They didn't bring half the stuff we ordered - no straws for the kids drinks, no sauces. no appetizer before the meal - even when it was specifically mentioned to bring it out before the meal... and we when we mentioned everything to them, the wait staff got their feelings hurt and cried to their managers and we were basically kicked out out of the restaurant..... absolutely the WORST dining experience we've ever had.... At first glance, restaurant did amazing adhering to health codes, following covid protocols. But if you get a glance in their kitchen when the waitstaff walks through the doors, you'll notice the staff handling your food are not wearing masks. BWW is a great place to go for wings and they always have other great dishes on the menu to try. I really like this place, but here are some of the drawbacks: - They are usually not super fast, so don't go there if you are pressed for time. - It gets pretty loud in there, so don't plan on having any deep conversations over your meal. - The parking lot is not very big, so definitely car pool. Don't meet people there. If possible pick them up on the way. - the chair backs curve dramatically, so plan on getting bruises on the back of your arms if you don't sit perfectly still....or just ask for a booth. And back to the good stuff - they have Buzztime Trivia! So you can always play that while your man watches sports! You don't need the trivia box. Just ask them to change one of the TV screens so you have a good view and you can play with the Buzztime app on your phone. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had ordering and picking up food. I placed two online orders, and received two recipets for those orders. I was given a wait time of 40 minutes. I sent my boyfriend to pick them up. He arrived and was told neither of the orders existed or had been sent to the store. When he asked them to fix it they refused unless he agreed to pay again. He asked for a manager. When the manager came to speak to him, my boyfriend told him to cancel our order. That we didn't want to get food from them. The manager refused to refund us. And then again said he wouldnt make us food unless we paid a second time. Then disappeared into the back of the restaurant. My boyfriend waited 15 minutes trying to get someone's attention, and when he finally did, the manager demanded we show him the bank statements. Which we did. And then finally told one of the waitresses to put our order through. So now not only do we have to get food we don't even want anymore, while also not getting a refund and being treated rudely, but now we have to wait another 25 min on top of the hour we have waited for the food to begin with. This is absolutely unacceptable. And this is not the first time its happened at this location. The service is awful. The food is subpar, and the inside of the restaurant is dirty. They will never get our service again. Update: My boyfriend came home with the orders, half the food is missing. I called the manager myself to ask what was up and why this happened, only to be told that I was wrong, and he had personally put them in the bag. So I guess I'm lying. Or the food is invisible. If there were minus stars I would rate this BWW a negative 5. My boyfriend and I went it around 1:30 yesterday, first off the minute we walked in the door the smell was awful. The bathrooms were filthy. We sat in the bar area to try and avoid the smell of the front, let's just say we should have turned around and left. My boyfriend ordered a vodka tonic ( no tonic) so he got what was supposed to be club soda instead, I'm not sure what they brought him but it was the most fowl tasting drink EVER!! And all the sauce was at the bottom of the bag. All over our Togo box's. it was a mess. so not only did my wings not have any sauce on it the food was cold. And you can tell it's been sitting there for hours. the service is horrible. the phone rang many times while we were in there and the wait staff ignored the phone calls. I do not recommend this place. It's a waste of time and money. And the food is horrible. I never left a review before. But this was a reason to leave one. BWW. Get a better manger. Completely unsatisfied with this visit. My group of a whole 6 people came in and sat down around 7:20-7:30. We waited for about 10 minutes just to order our drinks which took a while to get here. Once the drinks arrived we all ordered and waited patiently as other customers received their food who came in after we ordered our food. Once our food finally came out we were missing two people's food and the food that came out was cold and hardly edible (we did eat it because we didn't want to have wait another 45 minutes for terrible food). A couple people from my group ran out of their drinks and had to wait for 25 min just to get a refill. We asked to speak to a manager and waited at the to go desk for about 10 minutes until he arrived and we told him everything that happened and he claimed they were super short staffed even though several crew members were waiting around waiting for something to do even though there was a lot. He offered us 15% off our tickets and even with that discounted meal we don't think we will be visiting here again. We have never had such to spend a long time at BWW and are completely baffled at how we were treated and believe corporate needs to take a serious look at this store. When we finally received our tickets they didn't have the 15% off on there and the waitress just looked at us and rolled her eyes when we asked for it to be applied to our purchase. Also it should be noted that when we complained to the manager all he said was "yeah" to everything we said. The time on the final ticket said 9:33 so we waited for around 2 hours for disgusting food and a horrible experience that cost us around $85 after discounts. The manager we spoke to had awful customer recovery skills which is what makes a business prosper. I wouldn't be surprised if I saw this place closed down in the near future. read more

Extremely loud place- both the music and the crowd- the acoustics make it even worse. Service was slow and the wings (their specialty) were swimming in so much sauce, they were difficult to eat. Horrible experience. Called in an order and got extra wings to try the truffalo and bourbon honey mustard. Normally they pull out your items and show you everything is there but they didn't. Didn't think about it and got home to find they didn't give us either of the sauces we ordered but extra of the Asian zing. And our "loaded" wedges had two pinches of cheese and a few chunks of bacon. Called to see why we didn't get the truffalo and honey mustard and she stated that they no longer offered the truffalo or the honey mustard. Why wouldn't you tell me that when I ordered! I wouldn't have ordered 2 20 piece wings! I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Ate there on a slow sunday, more than half the tables were empty, and yet the service was terrible. Our waitress only had two tables but wouldn't check up on either one of us. My glass went empty twice and took 10 minutes for a refill each time. Noticed all the waiters gathering at a table checking out each other's phones instead of doing their jobs. HORRIBLE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Why you ask? Me & some co workers are out of town for work. The hostess was not friendly from the start. She didn't know or cared that we had a party of 7, so she said they could not sit parties more than 6. However, outside it was people jumbled up. At the bar as well NO SOCIAL DISTANCING WAS HAPPENING. We get to the table & we got our drink orders taken, along with apps. We prompted to move outside because the temperature was below freezing in there. We go outside at this point about 15 mins later ( still no bar drinks ) . The server Dylan, who actually super good and trying his best. OH ALSO ANOTHER, Covid right? The hostess wasn't wearing a mask! Which does violate against the governor's mask order. Especially when you're serving the public. Anyways, so we waited ANOTHER 15 mins for apps and food. Myself and another Co worker when to use the restroom & the women's bathroom was DISGUSTING. Again, COVID, why not have clean bathrooms? Or just clean ones period??? We come back to the table & the bar drinks plus apps are FINALLY. There, everything made incorrectly ( including drinks ) or very cold. My two other co workers went to look for a manager. My friend comes back upset, why? The manager was behind the bar making drinks. Hence, that if the manager had to step behind the bar to make drinks, wouldn't it come out faster? It was not that busy at all. If you can't handle it, schedule more bartenders. We all wanna make money, but quality is still key. My friend literally says that the manager told her to " get the f*** out ". He hid in the back time in and out. We waited for about 20 mins for him to never appear. This is unacceptable & if you care about your franchise, which I've learned that this is most likely the reason. You would need this fixed immediately. This establishment is running down to pieces. The serves seem nervous and or scared to ask him anything. Another, thing. He was seen literally taking his bare hands to scoop ice into a drink. Literally disgusting. If you are a general manager, franchise owner and or affiliated with this establishment. DO SOMETHING PLEASE. This is absolutely unacceptable. We are not the type to want anything free, and we continue to not want it. Simply, because you can't take this experience back. It was horrific.
