I don't know what the negative reviews are about! Is it loud? Yeah, there are like, 20 huge TVs playing sports and a full bar with drunk people. It's a PARTY. Of course it's loud. If you are trying to have a romantic night at a wings restaurant, than you're at the wrong place. Queso appetizer not great? Don't go to a wings restaurant and order mexican food! It's that simple! ORDER WINGS. As for the service, I personally have never had any problems with the service. Wings may take a little long, but when the restaurant is packed, how fast can you expect the kitchen to be? The servers have always been quick, attentive, and always willing to please. The only time I had something wrong with my order was when we were there with 44 other people. In my opinion, they were excused that night. The wings here are good! You've got 14 flavors to choose from and they run the gamut from sweet and mild to hot and super spicy. Here are the flavors starting from the most mild to the most spicy. - sweet BBQ - teriyaki - Mild - parmesan garlic - Medium - honey BBQ - spicy garlic - asian zing - caribbean jerk - hot BBQ - Hot - mango habanero - wild - blazin' My favorite flavor is Mango Habanero. You get that first sweet bite of mango in your mouth and after a little chewing, you start to feel a new sensation: a light, smokey tingling on your lips.. like a lover's kiss that burns and now you're starting to wonder what you've caught and whether or not it's treatable. lol it's delicious. Don't worry, that tingling on your lips will go away after awhile. I usually do not like my wings this saucy, but you can order them "lightly sauced". Plus, they have a new flavor out this month and it's for a limited time only. It's called "Desert Heat" and it's totally dry! For a side, order a basket of the Buffalo Chips ($5). It's basically a few potatoes that have been scalloped and deep fried then very lightly salted. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Soooo good. So yes, this place is loud, but again - this is that kind of restaurant. Where 45 crazy new pharmacy students can go out and celebrate their first two weeks of school and get a little liquored up. Instead of addressing the problem before the game started today, they wait til the game is blacked out and then try to play catch-up and find a way to show the game. Very unprofessional operation. Am trying real hard to like this place as it's cool to go and hang out with a bunch of friends... but the service is ALWAYS horrible. Food is basically drunk people food. I ordered the queso appetizer and it was so thick and gross I could hold the cup upside down and nothing moved. True story. Also, the wait staff has no idea what they have on tap or carry at the bar and i'm talking about just the BEER selection. We picked 3 different beers that are on the menu but that they say they don't carry anymore. Who knows what else they don't carry anymore. Every waitress we asked had to walk back to the bar and check. What might be the last straw was the last UFC fight we were up there, largest table in the place, and they give us the new girl. She always disappeared in the back somewhere and was no where to be found when we needed something. At the end of the night was the worst... it took us 45 min. to an hour to get our ticket and pay out. We were the last people there waiting and she had to go to everyone and ASK them what they ordered. Messed up several times. The manager and the rest of the workers did nothing to help her out. 40 cent Wing Tuesdays ! I'll be honest, I only come here when there's a game/fight or on a Tuesday. My experience has been GREAT every time at this location. There are giant TV screens on every inch of every wall. If they don't have something on (which most likely wont happen), you can ask them to change the channel. Servers are always fast and friendly. Tuesdays are perfect to try new flavors. You can order 5 wings per flavor and they have tons to choose from. In their menu they have picture scale from not spicy to burn your mouth spicy. My personal favorites are Asian Zing, Caribbean Jerk, and Hot BBQ. All of them have a nice kick to it, but still enjoyable to eat. I like my wings saucey, but you can always ask them to lightly sauce it. This locations seems to give FREE sides of carrots, celery, and dipping sauce!! Ehhh it was ok for a BWW. The wait staff was friendly enough and the manger was out and about checking on people which was great. The draft beers where a bit flat and tasted like their lines are do for a cleaning. The menus where kind of sticky and gross but the food was fast out and tasted pretty good. I love the desert heat wings and the curry ones. Only thing about the curry wings is that they tend to stain your fingers. Side note and funny as hell was they had one girl (might have been new) bringing orders out, man was she LOST. More than once I watched her roam around looking for the right table. Too dam funny. I'd say 90% of the time she had to ask the table of it was their order or the original waitress had to show her. BWW is a consistent place for wings beer and some good sports TV. read more

So usually we go here and everything is great. Servers are friendly food is good. The last time I went I ordered lemon pepper dry rub wings. After 50 minutes of waiting, and not seeing our waitress since we ordered, she brings our food out. She puts my plate down and says they didn't have the dry rub lemon pepper seasoning but this wet sauce should be fine. Are you kidding? She couldn't come and tell me that before and give me, the paying customer the option of choosing what I wanted instead. I would have chosen a different dry rub. No apologies, nothing. So last night my son wanted to go eat there, I tried to convince him to go elsewhere but nope. So we get there at 7pm. We get our drinks ordered. The waitress brings the food out 30 minutes later. My daughters buffalo bites are luke warm, the fries are hard, definitely not fresh. My dry rub lemon pepper wings were warm, dry, and looked like they'd been under a warmer. So disappointing because this is now the second time food hasn't been up to par. Not because of COVID, the restaurant was packed! So the waitress brings the bill, my son puts a $20 dollar bill and I put my debit card to cover the rest, he insisted on paying some. So the waitress comes back and the total bill is charged to my credit card. I'm like what happened to the $20? She's like you mean my tip? Are you kidding? The bill was $45 and she thought I was going to leave her a $20? Such an assumption to make. Wow I never thought I was going to get out of there. I had a online order of 20 boneless and 20 traditional wings and cheese curds I prepaid and should have been able to walk in grab my food and leave. I walk in they get my order and I look at it I'm missing the 20 traditional wings and apparently no one noticed like I'm going to pay $80 for 20 boneless and cheese curds really? So I tell them and they say they will make them right away almost 30 minutes later of waiting I finally get my wing and of course they messed them up they were all supposed to be sauce on the side and they tossed them in it. I just didn't even care I took the wings as is and didn't say a word because I didn't want to wait for another half hour for them to remake it. Very disappointed in this BWW. Our family was traveling and stopped at BWW as it is usually a safe bet we will all find something we like. Took a long time to order because our server was the only one working the bar area. She was nice and doing her best but clearly had no support. We waited at least 30 minutes to get our food and believe me, nothing out of the ordinary was ordered. Evidently one server did not show up and the kitchen was short staffed as many were sick (very comforting). Asked to speak to manager several times and after an hour one of our family members spoke to him and was treated very rudely. Manager accepted no responsibility. We were told this was a franchise location as if that mattered. Bathrooms were messy. I will keep going to BWW in my home state where they are clean and ran professionally. Then we got our booth and the host didn't even say your waiter will be right with you, he just walked off. So hit or miss. The food is just okay because there is no consistency. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's absolutely terrible. The service is about the same, hit or miss. The atmosphere is so loud, you cannot carry on a conversation, but it is a sports bar. This place does seem to not care about serving obviously intoxicated people who are bothering the other people in the restaurant. It's seems there is very little oversight by management. This place was one of my favorites, but the quality of everything has slipped away. We're done with BWW. read more

Not much of a complainer or writing this review to tell others not to eat there, but it is super irritating living hours from town and finally going to eat somewhere with more options and getting terrible food. Our wings were cold, fries cold and stale, and salad was first drowned in dressing and salad attempt #2 was poor quality and old. Usually, my experiences at BWW are wonderful. The staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and the time spent preparing orders are very low. Today's experience was irritating and disappointing. As my family and I walked in, the hostess did not greet us. She just asked how many people were in our party. She then proceeded to seat us at a dirty table. She then set the menus down and walked away. She did not clean the table off. It took about 8-10 minutes after we sat down for our waitress to take our drink order. Shortly after, we placed our meal order. She did not repeat our order back, and after she took our order, we did not see her again. 20-30 minutes pass and a different server arrives with one tray, filled with a side salad and 2 small baskets of wings. Our party was a family of 3, so we knew that this wasn't all of our food. Not only was the order incomplete, the flavors of the wings were wrong and our sides weren't there, either. Out of frustration, we walked out, and the last thing our server said was "is everything okay?" The only reason that I did not give one star was because of the manager on duty's response to the situation. I chose to call the restaurant about 2 hours after our visit. After 17 rings and 45 seconds on hold, I spoke to Sammy. She apologized, did not give any excuses, knew exactly which table we were, and asked for our full order so our meal could be comped for our next visit. If I could rate them 0, I would. This is the third week in a row online ordering was not available. It's much easier for me to order this way with my job, then I'd pick up on my way home for my family. We do this on Thursdays because of BOGO boneless. This evening, I finally decided to call AN HOUR before I planned to pick up. I was informed BOGO was no longer offered; when I asked why, he person taking my order couldn't give an answer. I arrived nearly exactly one hour later and entered the take out door only to find multiple people waiting. The cashier had no one actually at the register, but never bothered to greet me. After 5 minutes, I approached the cashier and informed her I had a pick up order. I gave her my name and asked if my order was ready. To my surprise and delight, she said it was so I paid for my order. It became obvious as they began to look for my order it was not ready. When I was told this, I asked how long the wait was and I was replied to with 20-30 minutes. I explained this is precisely why I placed my order an hour ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait. I promptly asked for a refund for my order and after several minutes, someone showed up at the register to process it. After what seemed like an abnormally long time to process a refund, the person didn't even look me in the face and said here was my refund slip. I never once received any type of apology or explanation. However once I started asking for a refund multiple others also started asking and they started begging people not to refund their orders. I'm just absolutely floored at the ineptitude of how poorly this business is run. read more

I am a regular here a BWW here on coulter in Amarillo. We work out a lot & our cheat meal is usually wings. I tell you right now, we would never put up with the trouble of going here if the food wasn't as great as it is. And by food I mean WINGS! Everything else I've ever had from here was horrible! I(With the exception of a few appetizers) t's always super loud here, always, even though the TVs aren't turned up. If you go any time in the evening it's packed and you have to wait. Once you get seated you still have to wait forever to be served & order taken. It's always at least and hour or two before you leave even if you eat fast! Today I tried the boneless wings, (cheaper && you get MORE wings?!) it was not that great at all. For as long as we had to wait (about 40 mins and it's not even full we came right before noon) they were not that hot. Don't get my wrong they were warm, but not piping hot as if they just got done cooking, which means they took forever to bring them out to us. The fries didn't taste good & boneless wings are not that great at all. The chicken was okay, but so much breading . Not the same at all. Our quesadilla appetizer was amazing though ! Could have used a spicy dipping sauce to pair with it. Our waitress was nice, & brought us tons of napkins right away! Yassss!! Like I said, we only come here for the wings.
