We got the Bronze - 2 Hours $550 2x6 Strip Double Prints package which also included unlimited sessions, customized graphic, premium backdrop, attendant, online gallery, and props. John was so helpful throughout the night especially when the dozens of kids at our wedding took pictures nonstop (sorry about that!) And, while I paid via mailed check they have an easy online payment system. I hired VR Squad to do the DJ/sound, uplighting, and Event Photography for my company's Corporate Annual Holiday Party. I like how they're a "one stop shop", when previously I've had to hire multiple different vendors to do all of these services. I like how fast they are to respond. It is clear that they do many similar events, and I would have to give them bonus points for already having worked at our event venue, because they instantly knew what equipment to bring and the room layout. Jess and Eduardo made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and had super fast turnaround times for both the sneak peeks and full album/video. DJ Ramon played the best songs (+ song requests) and the dance floor was lit ALLL night. Ryan and Trixie kept the balls rolling for the photobooth and dessert cart, respectively, and extra shout out to Trixie as the decor for the dessert and backdrop were the CUTEST! I have not been reached back out to from this company. I had another vendor tell us to let go of cupkeyk as a vendor if I haven't heard back. It is unprofessional to not get back to a customer, especially one who would will be paying atleast $1.5k. If they haven't responded to get my business, I can only imagine how hard it would be to contact them if I hired them as a vendor. Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message. It is unprofessional to essentially ghost possible clients. Because we reached out so many times, I am shocked to hear you don't have anything on file on your end.

I got an invoice super quick and when it came to delivery Emmanuel called the day of to let me know a time he was arriving. I rented on a Saturday and they picked up on Monday and texted me an ETA. Super great company and will be renting from them again in the future.
