I have been 3 days in a row since it's across from my job. All 3 days I had an issue with my orders. I called to complain finally and all I got was an I'm sorry. We stopped by for lunch on Monday. The place was not busy and we were 3rd in line. You order at the counter then they deliver the food to your table. The tables and chairs were very clean and the condiments were full at the table. The food came out quickly and very hot with a friendly server. There are additional sauces at the beverage station. The philly cheese steak with grilled onions was very tender with a good roll. The wings with sweet chili and BBQ sauce were very good. These are all served with seasoned fries. Every staff member is courteous and helpful. Especially Patrick who is by far one of the best of the best. I like Luke's. It's a low cost option. The wings are very good, the burgers are double meat patties so they're very filling. Fries are good too. If you've never been here, it's an order at the counter and sit while they bring your food to the table. Seats are like at Burger King or McDonald's, hard material booths. Lots of tv's to view your favorite sport (if you can find a sport now!) They do serve beer. We visit the Jasper location on a regular basis. Good service, reliable food. Tenders were not good. They were burnt and with an odd spice (could have just been the level of burnt) The place was dirty and the staff minimally customer focused. Our family loves Buffalo Luke's! We have eaten here several times - their wings are the best. We have some family members who eat their wings ONLY at Buffalo Luke's! We had a wedding shower this year, and I ordered everything from Buffalo Luke's. They were great and everyone enjoyed them. Easy access off 575 in Jasper and they are always crowded! The only thing I would suggest, is offering gluten free options for those who have to avoid gluten/wheat products... This place is a little gem in Jasper Georgia... Great wings, not a crazy amount of different flavors, but every flavor is a solid sauce... If you live in the Jasper area I highly recommend coming up on Monday night for trivia, great wings, and cold beers on tap... Great place to watch a football game, NASCAR, and a myriad of other sports...
