The man working here was extremely rude and curt with customers. Yelled at me and told me to go next door. I think he might have been Indian? Not sure if he was the store manager or just a clerk. But everyone was waiting and he seemed frustrating and just dilly dallying, not an efficient worker and very terrible customer service. Would not recommend coming here for anything. All these other 5 star reviews are probably bots. Just go to a proper USPS or UPS for shipping needs. read more

So I stopped by after seeing their last pickup was 5 PM while I was running out the door without checking yelp reviews. Apparently I must have caught the owner (?) on a good day because I had a great experience. The story: I went to FedEx nearby to ship an item yesterday and despite having it packaged the exact same way I received it (returning an Apple Watch), the employees insisted they were prohibited from shipping the item as I packed it as they needed to package it for me. I asked the how much and the said $13.99 for a box, bubble wrap, and taping it shut. Nooooooope bye. That costs more than shipping to New Jersey! Fast forward to a moment ago when I see the fedex truck driving away and ask (exasperatedly) if that was the last truck. I was safe! Ground Shipping pickup was at 5 PM. He had a used box that it fit in, packaged it up carefully and collected $2. Now, I get it, he charged me money for a used box he found on the ground, but they're a business and need money too. I was totally fine with paying $2 over the $14 I was almost charged from that other place (glowering in that direction). In any case, the next time I need to ship something out via fedex, I'll be coming back. Support your local stores, everyone. read more

I usually go to UPS and USPS to ship my things. Sadly, when i have to return items from online stores they use Fedex and this is the closest one around me. If you don't have tape, they charge $1 for 3 pieces of tape, and $1.50 if you use a credit card even though they only get charged 3-5% for using a card(I know, I have a business). There is 0 customer service here and I will be taking by business else where. USPS and UPS will gladly tape up your box if you need it. They don't even hesitate. Customer service keeps customers. I stayed at the Rodeway Inn and left a pillow and baby blanket. The motel took it to this place and they never called me. After a few days I called and he said he had tried to call me. (no missed calls) I asked how much it would cost to have my items sent back. He said he would calculate the cost between UPS, Federal Express, and ground mail and would call me back. Once again I did not hear back from him. I called him and he said he was very busy and it would cost $32 to send the items. When I contacted Fed Express they told me it would $13. Horrible customer service and would not give me any options for sending back the items. read more

I called this company mistakenly thinking that they could help me with my lost package. Jay is the man that answered the phone. The conversation was about 20 seconds. He was rude. He interrupted me repeatedly. Not allowing me to even get the 1st sentence out completely. I started the conversation stating that I had not received the delivered package. All he had to do was state that he does not do deliveries and I have the wrong number. Or ask what my address is. Instead he repeatedly interrupted. I was going to go file a complaint about him but I found out that he is the owner of this store. So I am here letting fellow customers know how he treated me....Just an FYI. read more

Save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere else. I came in to return an express label my dad paid for and didn't end up using. He told me to try and look for the receipt at home and if I don't find it he would still help me. Came back without the receipt because I couldn't find it and and instead of helping me like he said, he told me he needs to talk to my dad to issue the refund..? (I think he thought I was trying to pull a fast one on him.) The older Indian man that works here (which I assume is the owner), was the one who helped me and he is very rude and does not have any idea of the concept of customer service. I came in with a couple items that needed to be mailed to my mom whom is terminally ill. It was sent out on a Wednesday and was said to deliver as late as Saturday. I was unable to make the 40 mile drive one way that it needed to go because of my schedule. Saturday came and went and the package never showed. I gave it an entire week and still nothing ever came up Come to find out, this place does not promise that things will get shipped or make its destination. They even charge extra money just to walk it over to the post office next door to them. Isn't that BS. This is the first and last time I will come here.So now I have a box with roughly $100 of items that cannot be replaced roaming around someplace. I've never had a package never make it to its destination. If I go to the California Post Office, I never have an issue. The one time I decided to try and save a couple bucks, I come up with a missing box. read more
