After the deposit, they emailed me quick about the details of our wedding. How many guest we expecting and the color theme of our wedding (Hunter green and gold). The mock up was quick and easy, almost too easy. That I wanted to changed things, but it was already perfect how it is lol. On the day of our wedding we got 2 photo booths; the outdoor Photo Booth gave our guest a digital copy through text to post on social medial and save on theirs phones. The indoor Photo Booth.... They had sooo many clever and fun props all of our guest were lining up to us it. Old timers uncles and aunts to the young cool kids were lining up to use the 3 picture print out strips. At the end of the wedding, we got a photo album with the print outs that our guest took with short notes and kind messages that they wrote inside. Thee Photo Booth entertained our guest and also gave us something to look back on our wedding day. I would highly recommend them.

Melissa was responsive and answered all of my questions/concerns. She took care of the entire set up and clean up process and was very efficient and respectful during the whole process. She also created a beautiful overlay and set up the whole photobooth to match my color theme. It was so beautiful! The props were also fun, great quality, and matched our party purpose. Our guests LOVED it and they were there all night. The option to create GIFs/Boomerangs was such a fun addition and it was quick and easy to get the photos via text. I paid ($100) to design/upload my personal logo. On the screen it looked awesome! But the actual print-outs on the wedding day were a disappointment. The fonts and pink colors were faded and looked cheap. I was so sad. However, when Bao sent me the link for the Digital download, the photos were awesome! I was happy again because most people viewed their photos on their cell phones and the digital downloads were excellent. If you do a custom frame make sure you get a real print out (proof) of the graphic. It may look different than on the computer screen. My venue had very low lighting and I was worried of the photo quality. Bao assured me that his equipment had the proper flashes. He was right. The photos of the guest were great. The logo no so much as stated earlier. It's funny seeing my older uncles and aunts taking a photo with their cellphones of the actual print-outs (faded pink) and posting it on FB when they could have uploaded the better resolution digital prints from the downloads webpage. oh well. Can't win it all. My sister got me a laser cutout of my logo and frame to be used with the photo-booth. I found PixalShot through the Thumbtack app and Bao was super responsive and came in with a more reasonable quote relative to other comparable competitors. He was very flexible with our needs: we provided our own photo backdrop through a professional decorator and our florist, provided our own props, needed three hours of service and wanted both digital and print copies of the photos available for our guests (260 guests total at our Chinese banquet reception in Newark). I just sent some concept photos of the backdrop and our wedding program, and Bao hit it out of the park with the design for our prints (they were so on theme with everything else in our wedding!). Our guests had a blast with the photo booth (especially the kids). It was so fun looking through everyone's photos after the wedding (and we noticed some guests went through the booth 3-4 times!) and it was super easy for us to download high resolution copies of the photos via PixalShot's web portal. The booth itself reminds me of the ones from the mall.. except its better.. theres a screen on the inside and the outside and a little curtain so you can have a bit of privacy (but dont' be deceived, the screen outside shows your pictures). I like that they even customized the countdown screen with fun pictures of my brother and his wife. There was a line for these photos but since there were tons of props, it made the wait easier. We were given two strips.. one to keep and one to put in a keepsake album with a note. They did such a great job that my cousin also used them!

I did my due diligence and researched several other photo booth companies but "ultimate"ly these guys had the best price, no idle charges, no extra re-print charges, super responsive to emails, and the overall vibe I got from my point of contact, Dalan, was more than enough to be completely happy and at ease with our decision to hire them. My fiancé-now-husband and I couldn't decide on a background color for the prints and Dalan emailed us several different colors and shades that would best suit the mini green-leaf background graphic we chose to surround our names and wedding date. We chose a lighter/brighter shade of yellow, but we may have seemed unsure in our emails, so on the day of the wedding, the two awesome attendants had brought two different colored backgrounds for me to see and choose in person. Every guest who used the photo booth has raved about their service, props, and how good the prints are. Lastly, I loved how the attendants were assembling an album of all the guests' pictures throughout the night and handed it to us at the end of the night.
