My only criticism which dropped a star from the review is that they don't offer samples or small pours. What you order is what you get, good or bad. Luckily everything i've gotten so far has been excellent. As far the the atmosphere it's great. Small and cozy. No TVs, just a place for good conversation and listening to some vinyl. No matter the type of beer I never feel that it's heavy or too filling. They have a little bit everything - pilsners, stouts, sours, shandy and ipas. They offer flights as well. My wife doesn't like beers, but really likes the shandy. It's very family and pet friendly. You can also bring food to eat and snack on.
