home but then asked if Enterprise could give me a lift home, and they did! The gentleman who drove me home in their Honda Odyssey was so kind and we had some good laughs about our Sprinter experiences. All in all, a very positive experience. The employees are trained very well, professional but also have wonderful personalities and sense of humor. Couldn't ask for a better experience! So glad they had this Sprinter at this location too. We were told they only have one in all of CA and they were the lucky ones to have it! Lucky us! ^_^
