Great experience here today for a few beers and some wings. All the bad reviews must be from some hateful people. Bartender was nice

Onion rings were piping hot and tasty. The wrap was ok but had too much dressing. Way too much. I also didn't realize there was blue cheese on it (bleh) but that's on me. As of summer 2025 almost the entire airport is under construction. Hopefully there will be more meal options in the near future.

Overall, out of all the current options at the airport, this place has good tasty casual foods…read more The ambiance is not cozy, the predominant bar at the back faces the back wall as if it's shameful to drink. I would prefer a restaurant with a bar than a bar with a restaurant. The servers and host are accommodating, know the menu and you could not improve there. The green chile chicken stew is my favorite item . The stew has cubed potatoes, tomato, chicken and lots of flavor. It comes with a warm soft thick tortilla perfect for submerging. Approximately $8.00. The burger comes with a variety of add ons like avocado, variety of cheeses, served with a brioche bun and fries, fruit or onion rings. About $15.00 The items on the burger were top notch. I asked for a medium -well and I got my the patty over-cooked , curved and I could tell the meat was good quality - but it was destroyed. The Cesare wrap , about $17.00 has top grade quality chicken , romaine lettuce , very little dressing, Parmesan cheese rolled up in a big soft tortilla. The problem was, all the ingredients were in sections. One corner has all the cheese, another corner has all the chicken and the middle has the romaine lettuce. It was not mixed and placed in. So, it was dry. All the ingredients are of good quality but because I didn't bring a bowl to the airport, overall , I did not enjoy , specially for $17.00. The loaded fries - just crispy tender fries with cheese and bacon. This is absolutely incredible. The onion rings are good. But it needs something more. They are crispy outside, a little greasy mostly from the moisture of the onion. They are not bad if you like onion rings, but the French fries are so much better. I asked for fresh fruit with my Cesare wrap and they were not separated. I got melon juice soggy tortilla. The quesadillas are incredible. Fresh grilled tortilla, with lots of melted cheese , chicken and bacon. Good portion, but I want more . Absolutely wonderful. If you order the burger medium rare, then it will be much better.

The server said they were going through a shift change when our order took over 30 minutes to arrive. But, that did not explain the long waits to be seated, to get out waters, to have our orders taken and to pay the bill. The nachos were great. Loaded with tons of meat, cheese and veggies. They were just the right amount and just the right level of spice. The salad was a salad. The tuna melt tasted like straight pickle juice. We are assuming this wasn't the normal recipe and that something must have gone wrong in the kitchen because most people couldn't eat this. We sure couldn't.

The host the looked up at me about a minute later and said directly... "can I help you?". Like I was lost or didn't belong there. I then responded if I could get a table. sat me down at a table. No silverware or glass of water or mention of who my waiter is. Waited 16 minutes for anyone to approach my table. I then ordered a drink and dinner. The drink came pretty timely but no napkin or coaster to put under glass. I mention this because I saw everyone else was served a drink like that. I then received my food BUT... still no silverware. I finished eating and the bus boy came by quickly to take away plate. No mention to me if I wanted to take it to go.... just took it away. I was then brought the check. Didn't ask if I wanted dessert which I did. I then mentioned it and the waitress crumpled the bill. Then brought dessert. The interaction with the employees made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted in the establishment. The food was decent. Not the best but better than average food. The ambience of the place was good. Many large TVs to watch sports.

First i want to say i usually go to the Rio Grande location. This location (Down town) has a really…read morebad parking situation , it is DEF smaller than the other locations building and parking space. You might need to park on side of street . I walked in for a party of 1 , and was told i can get a seat immediately at the bar . i declined as i don't like very high bar seats . Was told it was going to be a 25 minute wait (which it really was) and recieved my table . my table wasn't the cleanest . I read the menu i ordered churro french toast sticks and a side of carne adovada (both new items to me ) first want to say the churro french toast sticks weren't good . in fact i almost asked to sent them back . I LOVE cinn-sugar and those type of vibes . the sticks were almost flavorless with essence of burnt . it didn't even taste like bread it was the strangest flavor and DEF no cinn-sugar taste AT ALL . I won't be eating this again. Now the Carne was 10/10 i have never tried it here before either and it was really flavorful, good spice and a good portion for a side. I would def get this again and in other dishes as well! ! The service was okay, not great and not bad, nothing to ride home about and no actual complaints. Over all i would give this a 3/5 . I don't know if it's the location and staff but i will say I have always had great experiences at the Rio Grande location . My bill was shy of 20$ which isn't bad as i got water with lemon as well . I luckily had rewards points which put my bill down !
